My husband had this simple xray done to be done and they did it incorrectly, it was so simple for them to have followed what it said on the order. It was right there...We gave them the form that obviously stated what the provider wanted to check him for. Also the radiologist as to why he didn't even check if he was doing it right since he was in a hurry. We found out until his ordering provider told us they did it wrong. So He had to go again to complete it. And they have not gotten back to us neither with the report or with the right images. The provider's office and I have called multiple times... its been over a month now, and this is them acting like this when it was their error... smh. So frustrating, since this is prolonging my husband's care. Follow my advice and just not go to this specific location.

Immediately after that, the ultrasound technician collected me from the waiting room and took me into the ultrasound room. Her name is Kim. She made me comfortable on the table and then meticulously conducted the ultrasound of my thyroid. I appreciate that Kim is highly-focused and very experienced in these matters. The entire experience was comfortable.

Health insurance opened grievance, seems this location is under investigation for bad practices. When they get busy and don't want to look up paperwork they just lie to patients, turn them away, and waste their time. I reviewed my account online and found that BOTH of my children had their birthday altered by 1 day. HOW ODD. This data discrepancy would definitely cause a mismatch in systems preventing correct records from being pulled. I hadn't touched my account in over a year and the last appointment was flawless --so what happened between June 2025 and now? Tried calling the Menifee Quest location this morning to report data discrepancy and verify if 2nd paperwork attempt was successful, no answer, when you select the menu option for "more help" it tells you to go to their website and HANGS UP. His staff and him prayed for the surgery and my husband before he went under, it was a true blessing for my husband to have God steady Dr. Tiwari s hands as he preformed a long surgery. It was a tough four hours for the doctor and he was amazing. I recently had a new patient exam with him also to clear me for knee surgery. The office staff was also very good and took good care of me as I was there, including his physicians assistant, who answered questions for us. We highly recommend him.
