I was recently referred to this practice by another trusted physician and I am very pleased. I had many issues after having to change my health insurance, as most of my preferred specialists were unable to be retained with the new insurance. Temecula Medical made several adjustments to their schedule to get me in quickly as I have cancer and other serious health concerns that require immediate and uninterrupted monitoring and care. I initially saw Tatiana and she could not have been more pleasant or patient as she listened intently to my long list of ailments. At the end of the appointment it was most impressive to see she had not missed or neglected to note even one of the many issues I'd spoken about, the ten plus referrals I needed, and a list of the medial items I need to maintain my relative health. I was listened to, all of my concerns were addressed and all referrals submitted before a day had passed. Truly above and beyond care for this extremely complicated and difficult cancer patient. I think the whole office had the best energy. I also found the waiting room spacious and relaxing with the abundant windows and light. Everyone had a smile on their faces and they let me stay well into their lunch period so I could take my time signing the many releases for information and finish what was needed. I can't imagine why they don't have five stars as I'd happily refer them to my best friends if asked. Katherine Pawalek was great. With respect to billing, it was an absolute nightmare. my Aetna PPO insurance told me that I met the deductible and yet Temecula, MEDICAL GROUP was collecting my co-pays. I advised them that the co-pays needed to be refunded. My husband and I just moved to the area and wanted to establish care with a PCP. Mandy (Armanda) was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, addressed all of our concerns, provided the referrals asked for. The office was very clean and we were taken back and seen quickly. Mandy also offers pap smears (well woman visits), which, given the lack of OB/GYNs in the area, is so convenient. I came into with an appointment at 11am I got there at 10:45 to double check in and fix my insurance. Everything went well until it came to the end of my appointment when my doctor had told me he was going to prescribe me my medication and then come back and schedule my next appointment for a check up. So I had been patient enough to wait there for 2 HOURS. No one had come to talk to me after my doctor left, no one had told me I could go. So when I finally built the courage to leave and ask what the problem was, absolutely no one was in the office, lights where off everyone was gone and no one told me they were leaving. Even the front door to the office was locked and I couldn't leave. This was an awful experience and I had been there before with no issues. I don't what happen that day but it was really disappointing and scary to find the entire doctors office closed and basically keeping me locked in there. Unprofessional and frustrating, I don't plan on stay much longer with this place. read more

I called the office today to set up a first appointment for my son. Initially, I spoke with a nice administrative lady, but was transferred to the office manager, Heather, to ask a more detailed question. This was unfortunate as Heather was short and uncaring. I was shocked and went on Yelp to see if this encounter with Heather was a fluke and perhaps Heather was simply having a bad day; regrettably, it's seem from other reviews that my negative encounter with Heather was not a fluke. I immediately called my son's health care provider and switched his primary care provider. For the business owner, the doctors, this is horrible. The doctor(s) may be wonderful, however if the front office, especially the manager, is improperly trained and short with patients, the doctors lose business; especially when there are several wonderful doctors to select from in Temecula. Many business owners get into business to do what they are good at and do not place the proper importance of having properly trained staff who understand superior customer/patient service is crucial to the livelihood of a business. In my opinion, there's enough poor reviews here that with this doctor's office, the blame falls at the feet of the doctors. read more

Dr. Ryan is an amazing human being... he always makes sure that everything is covered! Started here in 2014, and he has been there for me through so much... since coming to his office, I have had a barrage of medical issues.. everything from fibromyalgia.. where he MADE SURE my Sobriety stayed intact to my new onset of diabetes. From blood tests, X-rays & medication to making sure I see the right specialist he is MY doctor... as long as I'm in the Temecula area, he will be the only one I will trust with all my healthcare needs!!! Scheduling is easy and fast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The office is clean and comfortable. My wife and I subscribed to their concierge plan for our family and it's been very useful, so far. Both my wife and I see Ryan for our health concerns. Ryan seemed to understand very quickly the type of care I needed. He spent plenty of time listening and noting my concerns. He offered several care options that pertained to the problems I am experiencing, explaining things to me in a way I could understand, and made it very clear how I should proceed to achieve my health goals. Normally I definitely do get good service with this doctor's office but have noticed lately the last 2 times, I've contacted the front desk staff, and have been told that I would receive a call back or text from someone regarding an inquiry on a medication and a day or two later still hear nothing back ultimately delaying medication administration and I would basically have to call back and hear of any updates. read more

Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. You will NEVER and I mean never see a doctor here. The excuse is always "He is NOT taking any new patients." Regardless is you have been seen here prior. Even if you request to only see a doctor, at the last minute you will either see a nurse or a nurse practitioner. Front staff/appointments is lousy and unprofessional at their job. Apparently regardless if you call and are first on the line they put you on hold to prioritize people who are just walking in or waiting at the reception desk, even though they have 3 other secretaries. Quality of care, they DO NOT have an ultrasound machine in the building. The most they will do is a pregnancy test, regardless if you already know. If you have any medical issues, symptoms or conditions, they can only handle 1 issue at a time and you would need to make another appointment to address any other physical issues. ALSO make sure they write it down or take notes because apparently regardless of mentioning it 3 times prior at other appointments they DO NOT WRITE DOWN any medical notes. Use and spend your insurance/money somewhere else. There is a reason why this medical group has horrendous reviews. read more

I took some time to read some of the negative comments. I have had the complete opposite experience as many of the negative posts. I'm always shocked at how fast and inexpensive the visits are. I really feel like this is the way medicine should be. I came in yesterday for a rapid covid test. I was able to get an appointment that day. I was impressed by how they organized it. I do think that Mike the guy giving the test should get a raise. He was so incredibly patient (I was one of the last appointments of the day) and kind. He answered my questions and tried his best not to hurt my nose. I developed a rash and thought I'd find an Urgent Care office by my home. I found Temecula Medical Group through my PPO and was able to get an appointment that morning! Office was clean, staff and nurses were friendly. The Nurse Practitioner who saw me was very nice. I told her my symptoms, the blister above my eyebrow started off as a small pimple but now it's a blister that seemed to be getting bigger and only the left side of my head has this rash, from forehead to scalp. She concluded that the rash may have developed after getting my hair colored 6 days prior and prescribed me a Hydrocortisone Valerate Cream. What a relief I thought, but why did the pimple turn into a blister, something that has never ever happened to me before? She suggested I visit a Dermatologist to take an allergy skin test to see what chemicals I may be allergic to, which I thought was a fantastic idea since I've never taken one. The following day, the rash got worse. I thought I'd just keep applying the cream as prescribed. Two days later it's even worse and has spread, so I was able to get an appointment with a Dermatologist in the morning, who concluded that I have Shingles. She instructed me to immediately make an appointment with an Ophthalmologist to get my left eye checked out because of the severity of the rash and how close it is to my eye, as shingles may cause damage. Went to see an Ophthalmologist the same day and he concluded my eye was doing well. So here I am, 2 days after my Urgent Care Visit with Shingles and worse pain and am in line at the Costco Pharmacy picking up my prescription. Had I been seen by a General Practice Doctor or Physician's Assistant at Temecula Medical Group, maybe they would have recognized the symptoms and I could have started medication sooner? read more

Before I posted my opinion and review I wanted to see if I was delusional in what I had experienced. So I read some reviews. Can't believe you ask if they are going to be able to help you prior to a walk in visit and you get an MA to tell you they can't help you AFTER you are sent back and they charge you your co pay plus bill insurance about $150. I always knew urgent care visits were waste of time and $ but now I know most of us can diagnose at home. If your lucky to have good insurance don't waste time with advice from greedy UC offices. Just go to a specialist and get what you need. The only thing this office was good for was over charging and making sure they got something out of me instead of saying go get this handled in one visit from a specialist. read more
