    Another location I had no clue about

    This location is exponentially better than the other location across the way. Waiting room is bigger and more spread out, they had available appointments, quick check in and actual friendly employees that are kind and helpful! I did dock a star because we were taken in 20 minutes after our appointment time and about 30 minutes after checking in. Their little commercial on a loop boasts "little to no wait times" is not truly accurate. BUT, they only had one employee until another one popped in to lend a hand. Even being by herself, Amber remained calm, level headed and in good spirits the entire time! The kicker was we heard another patient in the room next door saying she hopped on over from the other location and was taken in quicker even as a walk-in!

    Horrible service!! Appointment scheduled for 9 didn't get to see someone till 1030 without any announcement of apology for delay.

    Very long wait even with an appointment. I wouldn't want to risk being a walk in. Must wear a mask, very close and small waiting room.

Walk-ins pile up, and there's zero communication about delays. The staff appeared overwhelmed and disengaged. Instead of helping patients feel comfortable, interactions felt rushed and impersonal. Basic questions were met with vague or dismissive responses, which is unacceptable in a healthcare setting where clarity matters. The facility itself didn't inspire confidence either -- long lines, crowded waiting areas, and a general lack of efficiency. For something as routine as lab work, this should be a smooth process. Instead, it felt chaotic. What's most concerning is the lack of professionalism and accountability. When dealing with people's health, there should be a higher standard. Labcorp misses that mark entirely. I would strongly recommend looking for alternative labs if you have the option.

    1/13/26 I made the mistake of going to the wrong office, this morning…read more BEWARE: There are 2 Quest offices across the parking lot from each other. 1 office is listed as "Medical Center Drive (Suite 102)" 2nd office listed is also suite 102 but the address listed is Hancock. I've made this mistake twice, now. Today I missed my 10:00 am appt because I was in the wrong office. My car took me to this place and my app let me check in. There is really nobody to help you as you check in via a kiosk. I caught one gal as she came out but it was already too late. I then, became a walk-in and wasn't seen til about 12:20. Sedoff was her name. She took great care of me and was so friendly and smiley. For her, this office on Medical center drive gets 5 stars. I hope I spelled her name close to what it is. Thank you. Don't say I didn't tell you. Suite 102 applies to both addresses. Make sure you're at the right one. If you scan your ID and it says you don't have an appt, chances are you need to walk across the parking lot.

I get that I came as a walk-in, but they need a better way. The screen in the lobby shows everyone who has checked in for their appointment, and the standby list as well. I'm up next. It only took almost an hour and a half wait!! I have had better luck at the Antelope location in Murrieta. This one is whack. I myself take walk-in patients as well and I would NEVER have anyone wait longer than 15 minutes on a normal day. The employees are nice, but they either need to hire more people or just straight up REQUIRE appointments. Waiting over 30 minutes is ridiculous, so waiting an hour is out of control. If you wait over 1 hour like me, consider yourself a trooper! Lesson learned. I will make sure to get my labs drawn ahead of time so I can avoid this hot mess. I forgot to do it last week and this is the price I'm paying. It's a good thing I don't have any obligations today. Just be warned that if you come here, you could wait 2 hours... you have been warned! I just walked out at 1:23 pm... Kelsey was nice, but I don't think I'll wait another 2 hours to get my blood drawn next time!!

    Came in as a walk in with a doctor referral, I didn't even wait very long, probably less than 15…read moreminutes with a packed waiting room so I'm not sure the order of how people are called. The room was packed already when we got there and only one person was called back before me. I deducted a star because the front desk people are not the friendliest and when I asked a question after my xray, I was treated like I was an inconvenience. Your saving grace was definitely the tech that did my xray, she was extremely kind and patient, very comforting during an already stressful situation.

I always seem to get the run around from them…read more Using their website to schedule an appointment may work ok if you have a annual preventative procedure, and if you can wait to have the procedure done. However, if you need an appointment as soon as possible, you have to call. The service over the phone is hit or miss, and mainly a miss. One person I talked to wouldn't look at the dates available unless I answered several time-wasting questions. I hung up because I was so frustrated, redialed the number and got another person who found me an appointment without asking me time-wasting questions. I needed an ultrasound to rule out a blood clot and the soonest they could get me in was at the end of September. After a call to my doctor's office to get them to revise the order to asap, and after several calls to Radnet, I was finally able to schedule an appointment for an ultrasound. As for this particular location in Murrieta, I give the ultrasound technician a thumbs up for the serene setting she created in her room. It was very zen-like. I wish we had more options to choose from in our area for scans. Radnet is such a disappointment when it comes to customer service!
