This quest is right around the corner from my house so it's the location I prefer to have my labs drawn at. I have always had a good experience here and all the phlebotomist I've encountered have been super nice and professional; especially today! I don't remember her name but she was so patient with me as I ended up having a delayed vasovagal response. I have a history of this but it's pretty inconsistent. Today it caught me by surprise since it's been a few years since I've had to have as much blood drawn as I did today. Which is what I think triggered it. She was so kind - she reclined the seat back, offered me some water and when I said I felt hot she started fanning me with a paper in her hand. I really wish I could remember her name to give her a special shout-out. She was truly so kind and patient. I really appreciated her being so understanding and making sure I was okay. The staff here are cruel and not helpful. You have to wait for the door to open to talk to someone, then someone will rudely tell you to check in and skip over you because you're a walk in. The WiFi in the area is terrible and if you ask for a call or text, you will not receive it. Overall terrible and would recommend a different location. Staff should receiving training on customer service. read more

This lab is nice and clean and there is a lot of space in the lobby to sit. If you don't have an appointment prepare to wait. The staff was hot and cold. Some were extremely helpful, and others were dismissive. Overall it was a decent experience. If you need your bloodwork or urinalysis done, this is a convenient lab in Eastvale. I'd just recommend you get there early or ensure to have an appointment. read more

I've come here for bloodwork a few times and most recently last week. I made my appointment through the app and received a text message the morning of my appointment asking me to check in. I clicked the link and checked in from my phone. I didn't know that I could wait in my car and I would get a text letting me know that come inside so instead I just waited inside. I was seen quickly and the person helping me was very friendly. Every time I've come, I've always had wonderful people taking my blood without any issues. There isn't anyone when you walk in to help you, you either check in on your phone or at the kiosk. If you need help, you have to wait until someone comes out. Been using Quest for years. Quest tends to have the most unpleasant rude staff at times. They don't uphold to their policy. I've heard of ppl being turned away or made to wait bc they weren't in the lobby. Sometimes the lobby is full, others, ppl have immune compromise so they can't really wait in a room full of ppl. They call your name for a split second then quickly shut the door and skip your name. When asked even after being called for a second and being by the door at times why they would put you back in the lobby to wait until they decide to call you is absurd. Their policy is 15 mins grace period even if you are late and upon checking in they need to call you. Not make you wait and wait. Blowing your vein and causing a blood leak is not cool either! Perhaps they need to get more training and empathy classes. I mean everyone else in a professional field has to take those classes. Maybe it's time! read more

Per my doctor, I had to get blood and my poop drawn for analysis. I booked my appointment over the phone with an automated system. Their automated voice system is actually not too bad. It didn't piss me off nor give me high blood pressure, 110/63. I showed up the next day. The parking was abundant at this location. There was a line inside. I haven't gone to a Quest for so long, I didn't know everything is streamlined with automated checked in, and the decor was a lot nicer and modernized. I was called after 10 of wait. The specialist was very professional and gentle. No issue at all. Everything was explained in layman's term, no crazy medical jargon. Overall, it was a good experience. Amazing how this lady said she repeated it 5 times that she returned the docs to my mom when she only gave her the business card of the dr appt...which was a lie as I talked to her once and her coworker twice. I was a walk-in. Got an appt within 15 mins. Sabrina helped me and she was amazing. Typically they would take multiple attempts to be able to get my blood. But Sabrina got it the first time and she was so nice and kind about the whole process. I dislike getting my blood drawn so much and she made it amazing. The whole process was so quick. Get an appointment and never come here as walk-in. This location is "very busy" as the personnel said. Walk-ins wait at the minimum of 2 hours. That is when I had to leave along with the other two people before me. I was third in the walk-in queue. After 2 hours, not one walk-in was taken in. If this is the case, this particular location should not offer the option of walk-ins. Better yet, Quest should consider expanding this location or adding personnel. I have been to Grand Ave location, there is an intake for walk-ins at least every 30 or 60 mins. The queue wait time for walk-ins depends on how many is waiting. Eastvale location has no system for walk-ins and couldn't project the time for walk-ins. One can be waiting the entire day as walk-in. WALK-INS SHOULD NOT BE OFFERED IN THIS LOCATION. read more

To my luck it wasn't terrible (which is huge for someone who dreads even looking at a needle) Michael helped me, was really great, make conversation to distract me and I was in and out quickly. If there was anything less than a 1 star, I would give that! Since I didn't have the app, I had my husband make an appt for me from his app, because I was having surgery and they needed my labs. The day of the appt, the chick who drew my blood asked me to verify my name and bday. I then asked if it was going to be an issue, since my husband made the appt for me. She said it was fine. A few days go by, my doctor's office calls me and said there was an issue with my labs; my bday didn't match their records. Quest had put my husband's bday, instead of mine. Like WHAT?!? I verified my bday before the chick drew my blood!!!!!! Don't get me started about Quest's phone system. It took me so many tries to even get through to speak to someone. When I did, I told them that they mistakenly put the wrong bday on my labs and their response, "we cannot do anything here, you're going to have to contact your doctor to call us back to fix it." WHAT?!? You guys are the ones who made the mistake?!? Of course, I had to do the blood test again! I go back, and guess who drew my blood the second time? The same f-in chick who put my husband's bday on MY labs. She asked me verify my name and bday. I then told her nicely, last time I was here, you put my husband's bday, instead of mine on my labs. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT - SO SIMPLE the service here is Excellent! all the phlebotomist are so nice! I ALWAYS make an appointment prior to coming in, and I never have an issue. I also recommend to bring in your doctor's order. From what I've seen in the waiting room people are upset because they have to wait (because they have NO appointment) or because they don't have their doctor's order. They poked me 3 times, and the Second Lady kept pushing the needle in. They didn't even get enough blood in the end. Never go here. Plus I threw up in the parking lot immediately after because they do not care how you are doing or give you any time to recuperate. I had an appointment at 2:10pm. I checked in at 2pm. I noticed there was 1 guy waiting, and there was 1 name on the screen with an appointment time of 2:30pm. Obviously I should be called first, or else what is the point of an appointment ? Well the employee called him in first! I had to wait a 30 minutes to be called in. This is not okay! Stick to the schedule! I had 2 lab orders and 1 couldn't be done until 2 more weeks, the lady tells me if I want to wait until then. Ummmm NO! Then my time would have been completely wasted. I still cant believe how many rude people are still out there. I came WITH an appointment but an hour early due to an issue at work that I have to run for, I was just dropping off something. Don't need any extra help. One of the people working there told me I have to wait for the 10 people waiting in the room to be seen, even if I'm dropping off something. She wasn't willing to help. Now, I might be in trouble at work because I couldn't find any other appt and I'm on a tight deadline for this sample for my doctor and my case. I was told that other people went in early before their appt to drop off a sample and they were seen because they had to run for work. I'm very disappointed at this location's service. I'm not going to lie I was pretty skeptical about trying this location due to some of the reviews on here but I'm glad I decided to come in. I needed to get bloodwork done and the check in process was smooth. I didn't have a previous appointment scheduled and was able to do a walk in. I first checked in around 8:30am and was given a 9:30am appointment. I had the option to wait inside the lobby or come back when it was my appointment time so I waited in my car. When I came back inside for my appointment, I was able to check in on my phone with a link they sent to let them know I was there. I was greeted and taken to the back in no less than 5 minutes after doing that. I believe the woman who assisted me was named Miranda and she was very nice and professional and explained things clearly. I can't guarantee your experience will go as smooth as mine went but if you're thinking about giving this location a try I recommend doing so. read more

I'm already 30 minutes past my appointment time and ask how much longer and they say they are 40 minutes begins. How can that be if you have scheduled appointments. People are diabetic and fasting for labs they don't even care or prioritize. Worst place ever. I wish the location in Vons down the street was still open never had this issue with them. Automated Phone system to make an appointment took forever and the wait time once you arrive is a joke.

My mom went to get her blood drawn and after being called in, the person drawing the blood asked her questions and she replied in Spanish and despite understanding, the only male worker told her to only speak English. My mom replied to him in Spanish as she does not speak English. He then told my mom to wait outside again and made her wait three hours even though she had an appointment. customer service is terrible here. I learned its better to not make an appointment if you can be there as soon as it opens to be taken first. I've walked in before to this place and had labs done as I was the first person in line. I was quickly in and out. They always encourage appointments so, I decided to try that route. The earliest appointment I could get was at 1pm so I booked it. Found out I needed to fast after making the appointment so i decided I would just get there early to do a walk in like I've done in the past. The lady came out and told me you have an appointment at 1pm so we can't take you until that time. I explained I needed to be fasting she did not care. I asked if they could just treat me like a walk in and she said no. I responded with so it would have been better if i didn't have an appointment. she responded with, "we always encourage appointments" . I already know when you have an appointment it can take up to 1.5 hours to be seen after your appointment time. I learned my lesson. Also, don't bother trying to make a complaint as their complaint number is a robot that gets you nowhere, much like their employees. I think what angers me more is the fact in the time she told me this at 7 am. the first appointment is at 710, she could have just drawn my blood and moved on to the next appointment and not been late with anything. read more
