I was seen pretty fast..and the care I recieved was excellent. The staff was attentive and NP Flores took great care of me and prescribed me the antibiotics I needed to get better. The girls working here seem like they were fresh out of high school and didn't know what they were doing ‍. I asked the doctor if he can refer me to a place where I can get X-rays done since they don't do it here. He looked at me confused as if he don't know what X-ray means . Never again. I had been calling for two days. No answer or call back. I am very hard of hearing and disabled. They would not let my husband accompany me into the room, claiming it was policy to reduce cold and flu exposure for the staff. We were both masked. None of them were. Argued with me about needing the assistance. ABLEIST and stupid. Scoffed when I pointed out the hearing aids. Claimed that their policy overruled Federal law. I pointed out my husband was my witness as they have lied to me in the past. Kept saying they have "Five star reviews" on Google. Must have written them themselves. read more

We offered to pay out of pocket to be seen and they still turned us away for no reason saying, they can't see us because we didn't have a specific number for the insurance even though they can look it up with a social. I had an issue with them sending a prescription for my son for ABX. I called pharmacy and they stated they didn't have order in. I called office and they stated they had sent it. Mind you after calling 6 times they rarely answer calls. I called Walmart again per them they had nothing but was able to find my sons name with a different DOB. I called office again and explained the situation and they did not want to assist in fixing issue. FOC did not give name and hung up upset she would have to call Walmart to fix the issue. An hour passed and I called Walmart and STILL NO order. I attempted to call office again to my surprise no answer after 4x. Super unprofessional and not fair for my son to wait for an issue that they could fixed in a timely and efficient manner if staff were trained properly. read more

The doctor is rude and has no idea what he's doing. I went in with and ear infection, sore throat and congestion and all he prescribed me was ear drops. Plus my son has a sore throat and all he prescribed him was ibuprofen. We went to a different place and thankfully we're giving the correct medicine. read more

I needed to see a provider today because of my back pain. I did not have to wait a long time in the waiting room as I do in other urgent care facilities. Everyone was kind and respectful. I was seen quickly by Nurse Practitioner Belinda who listened to my concerns and helped me very quickly so I could get back to work. Came in with concern about being infected with coronavirus and was completely brushed off. Night and day experience from when I had come in for a separate issue last year and treated with respect. Came with symptoms of high fever, cough, aches, etc. and recently being around a large group of people from across the nation. The doc had an attitude the entire time as if I was being dramatic by coming in (???) and questioned why I was wearing an N95 mask, where I got the mask (work) and what my job was (not relevant). She questioned why I didn't go to an emergency room.... maybe because the current recommendation from the CDC is NOT to sit in an ER for 7 hours and infect other people?? I was told I could not be tested and given a paper with OLD and now INCORRECT info from the CDC about how community transmission is not currently happening in the US. Upon checking the CDC website, this info was directly contradicted by a report of deaths recently caused in the US by community transmission. I had many questions but the doc left the room, saying "your sick note is at the front desk" and leaving promptly. I then followed and asked her if I should self-quarantine, she responded "why would you do that? Just go home and wash your hands and take these antivirals, it's probably just the flu." Okay then. Let's see if I infect anyone else since I guess they're not concerned. read more

I called my PCP to try to get an apt. I was devastated when the receptionist informed me that my doctor was out of the office. I was in a lot of pain and needed to be seen right away. I drove by this place and let me tell you, the facade is very underwhelming, but the care I received from FNP Belinda was the best! She listened to me. She was emphatic and caring. The saying "Don't Judge a book by its cover" comes to mind when I think of this place. The Urgent Care is right below the pharmacy. No sign outside, just a number, but its very clean. I was in awful pain with not being able to use verbal communication because of a sore throat. I had contacted my primary care physician and they had no doctors available. I contacted tele visit and the dr, recommended drinking tea for the entire weekend, and I would be ok by the weekend. I did inform her that I had been doing all the internet remedies, and she still responded because I didn't have a fever she couldn't prescribe anything, as I'm basically whispering. I contacted Perris Urgent Care and they advised me of a 45 minute wait, I headed right over. Of course when you get there you're thinking ok this is a 2 hour wait. BUT NO TO MY SUPRISE 45 minutes it was. The staff is outstanding very professional and caring. The PA can't think of his name(I was so ill) but he did a a very detailed drawing of what was probably going on in my body. I mean he did a full drawing, and explained every medication He was prescribing. I hope I don't have to revisit , but if I do this is the place for me!! Was checked in by a woman named Sara, she was extremely helpful , very sweet. Everyone here was wonderful . Thank you Lupe and Taylor for helping me with my mom . Went in for the shingles ugh if that wasn't bad enough I got a flare up just thinking bout going to an urgent care and waiting hours. Not the case here! I walked in Perris community and I thought I was in the wrong building ha! not a soul but the receptionist. He informed me this is urgent Care lol and I couldn't believe no one else was in the waiting room!? I was in and out in 30mins including getting meds from the pharmacy upstairs. Mind you they did everything from a-z any other med facility would do. Vitals ect. Idk what they're doing right but they need to share the secret with every urgent care facility. All the doctor said is that he couldn't do anything, but yet decided to charge my insurance 200 bucks for the visit. What a rip off!!! I would give them 0 stars if I could. They are unprofessional, understaffed, unconstitutional, sensitive, probably biden supporters. They make up their own hours. Lock the doors and close up shop whenever they feel like it. I'm a military veteran trying for a urinalysis during hours of operation.l to be turned away twice. Once cause they didn't want to take patients during their hours of operation of 9 to 7. And second because I voiced my 1st amendment rights about how they don't have anything displayed saying the stop taking patients hours before closing. I do not recommend. The care workers are very nice and respectful . I was so nervous and scare for a needle but the RN who gave a shot to ensure me that I'll be fine and it'll be quick exactly was. I had to have a TB test for a new job immediately. I looked for a place to get it done right away but all the places were either to expensive or i had a long wait. My own dr didn't have an opening until the following week. I found this place through a friend and it was awesome. Not only did they take me right away but they charged me the 1/4 cost of the other places i called. The facility was clean, the workers were super nice and professional! I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family! I also saw what they charged for medical appointments and it was very well priced, you can tell they are here for the community and not to make a quick buck! read more

Very unprofessional urgent care. Came with here with my mom to see the doctor, the medical assistant proceeded to informing her that she cannot be seen today but she is welcomed to come back tomorrow. I interjected and asked why she could not be seen today? She responded by saying that because she has a sore throat they wouldn't see her today. Still didn't understand, that didn't make sense. What was so special about tomorrow? I probed further by asking if i should be requesting a specific doctor because the one there today didn't want to see certain patients. At which point, another male staff member came out and began to argue with me. He started to spew claims that it is the law and they don't need to see patients with covid symptoms (this is false). I never wanted to argue, I just wanted to clarify and I feel consumers/patients have a right to know. The staff have no communication skills they sent me always twice telling me different times the doctor would be back. Then when I said something they all looked at me like I was the problem. And Erica one of the girls in the front attitude was even worse an she had something to say even when she wasn't being addressed. I went today Thursday, 1/23/2020, and let me say I have never been to an urgent care so clean, friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. I got there, filled out paperwork, and within 10 minutes I was called in. I've never been to any urgent care clinic that take less than one hour to call someone in. I'm used to the wait of 2-4 hours or more at most clinics. Once I got in, the doctor's assistant was kind and respectful. The actual doctor came to see me and checked me and listened to me as i told him my symptoms. I was having throat pain for days and I knew I had some type of infection bc it hurt when I talked and my ears felt hot with pain. The doctor thoroughly checked me and prescribed me medicine right away. Some doctors at other urgent care clinics are hesitant to prescribe medicine even when the patient is visibly sick and showing symptoms. I was afraid that this doctor would just tell me to go home and rest like many others have told me, but thankfully this doctor was very kind and actually cared enough for me to get better and be on my way. The whole check up took less than 30 mins. The pharmacy upstairs is also fantastic; I got my medicine within 15 minutes. The pharmacy technicians were very friendly as well. I will also add the the receptionist at the urgent care (blonde lady w curly hair) was really nice when I got there. You can tell that this place wants to keep their 5 star ratings and frankly, they earned it. They have also earned my trust and I will go here again if I am ever sick again and will refer family and friends here as well! I came from Moreno Valley just to come here because I wanted to see if the 5 star reviews were genuine, and I can tell you that they very much are. Thank you to everyone that attended me today.
