So what wtf is the point of having a damn appointment if people won't get seen at the appointment slot? I understand clinics gets busy or what not and that's why I believe that making an appointment will eliminate the need to wait in the line for more than 5 minutes tops. I ask the front desk at 11:28 to find out when will my wife be seen and the answer was there are two people with appointment in front of her. Someone please explain to me how does this work? I would highly not recommend this place. I hope that Labcorp should do something about it.

After a quick 5 minutes, I had my test taken and all was well UNTIL it said I needed to go through LabCorp for my results. I went in and signed up as required then it wouldn't accept information. I contacted them and they reset it for me only to have it happen again. After another contact and another reset, it still wouldn't work. I FINALLY got someone to send me a link so I could send a copy of my ID and move forward. It had now been FIVE days since I was told I would have my results in 3 days and still no follow-up email or contact of any kind. I highly recommend going somewhere else if you possibly can. bad, no TERRIBLE customer service and I am now 9 days since I got the test and still no results. I ended up having to go to the ER because my doctor wouldn't see me. I highly recommend any other lab but these amateurs... Amazingly after 2 days of no response, I almost IMMEDIATELY got an E-mail response after posting this review telling me they couldn't reset it because I didn't fill out all the paperwork. That would be fine but I sent in my ID etc and they STILL couldn't get it right. Blame me for their mistakes. Again, amateurs are not worth wasting your time on. just look at most of their reviews. She quoted me their prices and even mentioned a significant discount for cash patients. I asked to make an appointment and she said there was no need because it was extremely slow and I could just walk in. I went the next morning. The place was clean and the one person manning the office and drawing the blood was professional and friendly. I ended up paying $133 for all six tests. I was very happy with that price and would definitely recommend this place.

Getting prescriptions filled always took a while, but now it's next to impossible. I called every day for a week, leaving messages, and received no call backs. I am now out of my medication and, as it's the weekend, I will have to wait until Monday. I currently have shingles and can't leave my house, or I would drive to the office and speak to someone directly. I was last in the office in October 2024. Scheduling appointments was two months out, even after a much needed follow up after an ER visit. I was told that they now only have one GP and one pediatric doctor on site, as well as a nurse practitioner. It's a shame because I really like the GP and NP. They listen and don't rush you through appointments. Sadly, I will be moving on.

Encountered overcrowded conditions with the reek of bad body oder throughout the room. Had appointment made one week before and still waited approximately 45 minutes until work started. They said they were short staff today but, isn't that always the excuse. I suspect they do a lot of County or State acceptance for undocumented because I would bet that two thirds fell under that category. Since I pay much for my excellent insurance I refuse to be exposed to the conditions mentioned above and will never ever return to this place
