Went there for a DOT, they completed most of physical without history completed. Then said no won't sign off due to possible sleep apnea they read in my chart that I was going to be tested for in future AFTER doing a physical then would not give me my money back. DO NOT go here if you care for your kids. I took my son after noticing him tugging at his ear and crying in pain. He seen Regina,the NP or MD not sure, and just a few seconds after stepping in the room with us she said he's just a bad kid and we need to discipline him. Then I asked her to at least check his ears and she said I should take him to his primary Dr because my son seems autistic and has no ear infection after allegedly checking. I immediately took him to a second urgent care where he recieved better care and was told he had an ear infection on not just one ear but both ears. Regina faked checking my son's ears and just right away went with my son just being a bad kid and "being on the spectrum" (her words) Regina you should lose your license. Good customer service the front staff were friendly. Only four stars just because the consult for uninsured is $85 which is high compared to other urgent cares. They did attend my family member in a timely manner. Just sucks that we had to pay that much for the NP to just walk in and "diagnose" in less than 2 min and get a prescription. read more

I went to this establishment looking for somewhere for my mom considering her toe nail had lifted off her foot and was bleeding badly, her whole front part of her sandal had blood in it. I'm rushing around and the clerk at the front desk tells me that their doctor is at lunch. My mom's toe was bleeding and you're telling me they have one doctor that's out. I ran back there to ask for the closest urgent care since they clearly weren't going to help me and the front office lady just said that she thinks the one near food4less should be open but she's not sure since they weren't contracted with them. They clearly don't care for their patients considering I told her the state my mom was in and she just asked if we were putting pressure on it, which wasn't much help. Overall, horrible experience that just happened about 10 minutes ago and now i'm currently in the car with my mother and her mother driving around looking for urgent care. If it's urgent don't come here, and just don't come at all if you're looking for quick and quality service. I went to the Banning clinic at 6:15 pm as I was told that they were open until 7 pm. When I spoke to the two intake people at the main desk, I was asked if I had been seen there before, which was a yes. i was told that they saw their last patient at 6 pm. There was no one else in the office, and I was turned away with a 101.6 fever. I will never waste my time with this clinic again. read more

My husband came in and simply said "I was involved in a care accident.." the receptionist rudely interrupted and said we "don't take people in an accident" and refused service. Very friendly, clean, professional urgent care. To be honest why go to your PCP's office when you are sick if somewhere like this is covered and so much quicker. You don't need to call ahead or have an appointment. Update your guidelines and don't advertise that you close at a certain time only to turn patients away prior to posted closing time. Walked in and out as a new patient within 20 minutes. The moment I arrived the front desk greeted me and quickly got me through the new patient paperwork. Positive,; took my insurance, comply with covid-19 requisites, saw me immediately, let my daughter come in with me (I'm 76), was clear in getting my history and was very professional and answered all my questions. I love this urgent care the women are all very nice and welcoming. The doctor was awesome I didn't get her name but she is a Caucasian woman she made me felt very comfortable. They are fast also I was in and out within 30 minutes. This is my go to urgent care for one they are literally two minutes away from my house and they stay open until 9pm. I think one of the women, her name was Scarlett..? Either way, they were absolutely fantastic. Seen by this urgent care due to change of insurance. Very good experience on both visits that had to take my son for a severe cold. They were prompt and took the time to have my son evaluated. Only down side is that the waiting room is too small and does not allow for many people to be seated. But would recommend as the care is descent. read more

The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because the actual medical provider is amazing & is always helpful. The front office staff, on the other hand, is absolutely horrible. One individual often brings her child to work. Another one, the office manager will straight up lie to your face. I brought my 10yr old daughter in, who was very ill. The wait was so long that we had to leave to take my sister to work. The office manager assured me that when I came back, she'd put my daughter at the front of the list. I called first, & when we got there, the office manager said she was unable to put my daughter first, even though we'd already waited 2 1/2 hours previously. My daughter finally saw the provider, who was wonderful. Unfortunately, the cough medicine she was prescribed didn't help & she was literally up all night coughing. I called them the following day to see if I should bring my daughter back in. They said no because they were too busy, but they would ask the provider if she could call in a new cough med. They said they would call me back either way. They never called & never even spoke with the provider about my daughter. I waited patiently for hours. By the time I realized they weren't going to call back, it was too late to take my daughter anywhere else. So, she spent another sleepless night, unable to stop coughing for even a moment. Since then, my sister whom I'd previously referred there, had a similar experience. I, nor anyone in my family will ever return there again, unless something is done about the front office staff. On the other hand, the medical provider there deserves a medal for always administering outstanding care, and for being the only one there who actually cares about the patients. When you have multiple members of the family sick, you'd want to be seen by the doc right away. Our regular doc couldn't schedule us in, so I went to this urgent care. We saw Dr. Williams, and he took care of me and my children. I've seen docs that don't have a lot of patience with children, but he was very nice to my kids. I wish more doctors were like him! Next time we need care, I will be going in to see Dr. Williams again. However, as a quick note their MA is not so professional. I overheard her being quite rude to some of the other patients and she even muttered some curse words directed at them. read more
