Visited about 1 month ago with an upper respiratory infection. Arrived just after opening on Sunday morning. Only 1 other patient waiting. Completed a short intake form, presented ins card and paid my copay. I was checked in and called in to an exam room within 15 mins of arrival. Dr Abraham was very thorough and comprehensive. Prescribed needed antibiotic and cough medication. Suggested I return if symptoms do not subside within 7 days. Facility shows its age but was clean and staff was professional and considerate. Not rushed. Would definitely recommend and would return if needed. read more

My mother and I came here for my 7 year old sister who possibly had a sleep apnea problem. After waiting for over an hour, the nurse came and called us in. She was nice but also a little rude because she always interrupted my mom when my mother was speaking about my sister's condition. My mother would try to speak about her concerns and the nurse would interrupt by saying her opinion as to what my sister has. The doctor finally came in and he was a little rude as well. He also kept interrupting my mom and basically invalidated her concerns. The doctor told us to go to my sister's primary physician and LITERALLY said (!!!) "there is nothing I can do for you." (!!!) I understand if he cannot do anything for us but it is highly unprofessional for him to say that and he could have given us a referral or done ANYTHING ELSE to make us feel better. If he couldn't do anything to help physically then he should have tended to emotional needs because emotional needs are just as important as physical needs (this is scientifically proven). Also, my sister has AUTISM and it's EVIDENT neither the nurse or the doctor knew how to deal with patients with autism/special needs. They just started to touch my sister and perform tasks without letting her know what they were doing which can be scary for someone with autism. Neither of them introduced themselves as well (and none wore a name badge either). Moreover, the nurse came in the room when the doctor came and literally just stood there doing nothing so I'm not sure why she needed to be there. Overall, this facility doesn't really have good service and the medical providers seemed a little incompetent. The facility wasn't very clean at all either. We are into the third year of Covid, and they still aren't seeing people with sore throats, claiming it's a "upper respiratory problem that requires a telephone consult."How are you supposed to check for strep over the phone? My son also has a suspected ear infection. There are other things out there besides Covid, and we are now realizing that Covid is everywhere. How can an urgent care not treat that?? So today I needed to head here for a workman's comp incident, they were the first place listed on the form and they were the closest. Well let's start with ambiance; it's dingy, furniture is worn, and it could use a deep cleaning. I know it is an urgent care, but can we at least try to be a tad more inviting. Next we shall move on to service; the receptionist was polite and pleasant, but that is where it ends. After giving me my six sheets to fill out, she informed me after I was finished that they had one practitioner on site and they pry wouldn't be able to see me until 2:30 p.m., I arrived around 11:45 a.m. So basically they completely wasted my time and the trees that died for the paper I filled out that was to be unused. I know it wasn't her fault for the short staff issue, but it was certainly her fault for not letting me know before I filled out the six pages of redundant paperwork she gave me. I mean it isn't like she didn't know until after I handed it to her. I felt extremely bad for the man with the tip of his finger missing though, poor guy. In the event I have another work related injury, which I sure hope I won't I definitely won't be heading here, I'd rather suffer. Went here with two children with sore throats. We were in and out in about an hour. Two children with positive strep tests. UPDATE: I brought another child in for a strep test, but I didn't realize they had new hours and don't open until 11:00. It was 9:00. I decided to come back after lunch. We arrived at 1:07 and found out that the provider was out to lunch and wouldn't be back until 2:00. We had had enough driving for the day, so we decided to wait. It seems a little strange to have a lunch break only two hours after opening. Luckily it didn't take the full expected time before we were called back. By the time I came back with my fourth child for a strep test, they didn't charge me for that test. They remembered me from the previous three children. I waited with my girlfriend for 3 hours. When only 3 of the people in the room were seeing the actual doctor and all others were seeing a basic receptionist (nurse). When she finally saw the doctor, they told me I wasn't aloud to support her inside even though she had a broken foot. She had to walk by herself. Access First Urgent Care - Not to add a nice smoke section within 5 feet of the door. - Medical Centers Near Me - Hemet, California

Since it's Urgent Care (and my first time being seen at any Urgent Care ever), I left my house around 8:30am so I would be early in line and not have to wait all day. I cannot drive at this time so took a Lyft ride there. Arrive at location, and it has different name on sign (uh oh, did I get the wrong location?!). Place looked permanently closed. From outside, could not tell, windows darkly tinted). One door said "Closed Sundays", the other said Saturday/Sunday 9-1. Lyft driver dropped me off because he has another call for ride so he could not wait. It was about 5-10 minutes before 9:00am so I waited to see if they would open at 9:00am. Apprehensive I would need to find another UC, I called the number and Arlene answered assuring me she would be opening the door in just a couple of minutes (whew)! . (Five stars) for Arlene (Front Desk/Customer Service Rep.). Arlene greeted me when opening the door and asked me to sign in. She then gave me a form to complete and explained they may not be able to confirm my insurance due to the weekend and what the charge would be. This I completely understood but had confirmed with my insurance prior so felt confident I was ok. Arlene was VERY nice and explained everything. Great customer service. (Whew! Thank God!)(With the reviews I was scared to go, but had to). On a roll, so now waiting to be roomed. (Three stars) for male (do not know if he was a Nurse or Medical Assistant, and cannot recall his name off hand). His customer service was "ok", but not overly friendly and welcoming, (especially since I was his first patient of the day). But, that's ok, he minimally did his job. No real complaints. He brings me into the exam room (ok), and takes my vitals/charts medications I'm taking, then leaves and tells me the doctor will be in. While waiting I then noticed the exam table paper had not been changed from last patient on Saturday, nor had he made any attempt to change the paper. Was the room even cleaned/disinfected from previous day? Next the doctor- (There because I need the work clearance, BUT still experiencing symptoms). (One star) for provider on duty (Khalid Medani). He was very cold as far as personality. Introduced himself upon entry into the exam room, and proceeded to ask why I was there. I explained my situation and that I needed a work clearance. I had brought the ER discharge paperwork with me, but did neglect to bring my last provider notes (the visit from my facility). I thought explaining the situation and showing the ER discharge paperwork should be enough in this case. He started asking me questions about the situation in a tone that seemed to me he was blaming me for the situation. He continued in not a nice tone, so in turn I also began answering him back the exact same way, in which he seemed to catch on and start becoming a bit nicer with his tone. He told me my symptoms don't stop me from going to work. I explained that yes, they did, because I drive for the company, and cannot drive with vertigo (dizziness), left flank pain, and right shoulder pain. (Thinking now to myself- (how can I turn my head to see traffic if it causes vertigo still)? How can I pick up heavy coolers or turn suddenly to see traffic if I'm still having heightened left flank and right shoulder pain)? He then said he would give me medication for the dizziness (nothing new from what I'm currently taking), and a note to be off for one week, and then to return with no restrictions. Fine, this is acceptable until I can schedule with a regular PCP outside of my facility to follow up. Male nurse came back in to give me the discharge paperwork, the note, and said they called in my script to my pharmacy. I thanked the provider on my way out, as well as the male nurse (who would have said nothing upon me passing by the reception area if I hadn't said "thank you myself). So, all in all my experience wasn't horrible for an early Sunday morning, but it definitely wasn't 4-5 stars! Could have been WAY better! Hopefully I don't have to use an Urgent Care again any time soon! Definitely needs an update as well, but I think people would be willing to overlook that if the treatment by the staff and especially by providers were at least considered excellent! read more

We have a PPO and normally go to any doctor, anywhere we choose. Tonight my husband needed to be seen as quickly as possible so I googled what was open and just drove. I have NEVER been to a more professional and caring medical center, EVER. Dr. Hill went above and beyond to treat my husband and really make sure he got the care and information he needed. The entire staff was professional, sweet and attentive. We were seriously beyond impressed with this place. I want Dr. Hill as our primary!! My son and I were seen by Dr. Bell today, he was wonderful!!! Explained everything to us, very patient, and caring! The receptionist and nurse were both caring and helpful! I high recommend Access First! We left with shots in our butts, breathing treatments and prescriptions to help us get better! We were in and out in about an hour and a half, 3 other patients in waiting room when we got there. The Nurse even called the next day to check on us! Arrived and a patient was arguing about how she was told to return at a certain time and they still couldn't help her because the radiologist wasn't in. There weren't many people waiting and this was by far the longest any urgent care has ever taken just to check you in and fill out your paperwork. No one was wearing name tags. I took my boys in yesterday because one was complaining about heel pain and the other one was complaining about both feet being in pain. The tall male MA was very kind and nice and the front office girl was friendly as well. When the "provider" came in, it was a different story, he is one of the rudest "providers" I have ever came across. His name is Andy Nguyen, he is a Nurse practitioner. He walked in very upset and questioned me as to why they were there, I explained the him situation to him. He made one of my boys walk and then proceeds to say this isn't an emergency at all I'm just going to sent you out as an outpatient to get X-rays. Not once did he ask to see their feet. He said, "their is nothing wrong with them they are fine but I'm just going to give you the Xray form but nothing is going to come up! The worst urgent care I have ever been to. The front staff were not bad, but the PA, Andy is extremely unprofessional. He said I didn't have any symptoms of having a bacterial infection even though I had a sore throat that hurt every time I swallow, swollen tonsils (even had trouble breathing last night due to inflamation), fever during the day, (I am aware most symptoms are the same as viral) and puss coming out of my tonsils last night, yet I didn't have a bacterial infection just because they did a cheap swab that "determined I didn't have strep throat", therefore it's only a 10% chance I have a bacterial infection and he didn't see the symptoms at the moment I was there with him so he completely discarded what I told him. To top it off, he got all defensive when I asked him how he was 100% sure I didn't have a bacterial infection and got all hyped up and even came off as aggressive. He was trying to convince me he was right and didn't even let me talk, and said "let me finish" in a rude tone when I tried to explain my point, but his demeanor showed he has no control over his emotions and you can't question his authority! He even tried to say that other people try to get antibiotics, well I'm not other people and the last thing i want to do is take drugs unless I need them, so he is already prejudging that people are trying to fool him to get the dam antibiotics. At the end he didn't even want to hear me out and barged out of the room angry! To make things even WORSE I went to fill the garbage anti-inflammatory he gave me and syrup and they told me the syrup has been discontinued for like 8 months and this dude is still prescribing the crap. What a joke. I waited almost 2 hours (there was only like 4 people in front of me and they claimed to have 3 providers so WTF?) to deal with a stubborn PA. First and last time ever going to this dump. I regret ignoring the reviews and coming here. read more
