We started with a 2D scan, but as soon as we experienced the 3D/4D scans, we knew there was no going back. Seeing our baby in such detail felt like we were really meeting him even before birth, every little kick, movement, and even facial expression! Week by week, we watched him grow. I'd heard that after 34 weeks, it's hard to see much, but we kept coming at 35, 36, 37, 38, and 39 weeks and every visit was magical. When he was finally born at 39 weeks and 4 days, I couldn't believe how perfectly he matched the ultrasound images, his hands, his movements, his little expressions...everything! I feel so thankful for the memories we captured even before our son arrived. Now that I am holding my baby in my arms, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. I want to say a big, heartfelt thank you to Esperanza for showing us the best moments of our baby and making this journey unforgettable. According to their own website, MRI reports are typically completed within 1-2 days, not two weeks. I also asked whether their MRI machine was compatible with a spinal cord stimulator that a family member has. I was instructed to download the device identification card from the facility's official website, and the receptionist assured me she would call me by the end of the day with an answer. She never called, and after two weeks there had still been no follow-up. When I asked about it during my visit, I was kept waiting for more than 15 minutes because she had never asked the MRI technician in the first place. Only then did she print the identification card and take it to the technician to get an answer. This level of poor communication, lack of responsibility, professionalism, and disregard for patients' time is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this facility.

Staff was friendly, helpful, organized, no hassles--what a breath of fresh air compared to Radnet! They have recently opened up for outside referrals. So, I scheduled an appointment with them for an annual preventative CT scan at this location in Murrieta. This location has been opened since November. It's brand spanking new with a state of the art CT machine. They are working to build up a clientele. Please check them out!
