If I could give a zero rating, I would. This Quest lab really stinks! My wife and I both made scheduled appointments for 1200 noon on a Monday. We fasted for 18 hours (instead of the normal 8-10 hour window) just to make sure everything worked out. We even arrived a little after 1000am, hoping we could be seen earlier. But the staff said we would be considered "walk-ins" with a long wait time (if possibly seen), so we kept our appointments. We opted for text messages to keep us updated on our scheduled appointment, and were able to run a few errands. We arrived back around 1115am and waited for our appointment in the lobby. But I finally RECEIVED the text message update stating I "will be called soon" at 119PM, and we were finally seen around 125PM!! Then what is the point in having a *&@$ appointment? And during the wait, I heard the staff saying to other customers in the lobby that if they were even 5 minutes late, they would be cancelled and have to reschedule! I asked the technician about the rescheduling comment (of course after she finished with the needle poking me!) and she said that it was company policy. I feel sorry for those people who were trying to complete their appointment during a lunch break! Good luck! I hope this late experience is a one-off at this location, but doubt it, and will never go back there again. I will take my chances at the Medical Center location next time. Honestly went here a bunch during my pregnancies.. wait times are hit or miss. Same with blood draws. I'm an easy draw so tbh I don't have much expectations besides waiting. HOWEVER brought my daughter here recently. Absolutely DO NOT BRING KIDS. They clearly don't have any experience with them and it was AWFUL. Afterwards, I learned there are sooo many ways for them to have worked better with my 3YO but they basically treated her like an adult. Such a mess. read more

Went to this location for the first time since it was right across from work. I normally go to the one in Temecula. As the girl was putting in my tests to run on the computer, she told me they couldn't do ONE blood test (CSF) because they didn't do it at that location. That was fine with me. Another tech comes in and draws my blood for the other tests that I really need while the first girl stays on the computer. They tell me I'm all done and that results will be posted within 2 days. My service was done 1/13/26. It's now 1/26/26 and the most important blood test I needed (AMH) is still pending. My Ob/Gyn calls them to try to get the results. Come to find out, Quest never ran it and now it is too late for them to run it. I would have to get a new order and make another appointment. This is so infuriating because the specific AMH test needs to be done on a specific day of my cycle. And I am irregular. It could be months until I can get another test done due to waiting for my cycle. The quest app shows "PENDING" for the AMH results. So I don't know where they went wrong. They just forgot??? Why would it say "PENDING" if it was never inputted? This just tells me they inputted it and they did not do their due diligence in making sure all the tests were ran. Currently on hold with billing because those girls charged me. This is the first time this has happened to me with Quest. I never leave reviews- good or bad. But this has been a huge set back for me and the progression of addressing my chronic heath issues. I'm so upset. read more

Question Diagnostics Medical Center office Sucks. I went to have blood work and They offer walkin but they do not know how to work the waiting list in with the people who have an appointments. The time they give you for the waiting list is not realistic. The workers also seam to be working very slowly. They need to provide the necessary workers with new training on how to move the patient process faster. read more

This location is exponentially better than the other location across the way. Waiting room is bigger and more spread out, they had available appointments, quick check in and actual friendly employees that are kind and helpful! I did dock a star because we were taken in 20 minutes after our appointment time and about 30 minutes after checking in. Their little commercial on a loop boasts "little to no wait times" is not truly accurate. BUT, they only had one employee until another one popped in to lend a hand. Even being by herself, Amber remained calm, level headed and in good spirits the entire time! The kicker was we heard another patient in the room next door saying she hopped on over from the other location and was taken in quicker even as a walk-in! read more

Apparently in Murrieta, there are two Quest Labs across the street from one another and if you're at the wrong one, and are more than 10 minutes late, they turn you away. I've gone to Quest Diagnostics a few times. The have a pre-check in portal to fill out your information and you can make an appointment online, if you don't you will wait in the waiting room.When you are there they promptly call your name. And perform the procedure quickly as directed from your doctors authorization form. When I go there I'm usually out in five to ten minutes. read more

The worst location I've been too. Walked in (which i know appointments take priority). But any other location I've been to they mix the walk ins, in when they have time. I waited 3.5 hours and never got seen, I was #1 on the walk in list for over an hour and a half and when there were no checked in appointments there, they wouldn't take me back. So how is a walk in ever going to be seen? Not only that, they took an appointment back that was 2 HOURS early, while i had been sitting there for hours already?! When I finally asked a worker how they do walk ins she told me, being a walk in is never guaranteed you're seen. I've NEVER heard this lol. She said, EVERY appointment goes before the walk ins no matter that appointment time, and that they have appointments every 10 minutes. So if you know you're booked with appointments all day and have them every 10 minutes, and EVERY appointment comes before a walk in...why even take walk ins?!?! They'll literally NEVER be seen. Been a walk in at the Temecula location and antelope location and was taken back within 1 hour. Will never return to this location. People knocking on the door for help because they would go so long without calling people back. Just terrible. read more

Not only were they fast, but the technician who took my daughter's blood was gentle and friendly. I don't know her name, but it was in room 2. I had an appointment. I starved for 24hours left work early which I will probably get in trouble because of it. They have all my contact information to contact me and failed! They allowed all that and turned me down because their system is down. I had proof of the order from my doctor and still didn't help. They would only help the ones that had a paper copy of the order. I had the email and screenshot of the order. They still denied it. Had they contacted me via email or text or phone call which I provided when making the appointment. I would have printed out a copy. But nope they were too busy doing nothing and failed to contact all their clients to let them know. Instead they allowed us all to show up and find out once we arrived with their hand written sign saying they can only accept you if you had a hard copy of your doctors order. Complete failure! I made an appointment at the Hancock location after I had a negative experience at the Medical Center Drive location which is very close by. The Hancock location was wonderful. If your doctor refers you here for a walk-in, just expect to WAIT all day, possibly until closing time. Keep this in mind if you're doing a fasting required test. They have a kiosk in the front but no clerk. So when there are issues, like your name magically drops off the list, don't expect help. They have an 888 number, but it is automated. Today they are running about 30-60 mins behind on the scheduled appointments. They openly admit they take all appointments, regardless if they very late, before they will see a walk-in. Staff may something like "we must've called you but you didn't answer" (you did not leave the room) after "we don't take walk-ins", followed by we will get to by the time they close. Bring a book, patience, a phone charger for the wall outlet, bottles of water, and low expectations. read more

The lab on Jefferson has the most rude staff ever. I brought my mother in for testing and she had to bring home a test and was told to bring it back. My mother is 87 years old. She performed the test at home and we brought the test back the next day. No one told us that we had to make an appointment to drop off the test. She was told that she needed to make an appointment, I do not understand why, because we were dropping off the test. I stood at the counter for about five minutes and finally someone came out and asked what I needed. I told him that I was dropping off the test that we were instructed to drop off. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed an appointment or that I could sit and wait until they called our name, but all the appointments would go before us. My mother was very sick and I need to get her home. I then made an appointment for the following day. We went back and it literally took two minutes for them to come out and grab the test. I probably would not have been so upset except the gentleman's tone and his condescending attitude was what was most infuriating. Whenever I have gone there, they are not only rude to us but rude to other people. While we were waiting for me to make an appointment, other people came to drop off their test and were treated with the same response. Obviously someone not not making it clear that you need to make an appointment to return a test that is taken at home. It seems to be a problem they are creating. read more

She was personable, professional and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The scheduling and checkin apps are very well organized and efficient. I have used Quest for 10 years. Can't schedule same day do you have to try to do it by phone and then ask for the next available but then when you go to do it for the same day it puts you on for the following week when you go in there's no people at the front desk you have to put a bunch of information in at the kiosk and then in the Kia says that you will get an appointment number and you never get the appointment or you do get a number and they never call you. read more

I was very upset when I had made an appointment got there about 10min early and then I had to wait past my appointment time approximately additional 30min or more. This is not the first time this has happened. 5mins maybe 10 would not be so bad however 30-45mins show you Quest does not care about the patience or employee. Sad very Sad. shame on you Quest. I use to walk in and the waiting time has been about the same, so why make appointments 30-45mins. So, I feel your system for see your patients is broken. You are most likely making too many appointments per hour. or you are not staffing properly. I think it is a combination of both. Also there is no one to help the people with checkingin. I watch people trying to checkin and not one employee would help. An elderly women She could not understand the kiosk so another patience helped her. Then another patience came in had the same problem. My husband had to help a patience elderly with a walker that could not open the door leaving from lab to waiting room after her appointment. You think the employee would have made sure she got out OK. After all the employee saw that she was elderly and had a walker My dr. orders labs every 6mos to a year. I am going to request that she (my Dr.) sends me to a different Lab. Back to Hazel, she knew I was very upset. She did hear it from me. Had an appointment this morning for Lab work needed before tests this week. I had an appointment, and was called back within 5 minutes. Ana was my Phlebotomist and was courteous and efficient. Before starting she advised me that there was not a current order. Instead of making me feel responsible or bad, she let me call my Drs office who realized they had not faxed the order. They immediately faxed it and Ana was then able to draw my blood with a current order. Ana was professional and calming during this entire process. AND, no bruising on my arm....great job! read more
