Another month passed, and I never received that call. I finally managed to reach someone again and was transferred twice, only to end up speaking with the same person I had spoken to before. This time, I was told she would "put a note in the computer." Two years later, I genuinely hoped their communication and customer service would have improved. Instead, I've spent months simply trying to get someone to answer the phone and follow through. Patients should not have to chase a medical facility this relentlessly just to get basic communication. At this point, this doesn't feel like an isolated bad experience. It feels like an ongoing problem that has not improved in years.

We started with a 2D scan, but as soon as we experienced the 3D/4D scans, we knew there was no going back. Seeing our baby in such detail felt like we were really meeting him even before birth, every little kick, movement, and even facial expression! Week by week, we watched him grow. I'd heard that after 34 weeks, it's hard to see much, but we kept coming at 35, 36, 37, 38, and 39 weeks and every visit was magical. When he was finally born at 39 weeks and 4 days, I couldn't believe how perfectly he matched the ultrasound images, his hands, his movements, his little expressions...everything! I feel so thankful for the memories we captured even before our son arrived. Now that I am holding my baby in my arms, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. I want to say a big, heartfelt thank you to Esperanza for showing us the best moments of our baby and making this journey unforgettable. Came here back in December. The tech was nice, a bit too high pitched and forced but nice. My issue is with the pictures. Only one was acceptable. I got 2 D pictures for $99, and the pictures were all awful except 1. She took so many good shots but for some reason gave us some really messed up ones. I remember 2 D still being able to get some very good pictures of side profile, etc. The quality of the pictures is bad too aside from the bad shots. I would not recommend this place.

That person transferred me to what was supposed to be the MRI department because they were unable to help me, but sent me to the wrong place where I had to repeat all my information again just to find out they are not the MRI department and they needed to transfer me to a third person who hardly spoke English, spoke too quickly, did not listen, and definitely did not understand how to answer questions. One of the WORST scheduling experiences I've ever had and I will not be recommending Radnet to anyone, I am assuming based on this experience that the outsource their scheduling, why does such a large practice have to outsource something as important as medical scheduling to a foreign country? When I called to schedule, I was asked what I would be seen for. I told them, endometriosis and adenomyosis. Fast for 4 months to the day before my appointment, they call me and tell me Dr Arthur doesn't treat those conditions, so I need to cancel. In the four months of waiting for my appointment, I had called the staff 3 separate times because of issues with scheduling and insurance. Each time, I again stated what I was being seen for. It's absolutely ridiculous that they waited until the day before my appointment to say I couldn't be seen.

The appointment was scheduled for 5:40pm, we arrived at 5:37. We were greeted and checked in immediately, copayment was taken and by 5:48 my family member was taken in for imaging. No wait was necessary and it was fast. The front desk staff were very friendly. The radiologist was very helpful and informative, the care quality was great.
