I don't know why there are any low reviews. This place was amazing. When I walked in, the lady at the front desk (I forgot her name) was so helpful with getting me checked in and registered. Ingrid was super patient when taking my vitals and asking my reason for coming in. I needed an X-ray and Ms Peggi was the absolute best technician I've ever encountered. She was so caring and careful and never rushed me. Dr. Dedrick was not dismissive of my concerns and apologized multiple times for the long wait (it really wasn't long at all). He gave me a diagnosis and I couldn't be more grateful. My primary doctor stated it was nothing but it turned out to be something serious so I'm grateful for coming into this location tonight. I had a 9am appointment scheduled online. Front desk lady was delightful and helpful. Was brought in quickly. Gave pictures of my meds(that needed emergency refills) to the medical assistant. Came in for antibiotics for my abcsessed tooth and requested them. Nurse practitioner, Delmy( I think) came in shortly. Very nice. 2 hours later at CVS and nothing has been called in. Called over to Accelerated and they say they don't have the info on my meds. 2 people put them in the system and they don't have them? Was out on hold and shockingly was disconnected. No call back. Save yourself some time and go to the 24 hours urgent care down the street. They have the personality of a tree but at least they get their job done. Very disappointed. Update: antibiotics and ibuprofen have been called in. Still no call back on the other prescriptions. Not like they don't have my number. read more

Receptionist was nice, the lady who took the vitals was okay. Place is clean. It was only me some old man and another little gol who came in after us. It's been well over an hour and still have not been seen yet. To the owner, please don't respond with your repeated rigmarole apologies. I brought my son here on a Monday night and there was no wait time at all! The staff were incredibly kind and caring. We weren't sure if my son had sprained or broken his arm, but they got us in quickly, took X-rays, and had a brace on his arm right away. Went in on a Sunday night and the waiting room wasn't too busy. Girl at the front desk was very nice and helpful getting us checked in. It was abiut 30 minutes total that we waited from the time we walked in to the time they were checking vitals in the back. Very happy with the doctor on duty she was listened to our needs and prescribed us medicine to help. We were there with prolonged pneumonia and she knew exactly what to do in this situation! I want to give five stars to the receptionist and the manager for their outstanding care and professionalism. My mother needed an X-ray to confirm she did not have tuberculosis, and from the moment we arrived, the front office staff was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. The receptionist went above and beyond to assist my mother, taking the time to answer questions and ensure she felt supported throughout the process. My mother also shared how helpful and engaged the manager was working alongside the receptionist to make sure all of her concerns were addressed and doing everything possible to help her receive the care she needed. While the provider experience was not as helpful as we had hoped, the exceptional customer service from the front office and management truly made a difference. With so many urgent cares in the area lacking compassion and strong customer care, it was refreshing and reassuring to see my mother treated with such respect and dedication. This "business" lists it's hours as being open until 9pm. It is not open until 9pm. It is open until 8:45pm, actually. Target doesn't shut it's doors 15 minutes before they close!! Grocery stores don't stop people from walking inside 15 minutes before they close. Do you know why?? Because that would be false advertising. I've been to this urgent care before and had excellent service. I won't return to this office. I hope to get my insurance cards soon so I can find a different chain of urgent care that doesn't list false hours of business. Good riddance. read more

STAY AWAY!! I really wish I would have read the reviews before coming here. I am here for a simple sports physical and I've been waiting for over 1.5 hrs. This is ridiculous. Receptionist says they only have one person in the back and when they get backed up they get really backed up. They already charged me so I can't just up and leave. This has to be the worst service I have ever received at an urgent care. Owner keeps responding to everyone about they are gonna fix this issue. Well it's not getting fixed! I've had several visits to Accelerated Urgent Care, and each experience has been quite frustrating due to their queuing system. Even with an appointment, I've had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen. They have explicitly told me that walk-ins are allowed to cut in line, which is incredibly unfair to those who have taken the time to schedule ahead. The only plus is the cleanliness of the facility, which is always well-maintained. Accelerated Urgent Care really needs to figure out a better system for queuing patients. Until they do, I can't see myself recommending this place or coming back unless absolutely necessary. read more

This place needs to be investigated immediately I went in with concerns of vomiting, extreme distress cramping, unable to breathe and extreme panic attack. My doctor told me I didn't have a fungus infection and that I was OK. When I asked for a doctors note. I was handed a paper with literal squiggles over the answers that the doctor needed to provide description of my pain and sincerity of situation. Tell me why my insurance paid them $300 for a paper with squiggly lines and I had to wait three hours. read more

I visited this urgent care on a recommendation but ended up waiting way longer than expected, even with a 7 pm. appointment. The staff, overwhelmed by the crowds from Temecula and Murrieta, seemed super stressed. I finally saw a Medical Assistant around 9:40 pm. My tests for Covid-19 and flu were negative. When I asked for a doctor's note, the MA gave me a note that simply said 'patient will return to work the next day,' without any mention of my negative Flu/Covid-19 test results, clearance to return to work, or even that I came in with flu-like symptoms. This place, including the Murrieta location, is just horrible. If possible, definitely consider going somewhere else. read more

I was seen within 20 minutes of arrival and the provider was very knowledgeable about back muscles and how they react with your body. Review from a Medical Doctor specializing in internal medicine. Literally do NOT go there if you're paying cash. If you just need an evaluation go elsewhere. Their rates are beyond abusive. I sent a close friend to Accelerated Urgent Care with a mild flu-like illness simply because they needed a work note. This is an otherwise healthy person with body chills who simply did not want to lose their job and needed a note. They're very poor, and I gave my credit card to cover their expenses so that they could be evaluated in a way that did not present a conflict of interest; getting a note from a friend who is an MD is not good for optimizing your odds of returning to work. Anyway, this person left with a $533.00 bill for a freaking basic evaluation and a covid test. In total there will probably be 10-20 minutes of patient processing, maybe 5 minutes with a provider, their subsequent 5 minutes of charting, and a few minutes of an MA's time to run the covid test. In total we're talking something on the order of $50 in overhead and almost no resource utilization. THEY CHARGED $533.00. I abhor your facility for your absolutely abusive practices. This whole visit could have been handled for $150 charge and rewarded your urgent care facility handsomely for your time. I'm tempted to compare rates to national averages and seek out the difference in small claims court just to make a point that abusing the crap out of your patients in need is not okay. read more

This has nothing to do with the treatment I had. This is in regards to after I had my treatment. I went to go pick up my prescriptions at the CVS it was called into. When I got there, CVS did not accept my VA insurance. No problem I'll call the clinic and ask for a written prescription to take it to the VA hospital. When I called to have the written prescription to be pick up at the clinic, the receptionist said that it shouldn't take too long plus I had to be in person to request it. Ok sounds good. Get there and waited over 20 mins for the Physician Assistant to print and sign my prescription since she was seeing a patient. First of all I apologize to the staff for my rudeness. Second of all apparently this is policy?! It's not like I wasn't there the night before. I just didn't want to wait again to be helped! I should have been leery of the "it only takes a few minutes" statement! Office Manager Stacy, why can't I call the clinic to have the prescription ready? I told them I would pick it up the same day. You should already know people wait to be seen. Although I appreciated the help I received for my ear ache the day before I still waited close to an hour to be seen by the PA. I checked in at 6:10 pm and left at 8:15 pm. The receptionist(s) said it was policy not to have it printed out. If patients don't show up just throw the prescription away. The receptionist over the phone told me they didn't want it lying around and getting lost. Whose problem is that?! I just think that this policy needs to revisited because we are all busy. In my case I am having to wait for the PA to finishing seeing her patient before they get to my prescription? I don't see that as a few minutes! I had not been feeling well for a few days, stomach flu type feeling, and since its Christmas Eve we did have plans to bring my Mom over for Christmas. Now I may be a bit paranoid, but I know Covid symptoms are all over the place. I came in for the rapid Covid test. I was fully prepared for a long wait. It is the time of year for flu and such plus our hospitals are full and as we all know, Covid is rampant. I came in about 12:30pm and was out by 4pm. Not really what I wanted to do on Christmas Eve, but I do have piece of mind that I am Covid negative. The test itself takes 10 to 15 minutes for results, it is the nasal swab. It's about 85 to 90% accurate. The staff is professional and nice. When I finally got to go in, I had my temperature and blood pressure checked. After my test results, the doctor came in and checked my heart and lungs, asked a few questions to see what was going on. I feel pretty certain its just perhaps a stomach virus. I've never left a negative review before but I want to make sure no one else goes through the trouble I experienced with this company. The girl at the front desk told me that Accelerated took my insurance (Blue Cross PPO) and that I would only pay a $35 co pay. Two weeks later I received an email from Accelerated stating that they did not take Blue Cross PPO and that I would be charged $480 for them to look in my ear. I filed a claim that day with my insurance and Accelerated's billing department was informed the next day to not charge my card since there was a claim open. My card was still charged for the additional $480 and the billing department claims that they were never contacted and there's nothing that they can do now. I would of never have agreed to be seen if I knew I would be billed $480 to have someone look in my ear. I wish someone would call me to help remedy my issue but I will probably just get the same "please accept our apology" response from Artin. I would greatly appreciate if someone who can actually help reached out to me because as of now I will never be returning. read more
