She takes the time to look at your entire medical picture, making sure you're up to date on screenings, recommended tests, specialist referrals, and everything in between. Her thorough, proactive approach gives me great confidence that nothing is being overlooked. The only downside to the practice is that they don't offer a patient portal. That said, Dr. Holzer and her staff more than make up for it with their outstanding responsiveness and follow-up. Phone calls are returned promptly, questions are answered thoroughly, and I always feel well cared for. It's clear that everyone in the office is committed to providing exceptional patient care. Removing him from the room without explanation and treating the situation as if there were a safety concern was not only unprofessional, but also created unnecessary distress and discomfort for both of us. I understand that staff may have protocols they are required to follow, but this situation was handled poorly and without appropriate judgment.

She called multiple times to get the referral, but they continued to tell her she needed to see the doctor for again. Does that make any sense after she just saw the doctor only a month prior?! Today 2/5/2025 I called to speak with the staff that does the referrals, to which they told me that her appointment in December was only a Medicare wellness visit. That the appointment whether she had a problem then or not was not an appropriate appointment for a referral. The exact words were they needed a "diagnosis". To which I said, if you guys could diagnose what she has and takes 2 separate appointments, they could "diagnose" then they should also be able to treat otherwise there would be no need for a specialist. I also work in the medical field; this is a racket. No wonder patients are frustrated with medical care. It's completely mismanaged, inefficient, and the office staff leave a lot to be desired. The two women I spoke with today were Jasmine and Melissa, the seemed very disinterested in why I was upset. Clearly the point of the December visit is so they can get their year end billing done with Medicare. I seriously can see no reason otherwise because my 77 yr old mom wasted her time going to a doctor just to tell her she needs to see an ENT and then not give her a referral. I think I'll be talking to her and have her get her medical care elsewhere from now on.

The Athena Health website has been great for asking and receiving timely answers to questions I've had. The onsite lab has also been extremely helpful. Only one thing that others have mentioned in their reviews is that online questionnaires were not logged and once at the appointment, we were asked to redo it, which was bothersome. Overall, the care we've received has been wonderful! Dr Lily is awesome and we hope to continue here for many years to come!

I usually get sent to Quest Diagnostics or LabCorp, so this was my first visit here. It was a great experience! You'll find West Pacific Medical Laboratory on the ground floor in a building of medical professionals. The parking lot can get crazy packed, but it's big enough, and there's always a spot somewhere. Be sure you have your doctor's orders with you. I walked into an empty waiting room where I checked in on the kiosk, and Anna was running a one-woman show. She was great. Got me in and out in minutes. There were 2 other people who came in after me, but they left after me since I was chugging water to get that last sample out, lol. I had to go back the next day because apparently, the lab wasn't able to get the results they needed. Again, it was fast, and I left within minutes. Anna is a true professional. She poked me once each day and got what she needed. Last time I went to the other place, the phlebotomist missed 3 times before having someone else do it. I was bruised and purple for about 2 weeks, smh. Thank you Anna!! I highly recommend this place if you need labs done. They have multiple locations and no appointments are needed. I walked into the CORRECT office (finally!) and it was nice in there, no wait, friendly service, very professional. The girl explained that the old building refuses to take down their sign on the door and every time they put up a sign on the door saying they've moved, the maintenance takes it down. I can understand how this would be frustrating, and definitely not their fault! But they really should reach out to all the doctor offices in the area to notify them that they have moved so they stop sending patients to the wrong place. Second time in a row I arrived at or just before 12:15 (on my way home from work). The sign on the door says closed 1230-130 for lunch (not 1200). Also the paperwork I have says the same. When I call they cut it off so it won't even ring or they immediately disconnect. Posted is a screenshot of me having called 4 times between 1210 and 1216 because the door was locked, every call was immediately disconnected. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Temecula Medical made several adjustments to their schedule to get me in quickly as I have cancer and other serious health concerns that require immediate and uninterrupted monitoring and care. I initially saw Tatiana and she could not have been more pleasant or patient as she listened intently to my long list of ailments. At the end of the appointment it was most impressive to see she had not missed or neglected to note even one of the many issues I'd spoken about, the ten plus referrals I needed, and a list of the medial items I need to maintain my relative health. I was listened to, all of my concerns were addressed and all referrals submitted before a day had passed. Truly above and beyond care for this extremely complicated and difficult cancer patient. I think the whole office had the best energy. I also found the waiting room spacious and relaxing with the abundant windows and light. Everyone had a smile on their faces and they let me stay well into their lunch period so I could take my time signing the many releases for information and finish what was needed. I can't imagine why they don't have five stars as I'd happily refer them to my best friends if asked.
