However, I have been back three times and I'm not a fan of the front office staff. I called to ask a couple questions and was given attitude and was asked why I did not ask the doctor. (I most definitely would've asked if the doctors these questions if I would've known it was gonna take my daughter so long to get a referral to an orthopedic doctor... His bedside manner is exactly what you hope for in an emergency situation: confident, reassuring, and compassionate. We were also incredibly impressed with PA Theresa, who was equally amazing. She was informative, attentive, and took the time to answer all of our questions without rushing us. Her explanations were clear, her demeanor was warm, and it was obvious she truly cares about her patients and their families. My provider has faxed my referral and paperwork over five different times. Each time, they claim the paperwork is incorrect or that a single page is missing, requiring my doctor's office to resend the entire packet. This last time, everything was sent again, yet I still received no response. I've called numerous times, left multiple voicemail messages, and no one returns my calls. It has been an exhausting and disappointing experience. The lack of communication and organization is unacceptable. If you have the option to choose another physical therapy provider, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Based on my experience, this facility has been extremely unprofessional and frustrating to deal with.

I had no clue that he was addicted to this drug whatsoever!! I had to take him to The closest ER which was Menifee Global Hospital. To begin with, the admissions staff were kind and courteous. as soon as he was in the ER, his PA began treatment. The rest of the ER staff that afternoon and night were God sent. Literally Angels who went above and beyond to help with this ordeal. Watching someone you love go through withdrawals is heartbreaking and heart wrenching. I want to secondly stop and Praise and an by thanking the Doctor who attended to him and was Super compassionate (I don't know her name sadly), but to the nurses Ian, Alvin, Frederick (the awesome) ER Unit Secretary, and an outstanding Nurse BRITTANY RN. Brittany your experience lifted me, guided me and a thousand thank you'd for your sincere support and for providing me with resources to find the perfect facility for him... Once admitted to the second floor, his attending Doctor was Dr E (Since His name is long he goes by Dr E, I know he's from Nigeria), it was Him specifically who made it ALL possible for him to begin the process of detoxification then to be admitted to a facility for intensive medical detox. There is one single flaw however with this hospital, and it is a very shady one, and that is that not only is it exceptionally hard to obtain medical records, but there is a $5 fee attached to it. There literally is zero reasoning as to why patients don't have the right to know what their lab results are.

Unfortunately, my experience there was very disappointing and left me feeling uncomfortable and unheard. The first issue was the extremely long wait time. I was called up and then sent back to sit down again, and by the time I was actually taken in to see the doctor, the wait had been so long it felt like I could have taken a nap in the waiting room. When I was finally examined, the equipment in the room appeared outdated and the environment was cold and uncomfortable. There was also an intern assisting who seemed unsure how to operate the equipment. During the examination, Dr. Morales' demeanor made me feel as though he had already decided I did not need treatment. His questioning felt repetitive and interrogative rather than focused on understanding my condition. After the test results came back, he immediately commented that I was "knock-kneed," which did not seem relevant to the injury I was there for. Later, when I reviewed his report, I noticed that some statements in the report were never discussed with me during the appointment. Because of these concerns, I requested a second opinion. I was given another appointment and told I would see a different doctor in a nearby suite. However, when I arrived, I was redirected back to Suite 102 and told I would again be seeing Dr. Morellis. When I questioned this, I was given an explanation suggesting he was somehow the second opinion, which made no sense. At that point I felt very uncomfortable and declined to proceed. After leaving, I contacted the workers' compensation district office to report my experience. I felt the visit lacked professionalism and genuine concern for my medical condition. While I'm sure many staff members there may be kind people, my experience with the evaluation process and the physician was not positive, and it is not a facility I would recommend.
