( some) They almost seem like they have an attitude with you asking questions. It takes them a very long time to get back to you. Lab work is a pain because you have to actually physically call them to get the results instead of the other way around. (which nobody informed me off so when I went in and asked about it, I got attitude ) You're almost ignored when you walk in the waiting room. My first visit was great because I loved the doctor... However, I have been back three times and I'm not a fan of the front office staff. I called to ask a couple questions and was given attitude and was asked why I did not ask the doctor. (I most definitely would've asked if the doctors these questions if I would've known it was gonna take my daughter so long to get a referral to an orthopedic doctor... Didn't think that would take a week ) Absolutely no way to speak to your patients ladies. Hope y'all read your reviews and change your attitude.

Her explanations were clear, her demeanor was warm, and it was obvious she truly cares about her patients and their families.
