When she opened the door to the lobby, I said good morning and was greeted with silence from her. When she took me to the back room to draw my blood, she informed me I needed to give a urine sample and when I asked her if I could do it then she ignored me. I told her I was on my cycle and asked if that would affect the test, she also ignored me. I was in and out quick however the service was poor. I questioned if I wanted to go ahead with the testing due to not feeling safe or comfortable with this lady. I would probably not return to this Quest site for testing.

I first went to Quest Diagnostic and they wanted to charge $675 for all the tests. I then called a couple other labs to get prices. The person that answered the phone was very helpful. She quoted me their prices and even mentioned a significant discount for cash patients. I asked to make an appointment and she said there was no need because it was extremely slow and I could just walk in. I went the next morning. The place was clean and the one person manning the office and drawing the blood was professional and friendly. I ended up paying $133 for all six tests. I was very happy with that price and would definitely recommend this place.

DNA Services unlimited partners with my employers so that's the only reason I come here. Also it's one of the only places in the valley that does LiveScan and drug tests. They also have paternity tests and a few other tests. There's a water cooler in the waiting room in case you need to hydrate and there's plenty of seating up front. Be sure to check-in at the touchscreen pad as soon as you walk-in or you'll be given a death stare. Make sure you also have an ID at all times! DRUG TEST TIP: If you're here for a drug test NEVER flush the toilet, it's an automatic fail and they'll think you're being shady or cheating. Please follow the rules. Encountered overcrowded conditions with the reek of bad body oder throughout the room. Had appointment made one week before and still waited approximately 45 minutes until work started. They said they were short staff today but, isn't that always the excuse. I suspect they do a lot of County or State acceptance for undocumented because I would bet that two thirds fell under that category. You'll find West Pacific Medical Laboratory on the ground floor in a building of medical professionals. The parking lot can get crazy packed, but it's big enough, and there's always a spot somewhere. Be sure you have your doctor's orders with you. I walked into an empty waiting room where I checked in on the kiosk, and Anna was running a one-woman show. She was great. Got me in and out in minutes. There were 2 other people who came in after me, but they left after me since I was chugging water to get that last sample out, lol. I had to go back the next day because apparently, the lab wasn't able to get the results they needed. Again, it was fast, and I left within minutes. Anna is a true professional. She poked me once each day and got what she needed. Last time I went to the other place, the phlebotomist missed 3 times before having someone else do it. I was bruised and purple for about 2 weeks, smh. Thank you Anna!! I highly recommend this place if you need labs done. They have multiple locations and no appointments are needed. My doc office gave me the old address, the old phone number doesn't work (I called headquarters and they gave me the info). I walked into the CORRECT office (finally!) and it was nice in there, no wait, friendly service, very professional. The girl explained that the old building refuses to take down their sign on the door and every time they put up a sign on the door saying they've moved, the maintenance takes it down. I can understand how this would be frustrating, and definitely not their fault! But they really should reach out to all the doctor offices in the area to notify them that they have moved so they stop sending patients to the wrong place. Second time in a row I arrived at or just before 12:15 (on my way home from work). The sign on the door says closed 1230-130 for lunch (not 1200). Also the paperwork I have says the same. When I call they cut it off so it won't even ring or they immediately disconnect. Posted is a screenshot of me having called 4 times between 1210 and 1216 because the door was locked, every call was immediately disconnected. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Getting prescriptions filled always took a while, but now it's next to impossible. I called every day for a week, leaving messages, and received no call backs. I am now out of my medication and, as it's the weekend, I will have to wait until Monday. I currently have shingles and can't leave my house, or I would drive to the office and speak to someone directly. I was last in the office in October 2024. Scheduling appointments was two months out, even after a much needed follow up after an ER visit. I was told that they now only have one GP and one pediatric doctor on site, as well as a nurse practitioner. It's a shame because I really like the GP and NP. They listen and don't rush you through appointments. Sadly, I will be moving on.
