This place is heavily unorganized. I called ahead of time and asked what time they closed. Spoke to a lady and said 3:45 is the last patient because of COVID. I show up at 3:45 maybe a minute later and she said that they closed at 3:30pm and that FedEx had already left. Pathetic child like communication. They could have told me 3:30pm the first time and I wouldn't have came all the way from LA. Spoke to the office manager Juan. He made me repeat myself 4-5 times. If that's a manager then that explains why this place sucks. He said he would have made an exception if he was there and he surely was there and made no exception. Instead he was being a rude j**k. Shoot the 7 minutes we argued on the phone, he could have let me pissed in a cup but instead he felt like pissing me off. Would not recommend this place to anyone. If I was an employer, I would rather my employees piss dirty than to send them here. This place was just sold to some other company and looks like everything went to s**t. I had to come get to do a DOT drug test and everything to do with that was great - the people were nice and professional. My only issue was that the waiting room was so hot ! the thermostat on the wall read 83 degrees and there was a room full of people - I mentioned to one of the people working there and he said "we can turn on the air" but still after an hour it was not on. read more

I'm not sure why they low review for this company, because I had a terrific experience with these folks. I had to get a Department of Transportation medical exam and drug test, and my company sent me to Real Occupational. They told me up front "our Doctor is real cool." They were right. I got in really quick, despite a waiting room full. Everyone was really friendly, with the slight exception of one of the ladies up front, but everyone has a bad day. There was even a glitch with my blood pressure, and they reassured me "don't worry, just come back and let's check again." I did and everything was fine (those two cups of coffee before I went in probably didn't help). Then Dr. Wall even explained why it was really common. No place is going to be perfect, but when you think of having to go to clinic of any kind, this is as good as it gets. Hopefully the previous reviewer will give them another chance. Prepaid for a service, notified Juan, an employee at Real Occupational, the morning of at 7 am that I would be late, as I was dealing with other issues and would come in when I finished, was told that it was no problem, they would accommodate when I came in. Juan, from called at 9 am asking where I was told him that I was on my way and would be there in one hour. He said the person has to leave and that I could reschedule or get a refund. I told them to give me a refund as this was a timely manner and could not wait for an appointment 3 weeks later. I called to follow up on my refund the following Monday, was told that ya we told you we would refund you, but we are not going to refund you, we can only reschedule you. I asked him but you told me you would refund me, Juan said yes I did but I will not, you didn't make your appointment, advised Juan that I was told I would be accommodated when I came in and was not notified that the person would be leaving early before their regular business hours which I should have been notified when I was told I would be accommodated. Should have said we will accommodate you if you make it here before 9 am or whenever the time would be. I asked to speak to a manager, was told one was not available. DO NOT PREPARE FOR SERVICE. STILL WAITING FOR MANAGER TO CALL BACK. read more

I called at 3 pm to make sure they were open. Receptionist answered said yes open till 5 got there at 4 and same lady Millie that answered my phone says sorry we closed. There were 2 patients still sitting the in the lobby. Ridiculous. Need to show more professionalism. Also tested here before and they forgot to sign the collector form so had to come back two days later to do another test. Someone reallly needs to train the staff here on professionalism. They're super cheap but not worth it if they can't even do their jobs. read more

Worst place to get tested . First: they don't know what they are doing . I saw a customer that had to go back because they didn't fill out his paper properly . When I checked in they make me wait forever . Everything was already paid and all people who got there after me left the room . People in this place seem to have an attitude and don't know anything about customer service. read more

This was the most racist place I've ever been. I went to take two test for my employer and the manager was rude and very unprofessional. I asked a question and instead of the lady helping me, she went on to tell me how much she hated being asked that question and that I should just leave her alone instead. Even my school instructors called my school to inform them of how she acted towards me. There was no reason for her to talk like that. I'm a black guy so she felt as tho she didn't have to answer me or treat me with the respect I gave her and deserve. I encourage anyone going to this location to rethink testing here. Hopefully my school/employer can switch contracts and start using a different clinic. My driver told me to reach out to my recruiter and see if we can hold her accountable for her actions. The main reason for this post is to warn regular, normal working people of the racial, ignorant, rude, miserable management at this location and hopefully someone's else won't have to be treated this way while there trying to handle and take care of there business. Please I repeat THIS WHOLE CLINIC IS RACIST AND SHOULD NOT BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. If your black you will be disrespected at this place. The manager should not be hired anywhere she has to interact with someone black. She couldn't hide her racism for two minutes to answer a quick question. This is pathetic in so many ways. To make it worst it was only 8:05 am. I couldn't focus at work after this encounter. She was very very very disrespectful. Hi My Fellow Yelpers, I was looking for DNA Testing that was affordable and fast but professional. I looked all over internet reading reviews and checking out websites. Real Occupational Services was by far the best office to get tested also very affordable. I first sent email through there emailing system, didn't think I would get a response as fast as I did but thank GOD I did. I was greeted by Chris Phelps and gave me real detailed information about DNA testing including how long it will take and pricing. Both answer were good enough for me so he set me up with appointment. Showed up @ office at 2:30 and at first was it disappointing because it was so packed and full of people but I was already there so I proceeded and checked in anyways. 15 min later were getting tested and ending up leaving office @3 p.m. even with 15 people in there for testing. I would never go to this place again. I went to this place to get my cdl physical done, my blood pressure was 131/81, vision was at border line, what the doctor lady said. She asked if I was taking any blood pressure meds, I told her that I was but not anymore. She certified me for one year, not for two years as she should, she said that I need a statement from my doctor, saying that I don't need meds anymore for blood pressure. They just want you back sooner then two years, they will use and find any reason to do that, for business perspective they will have you back sooner than two years, . They are averagely lower priced then their competition for the service they do, and they are counting on repeat customers returning to them for that reason, but me no more. read more
