Immediately after that, the ultrasound technician collected me from the waiting room and took me into the ultrasound room. Her name is Kim. She made me comfortable on the table and then meticulously conducted the ultrasound of my thyroid. I appreciate that Kim is highly-focused and very experienced in these matters. Upon scheduling the MRI appointment the question "do you work around sheet metal was asked. I was confused as to why the question was asked and stated "yes". However, immediately after I redacted my statement and further elaborated that I work in construction , however I don't directly deal with metal. The ball was in the staff's hand with the answer and they should have put "no". I received a phone call one day prior to my scheduled appointment and was told for a second time that I would have to get an xray done on my eye to ensure no sheet metal was in there (AFTER I CONFIRMED THE INITIALLY THAT I DID NOT IN FACT WORK AROUND SHEET METAL.) Once I informed the attendant that I did not want the establishment to bill my insurance, I was met frustration in the tone and was informed the appointment for my MRI was cancelled , prolonging my attempt to seek medical attention. The administrative manager became involved and was ignoring the fact that I didn't work around sheet metal. This left me with the impression that they wanted to milk my insurance. The admin manager was no help with the situation and kept ignoring the fact that the day of scheduling the MRI appointment I said NO and did not take the situation seriously. Overall, the professionalism of addressing the issue was dissatisfying and not taken seriously.

We started with a 2D scan, but as soon as we experienced the 3D/4D scans, we knew there was no going back. Seeing our baby in such detail felt like we were really meeting him even before birth, every little kick, movement, and even facial expression! Week by week, we watched him grow. I'd heard that after 34 weeks, it's hard to see much, but we kept coming at 35, 36, 37, 38, and 39 weeks and every visit was magical. When he was finally born at 39 weeks and 4 days, I couldn't believe how perfectly he matched the ultrasound images, his hands, his movements, his little expressions...everything! I feel so thankful for the memories we captured even before our son arrived. Now that I am holding my baby in my arms, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. I want to say a big, heartfelt thank you to Esperanza for showing us the best moments of our baby and making this journey unforgettable. Unique Ultrasound gave us a way to connect with our little one in a way I will cherish forever.

However, if you need an appointment as soon as possible, you have to call. The service over the phone is hit or miss, and mainly a miss. One person I talked to wouldn't look at the dates available unless I answered several time-wasting questions. I hung up because I was so frustrated, redialed the number and got another person who found me an appointment without asking me time-wasting questions. I needed an ultrasound to rule out a blood clot and the soonest they could get me in was at the end of September. After a call to my doctor's office to get them to revise the order to asap, and after several calls to Radnet, I was finally able to schedule an appointment for an ultrasound. As for this particular location in Murrieta, I give the ultrasound technician a thumbs up for the serene setting she created in her room. It was very zen-like. I wish we had more options to choose from in our area for scans. Radnet is such a disappointment when it comes to customer service!

Unfortunately, my post-surgery experience has been made extremely stressful due to the office staff and management. When my EDD paperwork was first submitted, the staff only gave me two weeks off work, even though the doctor clearly stated I needed six weeks due to lifting restrictions. After multiple calls, I finally spoke with Julie, who was rude, argumentative, and dismissive. She even said sarcastically, "Fine, I'll give you six weeks off," which is completely unprofessional. I later spoke with Emily, the office manager, who apologized, but Julie's poor attitude continued. Despite Emily's assurance that she would personally handle any future issues, she never returned my follow-up calls. Since then, communication has been inconsistent. Some emails were answered, but usually with short, unhelpful replies, and many others went unanswered altogether. Each visit I've made to the office has been met with cold or dismissive attitudes. Even when my doctor extended my recovery another two weeks, Emily questioned it inappropriately in front of other staff. I've had to show up in person multiple times just to get updates, only to be brushed off again. The doctor and PAs are wonderful, but the back office is disorganized, unprofessional, and lacking empathy. I've felt ignored and unsupported -- especially regarding time-sensitive EDD paperwork that directly impacts my income. It's unfortunate because Dr. Schultzel deserves better representation from his staff. Patients shouldn't have to fight this hard for basic communication and follow-up care. Edit: I split the difference and gave 3 stars. I have no issue with Dr Schultzel. It's sad I had to place a review to actually have someone try to call me or respond to the issues at hand.

I returned one year later to make sure I was free of tumors. This is a great option, should you have prostate cancer vs cutting or needle biopsies. I have told all my older friends to at least call to check out this treatment if you need to check for prostate tumors or remove them without the possibility of prostrate surgery Dennis.
