I called to schedule and asked again at first visit about a co-pay and they said I was good both times.... then when I came in for my procedure, I all of a sudden had to pay a co-pay... like, that's why I asked the first time... so clearly some disconnect there Initial visit wasn't really much besides watching a quick video going over the procedure and expectations and showing you what underwear to buy. For the procedure, I was probably done in 15 minutes and in and out within an hour... I'm still awaiting some sort of notification about my results, but aside from that, I'm healed and (hopefully) all good to go

By the time I saw my main provider, Andrea Pogue PA, she had all the information necessary to diagnose and move on to the next step. When you have to go to a new medical office, the most important thing you need to have is TRUST in the people you are working with. I totally TRUST everyone at Tri Valley Urology and I have confidence in their ability to resolve medical issues. I would highly recommend this group if you ever need their services.

I'm writing this review based on a recent experience with my daughter at United Medical Doctors,…read moreand I feel strongly that other parents should be aware before going here. The only positive I can honestly note is that the wait time was short and we were seen quickly. Unfortunately, the care we received after that was very concerning. My daughter was seen for a significant infection, and we followed the treatment plan exactly as prescribed. However, I have serious concerns that the antibiotic prescribed may not have been adequate for the severity of her condition, as her infection worsened in the following days. She ultimately had to be admitted to the hospital for several days for further treatment, where the hospital confirmed, she was given an improper dosage of antibiotics and also poor post-care instructions. As a parent, it was incredibly distressing to feel like things were not improving despite following medical instructions carefully. Communication and follow-up felt limited, and I left feeling uncertain about the level of attention given to her condition. I'm sharing this because I would strongly caution other families--especially those with children dealing with infections or urgent conditions--to seek a second opinion or consider other urgent care options. Based on our experience, I would not return.

He followed up with a chest x-ray as well as a ct scan resulting in other issues that I had to seek medical attention for. If not for him, the problems I had would never have been resolved. Dr. Zamora was kind and very patient as I made several calls with questions I had. I cannot thank him and the staff (Joe, Karina and Katie for their kindness. I am so grateful too all of them. PS I wrote this review based on my experience and to credit these wonderful humans.

I recently had an MR enterography at this facility. Overall, the radiologist was kind, patient, and…read morevery understanding about my anxiety, and I truly appreciated the compassion and professionalism shown during the exam. However, I was extremely disappointed by the bathroom policy. Patients are required to drink a large amount of oral contrast before the scan, which can cause significant urgency and loose stools. Despite this, I was not allowed to use the restroom inside the facility and was directed to a bathroom outside the office by the entrance of the building , requiring a long walk. For someone with an overactive bladder or gastrointestinal issues, this creates unnecessary stress and discomfort. After asking patients to drink so much fluid, access to an on-site restroom should be available. I hope the facility reconsiders this policy, as it would make the experience much more manageable for future patients.

I get to my appointment today and get turned away because I did not have my inspire remote device with me. I advised them that nobody told me to bring it and the past 2 MRI's that I've had at their other location I was told I didn't need it because of it so why would I bring it today? They proceeded to tell me that protocol is to bring it to every appointment with them just to be safe. Which I asked why would I if I got told the last two times that it wasn't needed. To add to my aggravation, whoever called and reminded me of the appointment told me to be there at 12:45. When I got there, the doors were locked and whoever answered the door was rude and told me they were at lunch and to come back at one. I get that they need to take a lunch , but the snarky, rude attitude should not have been there. Especially when it wasn't my fault that I was there at that time.

It took us over 2 months to get an appointment and when we arrived the front desk clerk said that unless she had an updated photo ID, they could not see her. I explained that she has not been driving, nor needed an updated passport, but the clerk was extremely rude and said unless we had this ID (which we were not told in any correspondence) that they would not see her. Luckily, I was able to show her Power of Attorney documents that my brother emailed me to show them. The doctor who saw my mother prescribed her Estradiol cream to apply every other day and sent us on our way saying he would see us in 6 months. There was no game plan, concern about why the UTI's kept recurring, no request for additional tests. In fact, he said he was not the doctor to speak to regarding incontinence issues. From the rude front desk clerk to the lack of care from the specialist, I would not recommend this center.
