I stood in line, had all my items ready and handed it to the girl when I walked in. Other people came in after me and they took those people first before me, this is a walk in place, no appointments yet it took 15 minutes before they even checked me in. I'm still waiting and half the room was taken back and these people checked in after me. I will never come back here, communicate and give people numbers or have a sign in list and accept people in order. There's not enough seating either, give people the option to sit in there car, give people some information when checking in. Ridiculous that this is how businesses are ran these days read more

Had my first mammogram so not sure what to expect with the process but I was able to get a same day appointment (ended up scheduling for the next day), yes the location is a little weird because the door os solid and looks like a random door but it's directly across from the urgent care door... I was in and out so quick... the tech was great... the result turnaround is the only thing that would change stars over... they said about 5-7 business days... (only on day 2 so far)... also you can see your mammogram images immediately on their portal but results won't be there til they are ready, so I've been comparing them to every Google image while I wait lol. Went to get a mammogram on 10/21 1:30pm scheduled on the website and walked into a nightmare. Absolutely no COVID precautions (the small room had 10 people in there) and loud gossiping receptionists at the front desk. I signed the check in and walked out after 15 min because it was way too crowded in there. No one phoned me or anything after. I will definitely find another place to take care of my mammogram. My questions to this medical office are. 1. Why do you schedule appointments for your patients all at the same exact time? (Especially during a pandemic)?? 2. Who is operating this facility and why is it so unorganized? 3. What will it take to fix these serious issues so that other patients do not have to go through this during such a hard time? read more

This office has a parking lot that is difficult to get into and find a spot. The office is small and it takes a long time to be seen. I went in for an X-ray on Wednesday. I called back the next day and was told that their computers were down. I understand that but the next day I called my doctor and they said TVI hadn't finalized it. I was told that it could take 2 business days. I'm supposed to have surgery in a week and I need to find out if my foot is broken or not. These people have no idea about service. The people I talked to on the phone was condescending and acted like they couldn't care less. It's very exasperating when I may have a broken food and they're the ones who have the answers but don't get on the stick. I'm going to have to find another place to get X-rays. The run around just isn't worth it. read more

Was told to wait 2 hrs and was told i would be seen. Waited the 2 hrs then checked to see how much longer she said it's at least another 1.5 hours to be checked in and additional 2 hrs for the xray. Women in the front are very rude. This is the worst office I have ever been to. I will never come back here again. read more

Their website lied about their opening time. As a result, I got there late instead of early, as I usually do. That irritated me to start with, as then I knew that I would have to wait awhile for an X-ray. Then, their X-ray machine broke down shortly after they opened, and I had to wait two hours more! From talking with others, I found that this was not an unusual occurrence! Needles to say, I was really burned up about this! Ruined my whole day! Also, parking is a real problem there. Went here today and the 2 ladies upfront that were working are so kind. They were very accommodating to people who needed extra help. Its very rare these days to find a place where people are kind and these 2 ladies proved me wrong that there are still caring people in the medical field. The xray tech was nice and took her time with me. If you want to be treated nice and actually feel like your welcomed then definitely go here. I only wish they would did appointments here at this facility. read more

I've been trying to schedule a breast biopsy. Stressful enough as it is they tell you it could take 3-5 days for the scheduler to contact you. Waited the 5 days and now for 2 days all I get is their voicemail. Very poor business practice. I escalated it to try and talk to a manager at their main scheduling line and they transferred my call to ... the same voicemail I've been calling for 2 days. read more

I arrived at 12:45 was told there are people before me she goes to lunch the tech and come back after a hour came back signed in and number for text a hour 10 min later a text I went in for X-ray and it's to sign a form there are no chairs in waiting room and people everywhere after the signature more time this time chair in back oh and the front desk does not have my order I said yes you do She had to call the manager Danielle because front desk can not find it. The order was there and when signing in the back patient is disrobed and informed to wait someone is before her I just left it's now 4:29 the X-ray tech was great and her assistant thanks to them for making things calmed over for everyone those techs have no idea what is going on with the front ladies they grab when sheets are up and have to hear the wrath in the back do to front not communicating appropriately read more

I sIgned in and they took me almost immediately(proximately took about 35 minutes to sign in and have my procedure done) The front desk receptionist was very nice and social she made me feel welcomed. I really appreciate the customer service I got while signing in and during my procedure. If I ever need x-rays again I will for sure come back here. Avoid coming here unless you ha e all day to wait. I came in, signed in and waited 30 minutes before going up to the desk ask how much longer it would be. She said she had no idea. Seeing how I had not been called up after signing in i figured okay maybe they are just busy so i told them I would just return another day. I came back signed in and again I have been waiting over 30 min and I still haven't called to the front to check in. Luckily I'm not in any rush but seriously sitting here waiting to just be called up is ridiculous. read more

Worst experience in a medical office in my life. I fainted during my mammogram and they had no ice or ice packs for my head, took them over 30 min to get back with ice and the lady came back with a cup of coffee In her hand!! Had never gone to the Menifee location before, didn't even know it was there, as there is no signage. I was shocked when I finally found it, walked into to this teeny tiny office that looked unkept. Let me state that this does not reflect the employees, they were all nice. I get taken back to a dressing room where a man and his child are sitting directly in front of my accordian-style door and the door doesn't close all the way and there is a gap. I had to disrobe and stand facing backwards. He was only inches from my dressing room door. Not his fault, they put him there. There are lockers, but no keys, so you have to take your clothes with you. The physicians take forever to read your mammogram and get the report posted and to your doctor, longer than anywhere I have ever been. I won't be going back to this particular location, that's for sure. read more

Wonderful Staff!! Our Son went in for X-Rays and their Staff was AMAZING with him. I had another child with me so they took him back by himself which was worrisome but he said they were very friendly. They X-Rayed his ankle and told us we should have results in a few days. Office is not super busy and staff was helpful. We asked for a cup of water because we arrived right after school and they kindly brought over two huge cups of cold water for the kids. Thank you Staff for being so friendly and helping us through a scary time. Highly recommended coming to this office! read more

I checked in at 0945, it's 1148 and I'm still waiting for an X-ray with one more ahead of me. The waiting room is small and crowded. We're all frustrated and uncomfortable. The policy that xrays are only taken on a walk in basis needs to be revamped. We're people and we have things to do. Clearly this company doesn't value our time. I've been into this location for x-rays about three times over the last year and a half, and generally my experience has been good. I see many negative comments that strike me as exaggerated or based on a very untypical situation. The front desk lady is very pleasant and helpful. The x-ray tech I had was excellent, giving clear directions and explaining procedures in a helpful way. Yes, the parking lot is small, inadequate and often jammed up. Yes, the waiting room is tiny, but I gather it's luck of the draw how many are waiting for a single x-ray tech. I've been fortunate in not waiting long--roughly 30-40 mins or less--when there have been people ahead of me. I wish the office would relocate to a larger space in that same general area. Having been to other locations of the same Radnet/Temecula Valley Imaging that have more lavish waiting areas and patient rooms, this small Menifee location has still been a pretty positive experience for me. read more
