We started with a 2D scan, but as soon as we experienced the 3D/4D scans, we knew there was no going back. Seeing our baby in such detail felt like we were really meeting him even before birth, every little kick, movement, and even facial expression! Week by week, we watched him grow. I'd heard that after 34 weeks, it's hard to see much, but we kept coming at 35, 36, 37, 38, and 39 weeks and every visit was magical. When he was finally born at 39 weeks and 4 days, I couldn't believe how perfectly he matched the ultrasound images, his hands, his movements, his little expressions...everything! I feel so thankful for the memories we captured even before our son arrived. Now that I am holding my baby in my arms, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. I want to say a big, heartfelt thank you to Esperanza for showing us the best moments of our baby and making this journey unforgettable. At 10:28 they still had not responded so I texted "I'm here" and still no response so I went in and waited in a line of 10 people me being the 10th in line. They had 3 windows open but it might as well have been 1 window with a brand new employee!! They were slow as molasses! I finally got to the window at 10:46 and they checked me in again because they said now I'm 30 min late and I told her I checked in a 10:08 from my car, she flat refused to hear me out. Quest, as a business model, is very efficient and can feel cold with the lack of human interaction, so you have to be ready for self check-in which is not difficult, and be ok with the fact that there is no receptionist.
