She poked my arm with 1 clean shot. Took until the next day to have a blood clot emerge. Lasted about a full week to finally disappear

Horrible service, why would you schedule an appointment at the time of lunch and have me sitting around waiting for an hour

By far the worst of the worst Lab we have ever been into... My wife had an appointment for 10:45am…read moreand she checked in at 10:30 am. She didn't get seen until 11:35 am. So what wtf is the point of having a damn appointment if people won't get seen at the appointment slot? I understand clinics gets busy or what not and that's why I believe that making an appointment will eliminate the need to wait in the line for more than 5 minutes tops. I ask the front desk at 11:28 to find out when will my wife be seen and the answer was there are two people with appointment in front of her. Someone please explain to me how does this work? I would highly not recommend this place. I hope that Labcorp should do something about it.

After a quick 5 minutes, I had my test taken and all was well UNTIL it said I needed to go through LabCorp for my results. I went in and signed up as required then it wouldn't accept information. I contacted them and they reset it for me only to have it happen again. After another contact and another reset, it still wouldn't work. I FINALLY got someone to send me a link so I could send a copy of my ID and move forward. It had now been FIVE days since I was told I would have my results in 3 days and still no follow-up email or contact of any kind. I highly recommend going somewhere else if you possibly can. bad, no TERRIBLE customer service and I am now 9 days since I got the test and still no results. I ended up having to go to the ER because my doctor wouldn't see me. I highly recommend any other lab but these amateurs... Amazingly after 2 days of no response, I almost IMMEDIATELY got an E-mail response after posting this review telling me they couldn't reset it because I didn't fill out all the paperwork. That would be fine but I sent in my ID etc and they STILL couldn't get it right. Blame me for their mistakes. Again, amateurs are not worth wasting your time on. just look at most of their reviews. Good thing this wasn't a life and death thing...

The staff are so disengaged and moody with the customers that it's shameful. I only got ONE nice staff member here, she was doing the fingerprinting for livescans. The Hispanic dude that works here has major issues. People shouldn't work in a customer-centered field if they're going to be jerks. DNA Services unlimited partners with my employers so that's the only reason I come here. Also it's one of the only places in the valley that does LiveScan and drug tests. They also have paternity tests and a few other tests. There's a water cooler in the waiting room in case you need to hydrate and there's plenty of seating up front. Be sure to check-in at the touchscreen pad as soon as you walk-in or you'll be given a death stare. Make sure you also have an ID at all times! DRUG TEST TIP: If you're here for a drug test NEVER flush the toilet, it's an automatic fail and they'll think you're being shady or cheating. Please follow the rules. I'm just telling you in the event you come here!

I usually get sent to Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp, so this was my first visit here. It was a great experience! You'll find West Pacific Medical Laboratory on the ground floor in a building of medical professionals. The parking lot can get crazy packed, but it's big enough, and there's always a spot somewhere. Be sure you have your doctor's orders with you. I walked into an empty waiting room where I checked in on the kiosk, and Anna was running a one-woman show. She was great. Got me in and out in minutes. There were 2 other people who came in after me, but they left after me since I was chugging water to get that last sample out, lol. I had to go back the next day because apparently, the lab wasn't able to get the results they needed. Again, it was fast, and I left within minutes. Anna is a true professional. She poked me once each day and got what she needed. Last time I went to the other place, the phlebotomist missed 3 times before having someone else do it. I was bruised and purple for about 2 weeks, smh. Thank you Anna!! I highly recommend this place if you need labs done. They have multiple locations and no appointments are needed. Just walk right in! =)

My doc office gave me the old address, the old phone number doesn't work (I called headquarters and they gave me the info). I walked into the CORRECT office (finally!) and it was nice in there, no wait, friendly service, very professional. The girl explained that the old building refuses to take down their sign on the door and every time they put up a sign on the door saying they've moved, the maintenance takes it down. I can understand how this would be frustrating, and definitely not their fault! But they really should reach out to all the doctor offices in the area to notify them that they have moved so they stop sending patients to the wrong place. Second time in a row I arrived at or just before 12:15 (on my way home from work). The sign on the door says closed 1230-130 for lunch (not 1200). Also the paperwork I have says the same. When I call they cut it off so it won't even ring or they immediately disconnect. Posted is a screenshot of me having called 4 times between 1210 and 1216 because the door was locked, every call was immediately disconnected. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I wonder if the owner is aware of these practices and Xlong lunch breaks i'll go to another office, they're not getting my $.

Upon scheduling the MRI appointment the question "do you work around sheet metal was asked. I was confused as to why the question was asked and stated "yes". However, immediately after I redacted my statement and further elaborated that I work in construction , however I don't directly deal with metal. The ball was in the staff's hand with the answer and they should have put "no". I received a phone call one day prior to my scheduled appointment and was told for a second time that I would have to get an xray done on my eye to ensure no sheet metal was in there (AFTER I CONFIRMED THE INITIALLY THAT I DID NOT IN FACT WORK AROUND SHEET METAL.) Once I informed the attendant that I did not want the establishment to bill my insurance, I was met frustration in the tone and was informed the appointment for my MRI was cancelled , prolonging my attempt to seek medical attention. The administrative manager became involved and was ignoring the fact that I didn't work around sheet metal. This left me with the impression that they wanted to milk my insurance. The admin manager was no help with the situation and kept ignoring the fact that the day of scheduling the MRI appointment I said NO and did not take the situation seriously. Overall, the professionalism of addressing the issue was dissatisfying and not taken seriously.
