We started with a 2D scan, but as soon as we experienced the 3D/4D scans, we knew there was no going back. Seeing our baby in such detail felt like we were really meeting him even before birth, every little kick, movement, and even facial expression! Week by week, we watched him grow. I'd heard that after 34 weeks, it's hard to see much, but we kept coming at 35, 36, 37, 38, and 39 weeks and every visit was magical. When he was finally born at 39 weeks and 4 days, I couldn't believe how perfectly he matched the ultrasound images, his hands, his movements, his little expressions...everything! I feel so thankful for the memories we captured even before our son arrived. Now that I am holding my baby in my arms, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. Made an appointment for a TB test to be able to volunteer and work for the school district. It is a…read moretime sensitive test that I had to come back for within 48-72 hours. For the initial visit it took two hours from the time we checked in from the scheduled time of the appointment to be seen. After the appointment, we specifically asked if we needed to make a follow up appointment to check the results and the medical assistant who administered the test said no. That all I had to do was come back within the time frame, go to the front desk and I would be able to be seen quickly. I came back today and it took an hour for a provider to check the spot and give the okay. He apologized for how long it took. But that doesn't take back the time spent on a test I already knew the answer to just needed to have it signed off to be able to work. If staffing up is an issue, they should really work on that. They should also be up front that even if you have a scheduled appointment, be transparent about the actual wait time when you check in. The MA should've also been more realistic with the protocol of coming back. "Quickly" is not an hour of waiting for a two minute visit. We used to trust coming to this urgent care but there was nothing urgent about it the speed of service on these last two visits that make me feel confident in coming back to this location.

The nurse was pretty awesome and the injection was quick and painless. I was told to come back for my results in 48-72 hours or else I'd have to come back for another injection. I came back in 48 hours for my negative results. Mila who works at the front desk was so sweet, kind and professional! She was the one who checked me in both days and also the one who provided me with my test results. People always have an opinion, don't trust the bad reviews about their customer service. They're pretty great here! That being said, I hope to never be back here only because it's urgent care but forbid if I ever have to, this would definitely be one of my top choices. I was initially informed that the report would be available within one week. This timeline was later adjusted to seven business days. Despite checking the patient portal on numerous occasions--more than twenty-five times--the report did not appear. When I finally reached a staff member who confirmed the report had been completed, I was assured it would be emailed and posted to the portal within the hour. Neither occurred. Subsequent calls required repeated entry of my date of birth and zip code, only to encounter staff who mumbled, failed to listen attentively to questions, and relied on repeating a limited set of talking points. A later interaction revealed an even longer delay, with one representative stating that it could take up to 14 days to send the email report. In a field where patients are often dealing with significant health uncertainties, clear, empathetic, and efficient communication is essential. Instead of paying the incorrect amount, I contacted my insurance company and brought them into the conversation. After speaking with my insurance, the facility finally agreed that I only needed to pay $150. I completed my MRI on November 3, but my results are still pending. In my experience, MRI results are typically available within 1-5 days, or sometimes up to 10 days. I have already called this facility twice to ask about my results, but I have received no clear explanation or resolution. I am repeatedly told that I have to wait. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that when I checked my patient portal, I discovered that both my first and last names were entered incorrectly. She ultimately had to be admitted to the hospital for several days for further treatment, where the hospital confirmed, she was given an improper dosage of antibiotics and also poor post-care instructions. As a parent, it was incredibly distressing to feel like things were not improving despite following medical instructions carefully. Communication and follow-up felt limited, and I left feeling uncertain about the level of attention given to her condition.
