1st, the staff were very nice considering the working environment they appear to be under. Although I never visited a third world medical or lab facility, I imagine I came pretty close to one today with my appointment with Labcorp. Encountered overcrowded conditions with the reek of bad body oder throughout the room. Had appointment made one week before and still waited approximately 45 minutes until work started. They said they were short staff today but, isn't that always the excuse. I suspect they do a lot of County or State acceptance for undocumented because I would bet that two thirds fell under that category. Since I pay much for my excellent insurance I refuse to be exposed to the conditions mentioned above and will never ever return to this place read more

EXTREMELY LONG WAIT if you don't have an appointment, like "my figurative children grew up without me" long. So i recommend you book an appointment unlike me. The staff could move a tad faster, however they do the best they can and I always see them trying to, I guess they're understaffed. All the staff are friendly and professional, no one was rude and it's nice to see people enjoying their job. The staff are caring with everyone, kids and seniors included. The lab offers general blood lab services and normal testing akin to a lab of this size. The check-in is easy breezy, especially if you have you're a returning patient. read more

Got there at 5:58 when they open at 6:00am. Already twenty people in line. (Get there early if you can). If you're going for a pre-work drug test, they don't start that until 7:00am. The staff there were friendly and did their best to be quick. read more

No one tells you how to check in- saw the machines and figured it out! Front desk lady seemed nice to everyone who was in there. My dude Scott who found my vein right away and was so nice!!! You got this place the extra star! but I did have to do a urine test and the lady said "go threw the white door" and so when I got to the door security was a bit weird.... HORRIBLE wait times. If you have to come here make sure you have absolutely nothing else to do for the entire day. And that's if you have an appointment. If you don't have an appointment, make a blood sacrifice the night before, come when the doors first open, cancel all plans for the next 4 days. Every time I come here with My parent there's always a issue. Staff is friendly most of the time depending who you get. Unfortunately are never able to do their job. Every-time I come there's an "outstanding balance" or they don't have a doctors order. This happens constantly! We aren't the only ones. I don't understand why. One of the receptionist at Labcorp gave me 2-3 different numbers to call and get this balance out. I sorted out the problem and went back to get a blood exam done. The same thing happened again. They refused to take my father because of the "outstanding balanced owe". The insurance paid the balance off. Had to call again to labcorp and sort this out. Finally I have someone who actually had a functioning brain. Bless this women! She explained to me that the balance was fully Paid off. We didn't owe anything. Also "THEY CAN NOT DENIE SERVICE EVEN IF WE HAVE AN OUTSTANDING BALANCE" Also I was told by the representative: (Labcorp employee sitting in the front desk needs to call them to sort this bs out. Not the patient! This is coming from a customer service representative from Labcorp!) Also! So next time you are told " they can't do your exam. They don't have your paperwork" have them call it their job!!! Not yours. A lot of the time things will get faxed to them and they don't have paper in the fax machine. It's something that unfortunately had to witness. It made my blood boil. Paper work gets thrown in a pile! They're to lazy to get up out of the chairs and get the proper paperwork out of the fax machine. All they say is "sorry they didn't fax it to us. Your gonna have to call the drs office." Total BS! I was sitting there in that Fucken pails. We called the drs office the receptionist said "we've fax to them 3 times already." This lady was like nope haven't gotten it. Still sitting there just staring at us. Idk if she wanted it to appear magically on her desk. After she got up from the chair the paper finally appeared 3 times. What are they being paid todo? Sit on your ass all day and tell people no? Clearly you aren't doing what you are being paid to do. I don't who is running this office but they need to be replaced. What a horrible experience! Another reason to consider changing to Kaiser. I arrived very early, to avoid the crowds, for a pre ordered urine test. I was met by hordes of people milling about. First you have to go to a computer to enter your info and scan all of your insurance and ID cards. A waste of time, because when you FINALLY get to the receptionist, she has to enter them yet again! There were no chairs, to sit on, and I am disabled, so that was painful. I had to stand, with many others, in the hallway. No COVID restrictions, other than masks. I felt like I was swimming in a sea of germs. I won't get into details, but what has happened to customer service? The people that worked there avoided eye contact and were gruff and short tempered. I left angry, with my blood pressure soaring! Never did get my test, and I'll never go to Lab Corp again!!!! read more

Let's face it- the town of Hemet is overpopulated. So, for labcorp to close all of their locations except THIS ONE, was a terrible idea. Went here for bloodwork. There was about 20 people piled in the hallway outside of the office. Walked in. I was shocked, it was a HUGE waiting room, and it was full. I'd say there were about 40-50 people in there. I tried to sign in using the kiosk. Even though I completed the steps properly, it malfunctioned and said I need to see someone upfront. Um, that's a JOKE. Rather than wait 3 hours for a blood test, I hopped in the car and drove out of town to get bloodwork. Forget about this place in Hemet unless you want to wait in a hallway for hours. Labcorp, you NEED more than one location in town. This is insane. read more

They have the system where you get a text if it's your turn. Got a text at 10:20 and they said to just wait for my name to be called. It's already 11:05 and still no call for my name. What the hell is that text for if yall were gonna make me stand in a packed hallway for almost an hour? Hate this place damn service sucks!!! And when someone outside waiting in line with me said " can you call the names out outside too because we cant hear it out here" they damn straight shut the door on the people waiting outside. Hour and half for simple blood work- lobby packed and standing out in hallway- no communication at all from staff when clearly they had issues with computers- no smiles no nothing from them.. have to do urine test also and no hook for purse well it's kind of difficult to keep purse on shoulder and piss in cup they do not have the process down at all read more

Visited this location and the receptionist that "assisted" me was very rude. Would not answer simple question regarding insurance coverage without attitude. Cut me off multiple times while I was speaking, bad experience overall. Do not recommend. read more
