They NEVER answer the phone and be prepared for the girls in the front to give you the appointment times they want, not what you ask for . I had to drive up there in person to try to reschedule in person, as soon as i walked in the girls up front already had an attitude! My appointment was already cancelled that morning and none of them apparently knew who did it . Take your time and money somewhere else, praying the baby ultrasound across the street from them treat their customers way better . I will NEVER refer any family or friends to this location ever .

What can I say, first and foremost, the employee who did our scans, Emily, was fantastic. She made the entire visit feel so comfortable and stress free. She was super patient even though our little boy was being a little shy and not wanting to move his arms out from in front of his face. She gave us a lot of options for trying to get him to move into a good position and when he did move she immediately went and captured the better scans. We ended up getting better scans than we could have imagined and the experience was amazing for us and the brand new grandparents we brought along. The room they had us in was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. There was ample seating for adults and children and you could tell the whole place was designed from the ground up to maximize comfort throughout the experience. You choose your package online where you sort of map out the kind of session you want to have (there are a variety of options) and when you arrive, you get to choose which stuffed animal you like. Inside, where they do the ultrasound, it's almost like a mini movie theater with lots of monitors. The mom's privacy is protected because she is behind a wall, and everyone else can talk amongst themselves (and to the mom through the wall) from the comfortable seating area. The experience is pretty neat and not too expensive, so we'd definitely recommend this to anyone who might be interested!
