Dr. Lundquist is the bee's friggin' knees. He is the bomb.com of Dr's. I have seen top specialists for my crazy health problems and I am a researcher at heart. I've been researching my own issues for the past 4 years. This Dr knows his stuff. I hit the jackpot when I found him. Another bonus is he is right around the corner from my house! I would drive hours to see this doc! When I spoke with a pharmacist at the compounding pharmacy, she asked who my Dr was. I told her Dr L and she said he is one of her favorite Dr's. that he knows his stuff. I'm in bioidentical hormones at the age of 37. He ran the RIGHT saliva tests for my adrenals & sex hormones to find my exact deficiencies. In this last visit, he added a compounded medication that I used to take long ago. It's a controversial immune modulator that is very safe and could help me. He knew all about it. That's impressive. I could go on and on. This Dr has zero ego that I've seen. He totally takes your input. He took an hour with me at last visit to make sure all my needs were met and all questions answered. He is a very laid back guy. His staff is great too. He sends you home with a printed plan. One issue is that suddenly it was taking me over a month to get an appointment. I mentioned it to him and he explained. Greybill Medicals computer system had a glitch and allowed him to take on 250 new patients! He was working 14 hour days trying to get everyone in. He said so egging to management and they caught the issue and corrected it. So scheduling an appointment with this sought after Dr is going to suck for a while until it levels out. I made my two month appointment when I left. He also takes Medicare and IEHP/Medical! Quality for everyone. read more

I was referred here by my healthcare plan and though I have a zero co-pay, when I called the office they said anyone who saw him had to pay a $99 a month membership fee. So I contacted United Healthcare and they confirmed that this is against their policy because he has a contract with them. read more

Dr Lanquist is very knowledgeable and companionate. He is very informative and tries to help the best he knows how. He makes me feel there's still hope in the medicinal industry. After waiting 3 months to see Dr. Lundquist I checked in early for my 10am appt. By 10:20 I asked the front desk how much longer it'd be. They had forgotten to check me in! Dr. L saw me but didn't apologize for the delay in my appointment. Perhaps he was unaware? Today I arrived early for my 11:15am appt with Dr. Narryan (spelling?) - because Dr. Lundquist was booked for months. I waited until 11:45 before I told the front desk that I quit. Obviously my time is of no consequence to these people. I know there is a serious shortage of good doctors - here's just one more in my list of disappointments. Dr. Lundquist is caring and compassionate--concerned with total well-being. After seeing other Doctors in the Temecula area I finally found Dr Lundquist. The first Dr. that has actually looked me in the eye when he speaks and also when he listens. I never feel rushed or hurried or as if I am taking up his time. I would recommend him--and have--to anyone. I finally feel I have an advocate concerning my health. I also have to mention his support staff--they are always so helpful, considerate and happy! I scheduled an appointment for my wife with Dr. Lundquist. Based off of the reviews, he looked excellent--and maybe he is, but just not for us. My wife has had ongoing issues with hormone imbalances and unexplainable weight gain. Along those lines, she has been treated for, via dietary changes and medications, poly cystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) which her primary doctor had already ruled out before suggesting she see an endocrinologist. She explained all of this to Dr. Lundquist during the appointment, and he was quick to dismiss her concerns and label it as PCOS. Well, we saw another endocrinologist in the area who decided to look beyond, and a good thing he did, because as it turns out, it's thyroid cancer, which no other doctor had suggested or even bothered to check for. More bothersome still is the office's policy to charge $50 if an appointment is canceled less than 48 hours before the appointment time. My wife received a phone call 24 hours before an appointment she didn't even know she had, and was told she would have to pay $50 to cancel it. Of course, she informed them that had she continued with Dr. Lundquist's assertion that all she had was PCOS, she might never have discovered she had cancer until it was too late. We were told then that we wouldn't have to pay. I am sure that Dr. Lundquist is the right kind of doctor for the right kind of patient, but template matching an individual to symptoms that have no correlation to the facts at hand is at best arrogant, and at its worst, incredibly dangerous. First, Dr. Lundquist is not a Lymes doctor as much as his staff said he was and then he personally told me he was and on the second appointment told me he wasn't a Lymes specialist.. That is why I drove 1.20 minutes to see him each way...very dishonest people and doctor. His staff is incompetent, changing my appointments up to three times a day. After receiving a cancer diagnosis from my doctor, I decided it would be best to also add a more holistic approach, so I contacted TCIM. I called them on May 26th, during regular business hours, to set up an appt & they didn't call me back until today, June 9th! That's 2 weeks to call a perspective new client back!! To me that's extremely unprofessional, especially in the medical field! They clearly state in their voicemail message that if you contact them during normal business hours, which I did, they'll call you back within a 24 hour period. Don't hold your breath! Now, I'm a veteran & mentioned in my voicemail that I had TRICARE insurance. Some medical practices hate dealing with military insurance because they take a little while longer to pay, but still pay. So I don't know if this business just didn't want a new client, or this business didn't want a new client with my insurance (which I would've paid out of pocket most likely), but taking 2 weeks to call someone back is unacceptable in my opinion. After not hearing back from TCIM within 24 hours, I contacted another business that has been very attentive. I suggest you do the same. read more

I have tried all avenues short of a law suit to solve what should be a simple solution. I have received inaccurate billing over and over again. The most recent bill I called the billing office. They provided me 4 dates that they said I did not pay copays. I gave them the reference numbers to each of them from my bank statement. I then attempted to set up a meeting with Lundquist's office with no response. I then tried BBB and they received no response. This office has little to no integrity. If I owe something I have no problem paying but to now they can't tell what copays are not paid. The reason why, I paid them all and they are incompetent. read more

I've never been to a doctor's office that made me feel so welcomed. It is like visiting family & friends. Dr Lundquist took an hour with me and was very thorough, I actually felt heard for the first time. He does have a waiting list and it takes awhile to get in and I waited in the exam room for some time, but it's well worth it. I have been to several medical offices and I have waited longer than the actual time I got with the doctor. I also love the fact that it is such a natural approach to medicine. I had read great things about Dr. Lundquist and his ability to efficiently treat thyroid patients (unlike other doctors who only test TSH and push Synthroid), and when I had my first appointment with him, he totally exceeded my expectations. Not only is he great at handling thyroid issues, he knew so much about hormones. Stuff that even my reproductive endocrinologist didn't seem to bother testing or discussing with me. He took lots of time with me to explain my treatment plan, and he allowed me to decide what thyroid medication I'd like to be on and let me know that he was willing to let me try something else if I still didn't feel better. He didn't push any prescriptions, but instead recommended a supplement and dietary changes that have helped a great deal. I could get rid of all my other doctors, because I feel that Dr. Lundquist is knowledgable enough to manage all of my medical care. read more

Dr. L is just wonderful. I worry about him seeing so many patients and taking so much time with each one-he must be one tired husband/father at the end of each day! He's helped me with all my totally weird health issues and his integrative medicine approach is exactly what I want and need in a doctor and have been searching for years to find a doctor like him. He even takes my health insurance plan - that was a bonus! I no longer need to follow my adored endocrinologist to Orange County where she moved last year. Dr. L was able to handle my Hashimoto's and put me on a compound to deliver the perfect dose of thyroid hormone. I don't really mind waiting for him and dread that if/when Obamacare comes I hope it doesn't force him to change his style of practice: spending lots of time with his patients. We need more doctors like this in the valley. With the new hospital coming, I hope our valley can attract more awesome doctors to our area. After 45 years of excellent health and fitness I was unexpectedly hit with a health crisis that left me with chronic extreme fatigue, heart rhythm issues, digestive problems and memory issues. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Lundquist! I have been to 9 doctors including several endocrinologists for hypothyroidism and stage 3 adrenal fatigue. I have been through hell and back and was about to give up hope. I was so ill I could barely function and no one coould help me. I live in San Clemente which is about an hour away. He was recommended to me by another woman who also hypothyroid, she drives from Long Beach (2 hours) to see him. It took me 3 months to get an appointment, but he was well worth the wait. He is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate and caring. He actually listened to me and understood that I knew a lot about my body and my conditions. we worked together as a team. He spent over an hour with me on my first appointment. He specializes in thryoid and adrenal issues and runs the labwork that doctors are supposed to in order to diagnose you properly. After a a week long adrenal crash, he spent an hour with me on the phone. i cannot tell you how much I appreciate this man! His staff is also very friendly and attentive. I saw Dr. Lundquist twice when he was practicing at Rancho Family Medical. I waited over an hour to see him both times. For one appointment to discuss disappointing test results, my husband and I came it with many questions seeking alternatives to simply taking medications to treat symptoms. We wanted to investigate total health solutions to help get to the bottom of troubling test results and symptoms. Dr. Lundquist offered conventional, depressing diagnosis with pharmaceuticals as my only solution. When we said that his prognosis was not very 'HOPEFUL" and asked about vitamins and diet changes, he left the room. We decided on a holistic, food based approach to treating my symptoms and found a doctor who would cheer us on as we make health decisions based on our wonderful bodies' ability to heal. I never took any of the drugs he prescribed. Exercise, rest and food changes drastically changed all subsequent test results. No thanks to Dr. Lundquist. read more
