I was able to arrive and depart on schedule, and the facility provided access to the advanced imaging equipment I required. However, the patient experience was significantly undermined by shortcomings in customer service and communication. The front desk staff, consisting primarily of younger individuals, engaged in personal conversations and flirtatious interactions among themselves. This behavior created an unprofessional atmosphere that was particularly inappropriate given the serious health concerns of the patients present, many of whom appeared somber and anxious. The environment resembled a casual social setting rather than a professional medical facility. Additionally, the handling of my MRI results fell well short of expectations. I was initially informed that the report would be available within one week. This timeline was later adjusted to seven business days. Despite checking the patient portal on numerous occasions--more than twenty-five times--the report did not appear. When I finally reached a staff member who confirmed the report had been completed, I was assured it would be emailed and posted to the portal within the hour. Neither occurred. Subsequent calls required repeated entry of my date of birth and zip code, only to encounter staff who mumbled, failed to listen attentively to questions, and relied on repeating a limited set of talking points. A later interaction revealed an even longer delay, with one representative stating that it could take up to 14 days to send the email report. In a field where patients are often dealing with significant health uncertainties, clear, empathetic, and efficient communication is essential. RadNet Temecula Valley's operational efficiency is commendable, but improvements in staff professionalism, training, and follow-through on reporting timelines are urgently needed to better serve patients. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this imaging center. I work in the medical field, so I understand how insurance, patient registration, and medical records should work. Unfortunately, my experience raised serious concerns about this facility's billing practices, accuracy, and customer service. I have health insurance, and my MRI copay should have been $150. However, when I arrived for my appointment, I was told I had to pay $380. I questioned the amount and suggested that my information might have been entered incorrectly, possibly due to an error with my name. The staff insisted that everything was correct. Instead of paying the incorrect amount, I contacted my insurance company and brought them into the conversation. After speaking with my insurance, the facility finally agreed that I only needed to pay $150. I completed my MRI on November 3, but my results are still pending. In my experience, MRI results are typically available within 1-5 days, or sometimes up to 10 days. I have already called this facility twice to ask about my results, but I have received no clear explanation or resolution. I am repeatedly told that I have to wait. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that when I checked my patient portal, I discovered that both my first and last names were entered incorrectly. This is exactly the type of mistake I suspected when they initially tried to charge me $380. I believe the incorrect information may have caused both the insurance billing issue and problems with my medical records. My question is: What is the purpose of completing online preregistration, filling out additional paperwork at the facility, and providing identification and insurance information if the staff still cannot enter a patient's basic information correctly? My biggest concern is that patients who are unfamiliar with insurance billing may simply trust the facility and pay whatever amount they are told. I was fortunate to have enough experience in the medical field to question the charges and contact my insurance company. How many other patients might be overpaying without realizing there is an error? I cannot say whether these mistakes are intentional, but the combination of incorrect billing, inaccurate patient information, delayed results, and poor communication raises serious concerns. Patients should not have to investigate billing errors, correct their own medical records, and repeatedly call to obtain test results. No communication whatsoever. Thank God that I have a breast care doctor in Orange County that is advocating for me. I am just about to start over there because it's been over 6 weeks and still no results or communication. Go to Orange Coast Memorial - Dr. Bynon. So so much better!! I'm here at 5:20am. The check-in time was 5:30. I walk up to the door and it's locked.The facility is closed. Jacob was really nice & another employee told me that they will open shortly. So I'm standing in front of a building (not well lit) and it's dark outside. It's 5:45 and the doors finally opened. I get to the desk, provide my id and insurance card only to find out that the procedure is pending for the prior authorization approval. Being that I'd work for EviCore, I understand the process. What boggles my mind is the multiple text messages and phone calls I received to complete medical history, upload photos of the orders, id and insurance card, answer the medical questionnaire and confirm the appointment only to find out upon arriving that the prior authorization is pending. No one had the courtesy to call and advise me of the status? Maybe someone else could've benefited from that available time slot. Why schedule appointments when you know the office is closed? Even the signage on the door states it opens at 6:00 am. Why have people come in an hour early for an exam that doesn't require contrast or any prep? Hopefully my appointment for another exam tomorrow will go smoothly. First impressions are everything!!! read more

Avoid !!! My Dr office and I discovered this place is outsourced to the Philippines and is not secure. Who allowed this? or how it was ever approved? The company's official statement is 'the phone numbers are in the US' when asked if their agents are overseas. What a way to sidestep a question. I asked the agent directly. He said Hes in the Philippines. He has full access to my medical information. My address. My phone number. The number of mammograms I've had, and my referring Dr info and their notes! He had it all! I had an Ultrasound of my abdomen to determine why I was in so much pain around my gallbladder. After 2 weeks waiting for the results, I still didn't have anything! The radiologist never sign off on them, and my Doctor never received them. To day is the 16th day, and the results are still showing 'unavailable' on my Patient Portal. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTIBLE! read more

The care at the Imaging Centers is fine but the scheduling process is the worst I've ever experienced. Last May, it took me three days on hold (your automated call is disconnected after two hours on hold) before someone finally answered. I need another PET scan and United Healthcare uses RADNET. I called this week twice. Two hours on hold each day listening to torturous music and repeated message to have your insurance card ready. It was not needed as I was disconnected each day. I'll try again tomorrow as I've gone into their imaging centers and they don't make reservations. In addition, reservations for PET scans cannot be made online. I will need one every three months to monitor the effectiveness of my chemotherapy beginning at the end of October. The scheduling will be worse than the chemo! read more

My recent problem with Radnet is I had an flat plate simple X-ray done at a different site than usual closer to my home & Radnet doesn't inform me that it's out of my network without a Radiologist to read it so now I won't get results for possibly 14days!! Two times i've been for imaging. One time for an ultrasound, and they hurt me really bad. The second time today, for an x ray on my foot, and the table was so hard. They hurt me twisting my foot around to take the images. read more

REDNET Radiology is one of the worst experiences I hive had with any medical center.My doctor referred me to them for a procedure.I was told ,they will call you back within 72 hours,they never called me back.This is the only facility that does this procedure,and contracted with UHC.They said call your doctor,we don't know what he wants us to do.Nothing has been done,and I am still having pain.Stay away from this place,something needs to done.I am going to report this incident,to the proper place for medical complaints.This is totally unacceptable.This office is in Rancho Mirage Ca. read more

Filed a complaint with the company and also with my insurance company . Staffing was horrible and very unprofessional. Everyone I have talked to says the same thing. I got a list from the insurance company and will go elsewhere for any further appointments. read more

This rating should be negative as any Radnet facility is the worst choice. Radnet has many facilities as alias so ask first. Poor scheduling, communication with zero customer service. i would not recommend Radnet for any immaging services. Worth the drive to find a professional medical service facility. read more

Had No Choice But Add A Star I am extremely disappointed with the repeated lack of professionalism and organization at this facility. I have visited four times, and on each occasion, there has been a different excuse--ranging from the technician having an emergency, to scheduling errors such as only being booked for one exam, or being told the exam is only available during certain hours. This level of inconsistency and disorganization is unacceptable. It reflects poorly on the management and overall operation of the facility. I strongly urge you to review your scheduling and communication processes to ensure patients are treated with the respect and efficiency they deserve. At this point, I cannot recommend this location to others and sincerely hope improvements are made moving forward. HORRIBLE!!! read more

I was just hung up on again.. I am trying to schedule a breast MRI w/ biopsy as of the end of May . I was told there were no doctors available for the month of June and to call back July 1st. I have called over and over, used different numbers, transfered to a line that rings 10 times and hangs up. This number 805-988-0616. I have been transfered to people that try and help but never get a call back. I have called the doctors line and still nothing. What is up with this company? Peoples lives are at stake! I had a questionable experience with Radnet. I received a call from an office in Murrieta. Very pushy, wanting to make the appointment right that day, within hours of the call. They named a procedure that I did not have on my list of scans - I thought. The following day I called the Temecula office to make the appointment. When I talked with my doctor it turned out that I had that procedure already done. They just had another name for it. So I had to cancel. On their website I could not find the option to cancel the appointment. I think the possibility of a scam is very real. read more

Rad Net Menifee! Terrible customer service. It seemed like the aloof and unprofessional person at the front desk wanted to be difficult. Sent me away due to the "computer " showing my appointment 15 minutes earlier. This was for a mammogram and according to her I was 5 minutes late. The staff do not communicate with each other when handling patients. The waiting room is over crowded and the staff behind the front desk are gossiping and chatting with each other. They threaten to cancel your appointment for no legitimate reason, then deny seeing you when you arrive by brining up a new instruction that should be handled internally and not by patients. WARNING!! GO AT YOUR OWN RISK FOR A MAMMOGRAM!! The worst mammogram I have ever had!!! The 'technician' was REALLY HORRIBLE, it was unbelievable how she kept turning up the machine when I told her to STOP because of the pain!! NO repect for an elderly woman at all!! I was actually standing on my toes the entire time to try to have some control over the machine. She actually sneared as she turned up the machine to tighten it up and walk away each time to take the picture, like she enjoyed being in control and causing pain, I thought my breasts were going to explode many times. I could not believe it. Was a Short stocky woman 50ish long blonde hair... I will certainly never forget her...., I will not be seen by her again, when I said how painful it was she the last time she actually sarcastically half-threateningly said '*****DO YOU WANT TO CONTINUE WITH THIS?' *****I know she wanted to stop the mamogram so I would have endured it all for nothing just because I spoke up to her by asking her to please be careful with my breasts. Very arrogant, nasty woman, obviously unhappy with her 'job' or? . If this was my first mammogram I would be completely scared away from EVER getting another one but I know that ELSEWHERE they have always been gentle and respectful, NOT LIKE THIS PLACE!! Radnet is very difficult to work with. Office staff is not professional and ambivalent. I was on hold for 25 minutes and drove to the facility while on hold. When I arrived, there were 5 workers sitting there and none on the phone. I told her I was still on hold and she just shrugged her shoulders and said what do you need. Very frustrating. After waiting one hour for my appointment, I was just told by the front desk there are 6 people still in front of me. I mentioned my appointment was one hour ago. She said they book x-ray appointments every 5 minutes for one technician. I'm going to miss my next pre-op appointment How is that possible? read more

I went to RadNet on De Portola Rd in Temecula, Ca for a chest x-ray, no appointment required. There was no one in line at 7:30 pm so I approached the window marked Non-Appointment. The clerk sitting at that window did not acknowledge me so I waited for a minute and then asked her if I was at the right window to which she answered "Stand in line." I told her there was no line but she did not answer me so I waited and waited. Finally I left. I got my x-ray at an Imaging center not related to RadNet. Are they too big to care about patient service? I think so. read more

I've been having to go to radnet, mostly because health scan old out. They constantly call to reschedule my appts. I recently was scheduled to an ultra sound in my groan area. I was sent to have it done asap. Well they wanted to reschedule my ultra sound. Those people have no thought as to the urgency of these xray, ultra sounds, ect. My ultra sound they want to postpone for another month. Nope, we are testing for CANCER. He'll next mth who knows, if it is and it's aggressive then I may not be here. I think they work as slow as possible & don't take into consideration that these tests, COULD be saving our life, IF it's caught early enough. Seems that altho they are working as little as possible, it's like they don't care. Since covid no one wants to work. read more

I am now retired. Bad experiences twice in the last 6 weeks with Radnet. There is no competition in Temecula Valley. The staff is poorly trained and the turnaround for producing a report is horrible, unheard of in most communities. I had an MRI scan on Tuesday and the radiologist did not read it until Saturday. The MRI staff in Marietta didn't do basic preparation and missed a few advisory steps before the scan started. I had a DEXA study at the location in Temecula and the staff did not understand the most basic questions about what they were doing for my study. I worked for 20 years as chief administrative officer for a medical group in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura Counties with numerous hospitals and imaging centers. I was once CAO of Medicine at UCLA School of Medicine and former Administrator of Scripps Research. Radnet has had a reputation going back years and I'm hesitant to tell my primary care doctor how bad it is because there is no other medical imaging practice to send patients in Temecula Valley. I will find a solution by driving a few miles. read more
