Went in for X-rays, the lady in the front is nice. The xray tech is very rude, and does things like he is in a rush. No sense of empathy if one is in pain. Normally there is a lot of people there waiting to be seen. Last night, there was only 1 more person waiting at 6:00pm. The interior is very dirty and outdated. This facility might be the worst organized, most mismanaged I've ever seen. For some reason X-Rays are "walk-In" When you come in, you're told they are backed up and it will be 40 min wait. Okay, but they have your place in line, they say. Well no, not really. So when you come back from Starbucks or waiting in your car, they check you in again and then it's another 90 mins. If you go in and wait, wait an hour to see a technician there's no indication of any remorse, we are just accepted because we need their services. I unfortunately made the mistake of being 10 minutes late, and they refused to see me saying I would have to reschedule the young man at the front desk was dressed like he was ready to go ride a skateboard and showed absolutely no medical professionalism. My mother is 90+ years old. Her doctor ordered a stat chest x-ray. We arrived at this location at 11:00 AM and told by the front desk person. that the x-ray tech would not be there until 12:30 PM. My mother and I arrived before 1 PM and told to return at 3:40 PM. I became unhinged and asked why she didn't make an appointment the first time. Weeks ago, I scheduled an ultrasound at Temecula Valley imaging. As I always do as I scheduled my appointment, I put it on the calendar of my phone, date and time and my appointment was at 11:45 AM. Early that morning I received a text from Temecula Valley saying be at our office at 3:10 PM, this is on a Friday afternoon at the busiest traffic time of our community. Due to traffic I walked into the office, I gave the young man my name and his response was your appointment was at 3:10 PM and your 10 minutes late we can't see you today. You'll have to reschedule. I asked him and he said we close in 10 minutes. I made it very clear to him that this was not fair or reasonable, the last scheduled visit I had here. I waited in the lobby over an hour until the technician came out to get me. I asked for the manager and was told that they are not on site, I asked to speak to the ultrasound technician and they refused to come out and talk to me. The young man then called the manager and the manager told him that I could drive South to their Murietta location. I was seen at this location by Luis who conducted himself like a true professional. My complaint, typically when you go into and you are asked to wait, the staff shows no concern about your time restrictions typically they will ask you to be in the office 15 to 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. I was 10 minutes late the young man at the front desk, dressed in an old T-shirt, and Levi's showed absolutely no medical professional experience and showed total disregard to me as a patient who was in need of medical services. The fact that the management of this company would have someone like him out front representing the company is absolutely shameful. The most unorganized place ever for walk in X-rays. I have been trying to get x rays for three days now. Each time they say it's over 2 hour wait no biggie. I'll come back later. You can't do appointments either. So I come at 8:30 when they open. It's not 10:17am Only 14 people here. Anyone coming right now are being told by the tech you won't lose your place in line. The line isn't even moving. If you don't have your order in hand or fax they won't have a way of getting from you. No email and they don't have a fax in office. Walked in for a chest XRay was told it would be 1 hr & 45 minutes until I was seen. I thought okay no problem I will wait. After they called 4 names & people had already left etc. The very nice technician asked me for my name she went to get my order was extremely nice and I got my Xray done with in about 30 minutes time. Best part my doctor called me 20 min later to say they had just received my results and xray was negative. All this took oh 1 hour & 15 minutes tops. Thank you Lord!! read more

Today was an outstanding experience here. My doctor was supposed to send over my X-ray and they did not. The front staff called my dr and got my order so I could be seen. The older lady went out of her way to go get a lady from her car with a wheelchair and brought her into the office where I had never seen such accommodation at any of my Doctor's offices like this. I highly recommend going here for your exams. And for the clients who were cursing at them . Shame on you. Those poor girls didn't deserve that type of behavior. After calling this location, then being on hold for 30+ minutes I was told the next opening was at 330, but we don't take appointments over the phone. It doesn't make any sense. So I asked to speak to the office manager. The receptionist said please hold on. Too myself I'm thinking...again? So after a few minutes the same receptionist came back on the phone and said "I'm not supposed to do this but I'll put you down for 320". I arrived around 130 because I was already in the area then I checked in I was told there are 2 people ahead of you and each exam will take an hour, so basically I have a 2 hour wait, even though there's only 2 people in the office. Beware of these offices! Not only are they incorrectly entering orders they are also giving incorrect results. I was sent to the Menifee office from Urgent Care across the hall with a Stat ordered X-ray for my son's arm. They do not take appointments for X-rays and the wait time even getting there early in the morning was already 3 hours. With the stat order they first said we would get results by end of day. Since we didn't get the X-ray done until after lunchtime they said it would be 24 hrs, by lunchtime the following day. After 24 hours we tried to call the office, but their system does not put you through to speak with anyone. Since I still did not hear by the end of day, day 2, I went in when they opened on day 3. Not only was the order not read yet, it was entered incorrectly and not marked as a stat order like the doctor had clearly filled out on the form. She said it was a common problem with one of their staff, that they were regularly not marking urgent doctor orders correctly. That means lots of other people going to that office with urgent orders aren't getting their results either. She said no one was available to read it and I would have to go through their Cal Oaks location to fix it. Cal Oaks first told us that they would send it immediately to be read and we should know within the hour. After giving them an extra couple of hours we called back only to have them keep telling us to wait longer and longer. Five hours later, they said the radiologist would not get to it by the end of that day either. When reminding them that it was a stat order for a broken bone, they said if it was "really broken the X-ray tech would have told us." Anytime we have had imaging done in the past we were always told that only a doctor or radiologist could inform us of results and give us the diagnosis. They said no one would read it that day and only then offered to send the results back to urgent care to be read by the doctor who ordered it. Urgent care read it immediately and confirmed it was broken. When I went to get a disc of the X-rays to take to orthopedic it came with a written report from the radiologist saying it only one small fracture and the rest of the wrist was fine. Orthopedics confirmed these results were false. My son not only fractured 2 bones but a 3rd bone is also displaced. Not only are you waiting days for stat results, the results are incorrect. They were only polite and concerned with patient care until the images were taken and insurance was billed. Then they don't care about completing it as ordered. read more

Front desk staff were unprofessional and very unorganized. One of the two receptionists was openly rude. They called most patients up to the window several times, asked for my ID and insurance card twice and still called patients out of order. They talked down to several older patients as I waited. One basically called one patient a liar, but then was called out on her mistake and didn't apologize to the patient. They need someone to manage them and/or to be replaced. Check in was quick and the front staff, Jamie and the manager are so thorough, friendly and helpful! The tech was very communicative and friendly. Just had my mammogram appointment in this location because there was no available slot at the place where I normally get my mammogram every year. This Menifee place was a tad dirty and the walls have chips, you'd think if this place was even properly maintained. I didn't mind the aesthetic of the room since I'm more concern of getting my mammogram be finished on time. When the technician called my name, she was a bit off already. She didn't even smile when she called my name. There was nobody there to assist and observe her either, just the two of us. When we started the scanning, she didn't ask me how far I could take the pressing of my breasts, she just kept pressing it harder and harder to the point where I screamed so hard. It was so painful the front assistant had to come in and ask if there's anything she can do to help. I couldn't even cry because the pain was immense after the technician pressed my left breast so hard. I had mammogram check ups before, probably 5 times already, but never have I ever experienced this with a mammogram technician before. We had to stop because she said she couldn't continue anymore for a reason that I was screaming! Who wouldn't scream with the hard pressing she did, it's almost like she's having a great time seeing me in pain. RadNet and BreastLink should screen their employees well, probably pay them good so they can do their job well and in a professional manner. I don't recommend this particular location. Worst customer service EVER! Two times I have made appointments with them and have had them call me on the day of the appointment right before I am supposed to be there to cancel. After the first cancellation I followed up with the office beforehand to confirm all would be good. I should have known there would be a problem when I was asked if I could come earlier because they like to leave early on Monday. Sure enough, Monday comes and I'm on my way and they cancel. I told them I would come down anyways because this is ridiculous to have them tell me nobody would be there when I got there. If my appointment isn't until 4:20 how can nobody be there when I get there unless they have decided to leave early. She (Jamie) kept saying they were at their max capacity and that's why they couldn't see me. If that was true then they should still be there at my appointment time. Went to Temecula Valley imaging today was a great experience with Jaime Ann Ysyisel.
