I came in yesterday and explained my symptoms of swollen tonsils, fever, swollen lymph nodes, headache etc. They did not check my temperature, feel my neck, or do a strep throat test. I went to a different urgent care because I knew the doctor didn't do her job right. That's where they found I had strep throat and provided me with the correct medication and gave me tylenol on the spot to get my 103.2 fever down. Went to this place on 10/21 in a lot of pain. My 3rd toe was bruised and swollen. They sent me to Temecula Imaging in Menifee. I was told I would not have results for 5 to 7 business days. Today was day 7 and I had to call them to be told nothing is wrong and if I want to speak to the doctor I would need to go back to the office as a visit (pay another co pay). I went to Apple Urgent Care for two reasons: the company operates my PCP's office and this office is in my neighborhood. I expected the same old, same old...an extremely long wait. I actually got to the location about 7:15am for an 8am opening. My kids were bored...I was immediately surprised when a staff member opened the door around 7:50am. My usual urgent care open exactly on time at 9am. I figured they let us in because it was cold. To my surprise, as soon as the three of us signing in walked in, they began assisting us. The two ahead of me were obviously repeat customers. To my surprise, the first person was called back before 8am!! Imagine that!! A business that runs BEFORE schedule. I hurriedly completed my children's paperwork because we all hate someone coming in after us, being called before us. I'm telling you...for my two children, we were inside the building for 45 minutes total, including waiting for a doctor's note!! I am simply amazed at their performance and careful attention to customer service. Everyone was extremely friendly and easy going. Apple Care EXCEEDED my expectations exponentially. I won't be going back to my former "go-to" urgent care. I will say the decor in the waiting room is outdated...The waiting room/lobby is also small but guess what?? This place does not accept appointments and it is a very small reception area crowded with people. I did not like the fact that I couldn't wait in my car to receive a text when they were ready for me. It's not a great area and my visit was not pleasant. There is a free wifi sign on the wall, but it is password protected. They advertised no waiting more than 15 minutes, but I was there over two hours. I recently visited this facility the other day because I had an injury. Let me first start by saying, I went to two different urgent cares in the area prior to see if they took my insurance. The first one didn't and they referred me to either this one or the other one across the way. I went to the one across the way from Apple first and they were rude as hell --said they were leaving on a two hour lunch with no sign (I had to knock and call the office). As a result of that, I immediately left. Apple Urgent Care were friendly from start to finish and took care of me every step of the way. Yes, I'll definitely go back there if I ever need to, and it's near my house. The staff were friendly and thorough on what needed to be done from the moment I left the building and they were very polite and welcoming. Unlike the other place across the way from them. Lastly, Apple had a lot of patients inside of the waiting room and I have to say, people were being tended to in an appropriate manner. I was probably there no longer than two hours, and picked up my prescriptions right after at the pharmacy. Ten stars to this place if I could! I and my family had been driving this urgent care from Eastvale to get covid19 vaccination. First bad experience with them was for my dad 2nd dose of vaccine. We waited outside for 1 hour just to have them called us in and told us that they did not have any more vaccine for the day. This was happening in February where the staff won't even schedule anyone for their 2nd dose. They told us rudely to keep checking website for my dad 2nd dose myself. Today I drove my mom, to get her 2nd dose of vaccine with them. I got text message and email to confirm my mother's appointment for today. I even got to talk to one of their staff to confirm my mom's birthday while I drove there. I showed up to the door the girl in the front desk said she couldn't find my mom's name on the schedule today, I showed her and the male MA the message and email. They told me it was not them to send out those messages. If I want to complain I should contact the county myself. Then I told them to cancel my husband's appointment which is 40 minutes after my mom, so she could get his spot. They said no, there is someone else already took the spot. How come? I asked them, they said they can only give shot to people not dealing with schedules. I should contact the county myself. I told them I also talked to one of their staff while driving there to confirm my mom's birthday. Then the male MA said... there is no one in the office by the name I told him. The whole entire staff from this office are rude and unprofessional. Oh not to mention they like to keep their office hot, even it is hot out they still have the heat on in the office. I had a better experience with Apple urgent care in Moreno Valley. The staff there are professional, helpful, and friendly. They gave my mom her second dose of vaccine after I told them everything that happened in Perris office. My mom got her shot as soon as we got there. No wait, no argument. He-anna was the one gave the shot to my mom. She was so gentle, informative to my mother. My Dad was having a very difficult time finding a location that had Covid vaccination appointment available. After spending a few days calling the Covid hotline number and waiting on hold only to receive the run a round, I took over. The next morning I browsed the interne, found Apple Urgent Care in Perris and they had appointments available. I filled out the online appointment request and it went smoothly until I was not able to download the patient forms that must be filled out before the appointment. I called the Urgent Care facility and spoke to Elizabeth. She was very helpful and resent the forms to me a few times to make sure it goes through. She even called me the next day to confirm that I received them. I can't say enough about how professional and helpful Elizabeth is. I am very thankful for her. read more

I took my daughter there for a physical and after seeing 1 previous health condition from over a year ago, they still performed the physical and said based on the history, she needs to see her doctor. Terrible service. I had made an appointment to get my 1st vaccine shot back in mid-January for Thursday, February 11th. The website said I would get an email confirmation. I never got an email confirmation. I called several times and no one picks up the phone. Today (February 8th) I get an email to remind me of my appointment. However, I was able to get my shot through the county and needed to know if I could get my second shot with Apple Urgent Care. Needless to say, I tried calling and no one picks up. I leave several messages. I send a message through their system. I message them on Yelp, Facebook, anywhere I can and no reply. I called back during my lunch time. All these new 5 start reviews have got to be fake because I asked one reviewer which vaccine did his dad get at Apple Urgent Care so I could make sure I'm getting the correct one and he said he didn't know. HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW WHEN YOU HAVE TO GET THE SAME VACCINE?!?! I have not visited Apple Urgent Care as a regular patient but wanted to weigh in on the wonderful experience my husband and I had today getting a COVID vaccination. Someone on Facebook recommended we go to Apple because we were having trouble getting our vaccinations in Riverside County. We went onto Apple Urgent Care's website and made our appointments for today. We both arrived a bit early for our appointments but were taken in for our vaccines anyway. We were met by many pleasant and efficient people including some volunteers. The medical assistant giving us our vaccines was the most amazing person to ever give us any vaccine! She was done in a matter of seconds without any discomfort and several hours later, that is still the case. Her name was Angel. These health care professionals are doing a great service to the area to help vaccinate as many people as possible to have herd immunity and try to end the pandemic. Went to apple urgent care to get the first COVID vaccine and everything went well. Made an appointment along with my parents and husband to get our second dose. We received a phone call before our appointment confirming and a confirmation email. To double check our appointment my mom drove in the week prior to make sure they had Pfizer available. The front desk said our appointments were there, confirmed, and the Pfizer vaccine was available. Showed up on the day of our appointment (9:30) to be told that none of our appointments existed. When we showed them our confirmation and explained that we had come in a week prior to check the appointment they stated its not there anymore and "it's not on us." They then stated we should have received a phone call canceling the appointment. We never received a phone call from them and they replied it would have come from the CDC??? When we explained we all took work off to make this appointment their response was "everybody works." The whole thing was so unprofessional. As I started to leave my mother went back in to show the confirmation email and the front desk girl told her to wait a few min. When she came back they said we can get you all in at 10:00am. They stated they would call our names soon. 10:30am and still no call...I had to leave for another appointment I could not reschedule. My husband and dad stayed and were asked by the employees if there name was on the list. They explained the whole situation again and said we were supposed to be called at 10:00am. The staff stated that we didn't sign in so they didn't know to call us back. We were never told to sign in on the form and upon finding out I had to leave after they were an hour late for my appointment, they scolded my dad and stated they had to go above and beyond to get me in. Worst service I have ever received. Upon talking to others that were waiting outside they all had similar experiences. If you can get an appointment somewhere else...do it! read more
