On NOVEMBER I0, 2025 I Scheduled an appointment for an MRI due to a Potential shoulder dislocation . Upon scheduling the MRI appointment the question "do you work around sheet metal was asked. I was confused as to why the question was asked and stated "yes". However, immediately after I redacted my statement and further elaborated that I work in construction , however I don't directly deal with metal. The ball was in the staff's hand with the answer and they should have put "no". I received a phone call one day prior to my scheduled appointment and was told for a second time that I would have to get an xray done on my eye to ensure no sheet metal was in there (AFTER I CONFIRMED THE INITIALLY THAT I DID NOT IN FACT WORK AROUND SHEET METAL.) Once I informed the attendant that I did not want the establishment to bill my insurance, I was met frustration in the tone and was informed the appointment for my MRI was cancelled , prolonging my attempt to seek medical attention. The administrative manager became involved and was ignoring the fact that I didn't work around sheet metal. This left me with the impression that they wanted to milk my insurance. The admin manager was no help with the situation and kept ignoring the fact that the day of scheduling the MRI appointment I said NO and did not take the situation seriously. Overall, the professionalism of addressing the issue was dissatisfying and not taken seriously. read more

This review is for the Hemet location where biopsy's are done. Since this was my first time doing this I was a little nervous. As it turns out I had no reason to be, check in was easy, staff was friendly and helpful. The nurses and doctor were just as nice and very good at explaining what was going on. Complete instructions were given about the after care. I had no issues post procedure. The next week I had to return to pick up my imaging cd to take to my oncologist. Again, all the staff were so nice. Even though it's a bit of a drive to Hemet, the atmosphere and care is phenomenal. read more

Every time I come here, which, unfortunately, is frequently, I am treated with respect. I am not sure why the other low scores. The receptionists are always pleasant, but that is also what I emit. The waiting room sounds like flowing water because of what I call "The water walls". There is beautiful art throughout this building. Today, my reason for coming is my yearly mammogram. I can not express how important it is for women to get this procedure done yearly. Please, even if you do not choose this facility, get it done after 40! read more

The customer service at California Imaging is the BEST! Ms. Acosta was not only helpful but so very kind to me over the phone. I have been in so much pain and she was the ONLY person at a medical facility that was COMPASSIONATE!!! She went over and above to help me get my xrays to a provider. When you are hurting and in a lot of pain KINDNESS and COMPASSION are everything!!! I will now only use California Imaging even though my insurance will cover other providers thanks to Ms. Acosta. I would not recommend this place to anybody! My wife and I came in today, Tuesday 8:00am, 24 May 2022 for a biopsy. The lady at the front desk (Hispanic) was very rude to the patients especially to elderly, no respect at all. My wife is stressed and depressed enough because of her medical issue, and to deal with people like this is just too much. I'm sure the other patients feel the same way. Every medical clinic, hospital, lab, etc with a Mask Policy provides a mask at entry, except this place -- they deny service. All 3 of CID locations in our area give the "shoot we just ran out of masks" speech at entry followed by defensive resentment because you don't have one. If you question their policy pointing to their failure to offer masks, they add, "it's also against our policy to give out masks". Again, this is the FIRST place I've been to within 3 years with a strict mask policy that DOES NOT offer customers a mask at entry. They must get this often because their staff are rude and prepared to turn down service because CID does not offer masks at entry in accordance to their mask policy. Clown world, I do not recommend using this business, Basic conflict resolution, provide masks to those without one. You'd make the world a much better place. Zero apathy and rational sense from these clowns. I was just told Temecula Valley Advance Imaging provides mask at entry for those without, I'll be going there and forgetting about these rude receptionists at this irrational business. read more

Went in there to get a calcium score scan. to check for blockages in my heart because I have congestive heart failure. and my heart is really functioning. I was told that I would have my results the same day within a few hours. That's not true. It's now the next day. I still can't get real results. I call customer service. I can't get no help. I keep getting hung up on. So I guess I have to go somewhere else and get in a scan somewhere else and pay double to get my results. Thank you very much. California imaging and diagnostics. I called to schedule an appointment for an mri. The lady on the phone does not have proper phone etiquette. She told me she would call me if my insurance would allow for me to go in sooner than my scheduled appointment. I told her I was in a lot of pain and she just brushed me off and was like well I'll call u if we can and if we can't then I won't call you. This is WORST PLACE EVER !! Tried to get a simple routine mammogram and was treated like an idiot . Will not make appointment without order in which I understand , but was faxed over 5 times . Finally my doctor told me they are constantly having problems with them and sent me somewhere else . This is absolutely uncalled for treatment as some people may literally be dying of breast cancer !!! I highly recommend San jacinto in Temecula! They made my appointment with no trouble and were compassionate and had GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! One of the worst in picking up their phone. I have tried in more than one occasion to talk to someone about my upcoming appointment, however each time I was on hold for over 18 minutes an then disconnected. This is outrageous an even visiting one of their locations (Hemet) the attitude and service of their so called "agents" were below par. For checking an appointment this type of service is unacceptable. If they are experiencing more calls, they could install the system that would call you back or the could hire more folks; they charge more than enough to cover this additional cost. read more

Today 7/01/22 I had an appointment at 12:40 for 93880 Carotid. I arrived at 850 E. Latham Ave. Suite 101 Hemet, CA 92543 at 12:30 I saw people in the wheelchair and other patients sitting on the floor as homeless with 93 grades F. I asked the people what is happening and they told me "Lunchtime" they won't open the door until 1:00 0'clock. I looked through the glasses doors and none of the employees were there. They don't put any signs advising the customers (because we are no patients) that we must knock on the door for the employee to open it to people that have appointments. (When I rescheduled my appointment for July 25 at 8:50 the assistant told me that I need to knock on the door for people that have appointments and the people that are waiting for other services and don't have appointments must be beggars? Check my call. This is a clear abuse of power, this is a lack of respect for the people who are supporting this kind of facility with our insurance payments (nothing is free). We cannot be inside our cars because the hot is too much, neither can be outside and sit on the floor because this is disgusting. The 19 Covid isn't an excuse for the lack of consideration and humanity that this facility has against the customers. I suggest to all of you to walk in our shoes. If there are two employees one can take a lunch and left to people seat correctly and wait to until one 0'clockp.m. The other lack of respect is to give the appointment to the customer at 12: 40 with the facility closed. I have been waiting for almost a hour for X-rays of my knees I think this process would be a lot better for the patient if we were allowed to make appointments! We are obviously I'll or in pain or we wouldn't be here To sit here and wait while my body just wants to go home and lay down is very difficult I am getting my X-rays at the request of my doctor Otherwise I wouldn't be here! Please start taking appointments once you get the physicians order the patient should be able to get through and make a appointment hire more technicians but please fix this. read more

The staff is consistently uncaring, snotty, combative, and has repeatedly refused to serve me if I raise my voice or become frustrated over their behavior. Last year during the so-called "Covid crisis," I had an appointment for a mammogram, and I had to bring my husband, who had Alzheimers and has since passed away, with me because I could not leave him alone, and had no one to care for him in my absence. They refused to allow him to sit in the waiting room with me, and insisted he sit in our car outside in over 100 degree weather. Other Imaging & Diagnostics offices in Temecula where my husband got all his done not only allowed me to sit in the waiting room with a mask on, they even allowed me into the room with him where he had the procedures. They need to fire the manager and hire someone whose philosophy is to serve patients with kindness and compassion, and hire only staff that will act that same way toward the patients they are serving. There is no excuse for these staff to be treating patients in such unkind, uncaring, and vindictive ways. Go somewhere else if you want to be treated humanely. If you still decide to go here, and you are treated unfairly, report them. read more

WOW! On May 16, 2017 Amazing how beautiful the appearance and easy to find California Diagnostic and Imaging was. The receptionists were efficient, thoroughly caring for my needs and request. The gentleman who read my xrays, spoke with me, explained and have me comforting hope of being able to be more functional. The prescription for a referral request was given to me for my Primary Physican. I was given prompt attention and I was finished within an hour from beginning to end. Thank you all. read more

The staff here is very rude and has no compassion for people who can't breathe. They could see and hear me that I was having trouble breathing, but all they cared about was me wearing the stupid mask. When I sat up on the table after the CT Scan I was visibly dizzy. It took me weeks to get an MRI. At last minute they called me and cancelled. Said machine was down. They hung up on me without a reschedule. Twenty minutes on hold and they told me I could come in four days. But I needed to fast three days they said. I would never recommend this business. read more

My Mother required a chest X-ray to rule out tuberculosis for entry into an assisted living facility. The person at the desk requested she wear a mask because of the purpose of the visit, claiming this was their policy. My mother claimed she could not breathe with the mask on. They nonetheless insisted that she wear this mask. The front desk said we could go to the Hemet Hospital otherwise. So we put the mask on where she lifted it up in a haphazard manner to breath. I found this policy cruel and stupid. Please avoid this business. read more

I've been to this location a few times for ultrasounds, x-rays, a ct scan and to pick up records. Every time I've gone, it's been a good experience. The people that work here are very nice and thorough. It's conveniently located close to Hemet Hospital. It's really clean and new and they have 2 separate waiting rooms for ultrasounds and x-rays. The ultrasound technicians are awesome and stick to what they know, which is hard to find. Parking is nice and easy. I always try to come to this location if I can help it! read more

Go in constantly. Always busy early in the mornings. Worked in medical field before, know how the flow is. Not bad at all though for a typical radiology. Receptionist is nice. Always happy. (Got to give it to her.. been two occasions when I been there where people have gotten mad for the wait and we're beyond rude to her.) Still kept a smile after. The girls where the insurance is held are awesome always smiling. So sweet. Not sure what the name is of the girl that helped me but she can sure make one laugh. Such a positive vibe. The CT man is very nice too! Made the test seem easy. Love the flow. Love the staff. Clean and very fancy. Some people go in there and are very rude and rowdy. Other than that it's a good place. Love the waterfalls! Just read how two people on here wrote about two staff members going to seminars. They must have been the two rude people I encountered when I went for my tests. I had a great experience! Everyone was very nice, very informative, and made me feel so comfortable. It was my first time going there and I was so nervous. As soon as I walked in,I was put at ease by everyone. I'm not sure why or how this place got bad reviews but I will definitely go back again if needed. Very rude and insensitive staff. When calling to schedule they were insensitive to the fact that patients don't know and shouldn't know diagnosis codes and other details on the doctor's order without assistance from the staff. I called several times and when I called and explained that I don't know what they are referring to I could hear the female receptionist " sigh" deeply and make a rude comment as she was putting me on hold. I am not stupid by no means, I have double Masters in Cyber Security and Forensic Investigation Analysis, but this rude staffer made me feel unless I know her terminology, I couldn't get an appointment. I had to pick up my records regarding my last mammograms was greeted with a smile and waited only a few minutes. In the past years I had my yearly mammogram and the xray teck was very nice made me feel comfortable and was happy to share my xrays and answered all my questions. I had a really bad experience in this office. Their receptionist Joanna is rude, i think she needs to get a customer related seminar. They were eating in the front desk, cant they just have a decency to eat in the break room. They made us wait for 2hrs in the waiting area. If i only knew how bad is there service i wouldn't mind driving far to the other offices. I dont recommend going to this place at all. read more
