Save yourself some time and go to the 24 hours urgent care down the street. They have the personality of a tree but at least they get their job done. Very disappointed. Update: antibiotics and ibuprofen have been called in. Still no call back on the other prescriptions. Not like they don't have my number.

The environment resembled a casual social setting rather than a professional medical facility. Additionally, the handling of my MRI results fell well short of expectations. I was initially informed that the report would be available within one week. This timeline was later adjusted to seven business days. Despite checking the patient portal on numerous occasions--more than twenty-five times--the report did not appear. When I finally reached a staff member who confirmed the report had been completed, I was assured it would be emailed and posted to the portal within the hour. Neither occurred. Subsequent calls required repeated entry of my date of birth and zip code, only to encounter staff who mumbled, failed to listen attentively to questions, and relied on repeating a limited set of talking points. A later interaction revealed an even longer delay, with one representative stating that it could take up to 14 days to send the email report. In a field where patients are often dealing with significant health uncertainties, clear, empathetic, and efficient communication is essential. RadNet Temecula Valley's operational efficiency is commendable, but improvements in staff professionalism, training, and follow-through on reporting timelines are urgently needed to better serve patients. She ultimately had to be admitted to the hospital for several days for further treatment, where the hospital confirmed, she was given an improper dosage of antibiotics and also poor post-care instructions. As a parent, it was incredibly distressing to feel like things were not improving despite following medical instructions carefully. Communication and follow-up felt limited, and I left feeling uncertain about the level of attention given to her condition.
