EXCELLENT, A MAJOR IMPROVEMENT! I was in severe pain after an outdoor accident left me with road rash on my right arm & leg and a bone bruise atop of my right knee. Imagine me walking in stiff and battered looking for an x-ray to ensure nothing was broken, I was in strife! Thankfully, Temecula 24's front office staff were polite and welcoming. The online check-in process was seamless and I was seen in less than 30 mins. Upon entering my room in the back, my wounds were cleaned up and I was bandaged by an amazing radiology professional. Next, I was seen by an NP who gave me a shot for the pain, followed by a tetanus shot since a piece of metal hit me during my accident. I was so thankful for the thorough treatment and forethought to prevent infection and complications. Lastly, I was taken to the x-ray room, provided a protective cover and had my leg and elbow examined. The radiology lady was very sweet, she was with me every step of the way and ensured my comfort to the best of her ability! Once the results were in, I was told I didn't have any breaks or dislocations, phew! I was given ibuprofen and given an antibiotic cream for my wounds. The NP suggested physical therapy only if needed. Overall, this visit was a huge improvement over the last time I came here. The clinic had great music and a much better vibe this time! To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting a formal complaint regarding Dr. Philip Hardy in connection with a concerning encounter at Temecula 24 Hour Urgent Care on Friday evening, approximately 9:00 PM, on April 24th. I presented to the clinic with acute and potentially serious symptoms, including difficulty breathing, chest tightness, dizziness, and an elevated heart rate. These symptoms, as widely understood, warrant prompt and careful medical evaluation. While the front desk staff and nursing staff were professional and attentive, my interaction with Dr. Hardy was markedly inconsistent with what I would expect from a licensed medical provider in an urgent care setting. Dr. Hardy appeared disengaged and did not conduct what I perceived to be a thorough or attentive assessment of my condition. I was not provided with clear clinical guidance, and I felt as though my symptoms were not being taken seriously. Instead of offering direction or initiating appropriate evaluation, I was left uncertain about my condition and next steps. When I asked what I should do given my symptoms, Dr. Hardy stated that I should "probably go to the ER." When I asked which emergency department he would recommend, he responded that he did not know and continued discussing unrelated personal matters. This response was dismissive and inappropriate given the seriousness of my presentation. During the visit, my condition worsened... I became increasingly dizzy and overheated and was forced to leave the room. Dr. Hardy had indicated he would provide paperwork for my transfer to the emergency room; however, he did not follow through directly. As I walked out of the room I observed him engaged in a playful personal conversation while a nurse ultimately provided the document. The paperwork I received was illegible and did not assist the receiving hospital in any meaningful way. Following this encounter, I sought care at Temecula Valley Hospital, where I was treated promptly and professionally. The contrast in the level of care further highlighted the deficiencies in my urgent care visit. I am concerned that Dr. Hardy's conduct reflects a failure to meet basic standards of medical professionalism, patient evaluation, and communication. Given the nature of my symptoms, the lack of appropriate attention and guidance posed a potential risk to my health and safety. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and investigated. I made an appointment and waited instead of being a walk in just to be told it wasn't an appointment but a reservation! Like what does that mean? My emails said your appointment is this time so geez sorry for treating it as such. Waited over an hour and was seen just as all other walk ins. The girl in front was rude and dismissive. How inconsiderate of people time and circumstances. The PA that saw us was very kind and helpful, but unfortunately my experience was just awful. I'm not gonna lie, while I waiting to be seen, I almost left after reading all the bad reviews! This 24 hour urgent care was closed until 8am father's day. I arrived at 630a.m. I can't fault them for not being able to find staff. I went an had breakfast. They opened 5 minutes early. As a matter of fact the PA opened the door! Staff at the front desk on a Sunday were just fine. I wished I had made a reservation online but you can walk in. My total wait to get into the exam room was 20 minutes. That's not bad to me. The PA, Skylar King was very personable. I came for a rash I've had for 3 months but was keeping me up that night. He was very compassionate. He listened. He took his time. I was confident in his treatment. 3 days after seeing him, my rash has resolved. I'm in between insurance and had no choice but to come into urgent care and pay out of pocket.The charge for my visit was not bad at all considering it was a 24 hour urgent care. They sent me a text with the 3 medications that he prescribed with a coupon to make my out of pocket pay much better. Perhaps, not everyone that works here are like the staff I encountered but this urgent care was the only 24 hour one that was open before 10a.m. I'm glad I didn't leave. We made at appt at 12:30 for the 1:25pm slot. It's now 3:30 and we haven't been seen. There was a prescription that came thru from this office for amoxicillin before the provider even has seen my Son. When I started looking for the provider after sitting for two hours I asked him how much longer. He couldn't give me time but said one person was ahead and that he didn't send a prescription over maybe it was another provider. I've only had one good experience here, the rest have been awful. When I did see the provider he was ok I guess. I'm here now and still assessing this place. It's not that busy in here and I just don't understand how it's going on 4pm and we will here and they're just now running swabs on my son. People in here need to learn how to expedite. I visited this urgent care because it had an onsite Xray option as I had been dealing with really bad wrist pain and thought I may have fractured it. To start, the individual taking my blood pressure had to do it 3 times before I finally said that was enough because the cuff was hurting me so bad. She stated the machine does that often. She then attempted to take my BP manually with a pump cuff and asked me to hold my arm up with the hand that I was in to have xrayed... She still could not get it. I finally get back to an exam room and someone else comes in, does not introduce themselves or explain what they are there for and just starts grabbing my arm and and manually takes my BP and finally gets a reading. I'm letting all of this slide because I see Student badge and understand this is a training environment. Next, the PA comes in and has an incredibly blase attitude toward me and what I was describing. He also asked if I was on any medication and I told him I just detailed that with the individual who was taking my vitals. He said "well, we can't read their handwriting".... Next, I am brought back to get X-rays done. The amazing woman, I believe her name was Keshia or Kenzie, was the bright spot of this entire experience. She was SO kind and explained everything to me and was gentle to ensure the position she needed my wrist in was not too painful. She was about to start taking the images and all of a sudden a man came out from the cubby and was incredibly condescending to her and then came over to me, didn't explain what he was doing and wrapped the cover over me but it was not even placed correctly over any reproductive areas and then he disappeared. I asked her once he went back in the cubby if that was his attempt at humor or what the hell that was. She started to get emotional and said she was a student and this was her second day here and she was SO frustrated. She said that he patted her on the back or shoulder and she did not appreciate that at all. She continued to soldier on and take the images and he just stayed in the back cubby area and would yell at her to retake images. So I was being exposed to additional imaging because he was not coming out to observe her and how I was being positioned. He finally got so agitated that he came out and was again condescending about one of the images and told her that he does not use a certain foam positioning tool because it does not show everything correctly on the xray so finally I had enough and asked him why it's even there for her to use and further why he was not showing her how to do it and also why I was being subjected to additional X-rays. He said he needs to order a different tool and keeps forgetting. I was talking with this sweet student, trying to get her to relax and stop crying and he was oblivious. She said she graduates in a month and already has a job offer elsewhere and I know that wherever she lands will be better for it because she is SO kind and caring. I asked the man afterwards where I could provide feedback for her amazing care and he said he didn't know. So I told him that she was great, because she was and he had no response and was just awkwardly smiling. Then Keisha or Kenzie (sorry I don't remember her name!) walked me back to the room and was still crying. My husband and young son were waiting for me and were both freaked out when I walked in because she was so emotional. I told her she could stay in the room for a minute to get herself together if she wanted to and she said no because she had to get back but I asked her if she wanted a hug and she said yes. My question is this... How in the world is this allowed to happen? If this facility is a teaching facility or one that is helping students get their hours, who is overseeing this facility? I am a business executive trainer and if any of my managers were treating employees like this it would make for a nightmare HR scenario. Furthermore, I just got a bill and you guys are charging me $148.95 for a wrist brace. That's my cost post insurance, originally you are charging $175.00. Can I bring this brace back to you because that's utterly ridiculous. Also, you are charging me for 6 images when I feel this is excessive due to the lack of oversight in the Xray room by your Xray tech. This entire experience was horrible and the only bright spot was the sweet student Xray tech. I told all of this to the PA when he came back into the room and initially seemed defensive of his Xray employee and said they had back to back to back X-rays and the student may have been stressed because of the pressure and I told him that's no excuse because the tech should have been creating an environment where she would still learn and not be treated the way she was. Absolutely terrible experience at Temecula 24/7 Urgent Care. I called ahead yesterday to specifically confirm that they perform DMV driver instructor physicals--not just DOT physicals. I even asked the person on the phone to double-check, and they assured me that they do. I came in today, only to be told that they don't offer the physical I needed. So, not only did I waste my time and effort coming here, but it was all because of inaccurate and careless information given over the phone. This kind of disorganization and lack of attention to detail is beyond frustrating. If they can't even properly confirm what services they offer, I can't imagine trusting them with actual medical care. Rude staff upon entering. We took out 4 year old son in at 4am because he woke us up wheezing and gasping for air, which is what I told the doctor exactly when she came into the office to greet us. She then asked me to describe what his wheezing sounded like, so I did. After, she laughed and said, " oh what it's like to be a man in California, thinking that because your son is having a hard time breathing you think it's wheezing." She then continued on to compare my sons lungs to George Floyd's lungs.. yes, I can't make this shit up... she said, "well his lungs don't sound like George Floyd's lungs, he's not gasping for air, you can't just throw these words like wheezing around cause that's serious stuff." She then continued to impersonate the wheezing sound of George Floyd's tragic death. Like, what is exactly the point you're trying to make here To be honest, and maybe this quite an assumption, but she seemed high or something, dropping her medical tools, a bit twitchy and wide-eyed. Trust the reviews. DO NOT COME HERE. Just wait until the morning and go to a different urgent care. Zero empathy from the PA Nina. We drove from Corona to be seen around 9 PM and did not get home until 12 PM. My husband has a stye and woke up to it being extremely painful. We had been seen at a different urgent care the night before and had been told to do hot compresses with tea bags and prescribed an ointment. After this treatment, my husband's eye worsened and became more swollen and painful and THATS what we were there for. Google said that if warm compresses and the antibiotic ointment did not work that we should go to urgent care to either be prescribed an oral antibiotic, pain medicine, or drain the stye. Nina clearly did not read the form before coming in otherwise she would have known that because this information was already communicated. We waited two hours before she walked in just to be told to use warm compresses and be prescribed antibiotic ointment ( I did not accept this because that was the exact reason why we were there because those things were not working) We told the person filling out the intake form that he was already prescribed this from when we went to urgent care last night. It very clearly needed to be drained and this is the treatment we were seeking or something for pain at the very least. I personally have had a stye myself and went to urgent care and they used a needle to lance it for me. This doctor told me that is not something that they can do at urgent care which is absolutely untrue. See quick Google search. The entire interaction was 45 seconds MAXIMUM. It was NOT a consultation and we should NOT be charged for it because the issue was NOT addressed. I will absolutely be demanding to not be charged as the doctor did not take any time to look at my husband's stye and refused treatment to drain it or treat it in any other way. It was extremely apparent that Nina was overworked and did not want to be there. She looked disgusted when she saw my husband's eye and it truly seemed that she did not want to drain it because she was grossed out by it. My daughter had an infected toe that needed urgent care. The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful, friendly and professional. The level of quality service was excellent! The wait wasn't bad at all. Dr. Katina was beyond exceptional in level of care she gave my daughter. Dr.Katina not only explained in detail options and asked questions giving us comfort in the medical care she gave us. Continually keep getting a bill from this place and it's always the same problem; they billed the wrong group. I have two insurances, and they always bill the wrong group for one, and completely forget to bill the other. I've called the billing office, spoke to staff, state they fix it and yet again it's not fixed. It might as well be cash pay here since they don't know how to bill properly. I'm just sick of the nonsense and all the trouble from being seen here one time. Editing my review to add more details: I was seen here in April of 2024 and this is the bill i received. I had called once and they didn't have the right group, I was assured it was corrected and would be resubmitted. Again, I was sent a bill, I have been reviewing this with my primary insurance company - they do not have a claim for this date from this urgent care. It was never submitted. I don't know how to get this company to bill properly. My insurance can't pay a claim if you don't submit it. Until this clinic can get some competent billing employees, steer clear! I do not recommend Anisha Jackson, PA, at Temecula 24 Hour Urgent Care. I brought my son in for profuse bleeding from his surgical knee wound, along with visible facial injuries. From the start, our experience with Anisha Jackson, PA, was rude, dismissive, and deeply unprofessional. She immediately questioned why we came to urgent care. As I began explaining my concerns, she interrupted me and said, "I don't have to answer any questions or talk to you like I'm your grandmother or auntie." She also added, "I don't have time to keke with you." These comments were unprofessional, inappropriate, and racially insensitive, especially in a medical setting where empathy and effective communication should be the norm. Ms. Jackson then said, "I'm only going to look at your son's knee and nothing more because that's the only thing I saw on his chart." She refused to assess his facial lesions despite my repeated concerns. When removing his knee bandage, she only partially uncovered the area and failed to examine the actual surgical site until I pointed it out. No diagnosis or aftercare guidance was offered. Instead, she said, "You're free to go--I've done all I can do." When I asked to wait for proper wound care, she told me, "If you choose to stay, you'll have to wait because there are three other patients ahead of you." We ended up waiting for hours, with no follow-up or communication. When I requested wound care instructions, the nurse informed me the provider had not finished her notes and could not supply any written aftercare. I declined to speak with Ms. Jackson again due to her disrespectful and dismissive behavior. If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, the system requires at least a one-star rating, which she has not earned. My son deserved proper medical attention delivered with professionalism and compassion--he received neither. This was an unacceptable experience, and I strongly advise others to seek care elsewhere. This experience warrants zero stars. I would usually just ignore this vs leaving a negative review, but I wanted to share my experience from a recent visit to your urgent care clinic. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the provider who saw me, but I felt she was unnecessarily abrupt and unprofessional. From the moment she walked into the room, her tone and attitude felt dismissive. When she asked why I was there and I wanted to read what I wrote so I wouldn't forget anything and to explain my symptoms, she cut me off with, "Just tell me why you're here." After I gave a brief explanation, her only response was, "We can't help you here." There was no follow-up, guidance, or courtesy -- just a cold dismissal. Eventually noted to just go see my primary care or an ER. I want to make note that the girl who came out after I checked in with the qr code, was helpful and professional and gave me guidance to ER's in the area. I understand if your facility cannot treat certain issues, but I do believe those in the care industry should still show professionalism and basic respect. This interaction left me feeling dismissed and uncomfortable, and I hope it can be addressed constructively. read more

Anisha Jackson is possibly the most unprofessional, rude, and dismissive provider I've ever seen at an Urgent Care. I arrived at 11:00pm and had scheduled an 11:50pm appointment. The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful and said I'd be seen before that time because they weren't very busy. They took me back into the room at 11:09pm and I didn't see the provider until 12:09am. At 11:45 pm I opened the door to just ask how much longer, I was kind and respectful because I understand waiting. Anisha happened to walk by and I just gently asked if there was an update. She said I wasn't the only one there and she was treating other people. She said she'd see me in 20 minutes. I said okay and sat down. When she came in she said "There have been people waiting way longer but here I am seeing you first" She proceeded to tell me all of the patients that have been waiting since 9:30, 10 etc and that everyone is here for something. I said I understand and I appreciate you seeing me. She did a quick exam and said "well obviously you need antibiotics. I'll send it to the pharmacy. I've had a little girl since 9pm waiting for her medicine but I'll do yours first" in a rude way. She talked down to me like I was a child and an inconvenience to her. Get better providers who actually like their jobs and don't hate people who are sick. My mom works at a major hospital in the area and is an RN and has a masters in education and I know what good care is. This was quite literally the opposite. read more
