I called to schedule and asked again at first visit about a co-pay and they said I was good both times.... then when I came in for my procedure, I all of a sudden had to pay a co-pay... like, that's why I asked the first time... so clearly some disconnect there Initial visit wasn't really much besides watching a quick video going over the procedure and expectations and showing you what underwear to buy. For the procedure, I was probably done in 15 minutes and in and out within an hour... I'm still awaiting some sort of notification about my results, but aside from that, I'm healed and (hopefully) all good to go

Providers are great but no one should have to be on hold for more than 30 minutes to speak to the front desk. ***Update: After waiting more than an hour. So I called the front desk again and no surprise to anyone but I was on hold again for more than an hour and because I was waiting for so long they disconnected me. I looked at other reviews from weeks, months and even a year ago and people are having the same problem so I don't believe they are trying to fix the problem.

He followed up with a chest x-ray as well as a ct scan resulting in other issues that I had to seek medical attention for. If not for him, the problems I had would never have been resolved. Dr. Zamora was kind and very patient as I made several calls with questions I had. I cannot thank him and the staff (Joe, Karina and Katie for their kindness. I am so grateful too all of them. The only positive I can honestly note is that the wait time was short and we were seen quickly. Unfortunately, the care we received after that was very concerning. My daughter was seen for a significant infection, and we followed the treatment plan exactly as prescribed. However, I have serious concerns that the antibiotic prescribed may not have been adequate for the severity of her condition, as her infection worsened in the following days. She ultimately had to be admitted to the hospital for several days for further treatment, where the hospital confirmed, she was given an improper dosage of antibiotics and also poor post-care instructions. As a parent, it was incredibly distressing to feel like things were not improving despite following medical instructions carefully. Communication and follow-up felt limited, and I left feeling uncertain about the level of attention given to her condition. I'm sharing this because I would strongly caution other families--especially those with children dealing with infections or urgent conditions--to seek a second opinion or consider other urgent care options. Based on our experience, I would not return.

Overall, the radiologist was kind, patient, and…read morevery understanding about my anxiety, and I truly appreciated the compassion and professionalism shown during the exam. However, I was extremely disappointed by the bathroom policy. Patients are required to drink a large amount of oral contrast before the scan, which can cause significant urgency and loose stools. Despite this, I was not allowed to use the restroom inside the facility and was directed to a bathroom outside the office by the entrance of the building , requiring a long walk. For someone with an overactive bladder or gastrointestinal issues, this creates unnecessary stress and discomfort. After asking patients to drink so much fluid, access to an on-site restroom should be available. I hope the facility reconsiders this policy, as it would make the experience much more manageable for future patients.

I get to my appointment today and get turned away because I did not have my inspire remote device with me. I advised them that nobody told me to bring it and the past 2 MRI's that I've had at their other location I was told I didn't need it because of it so why would I bring it today? They proceeded to tell me that protocol is to bring it to every appointment with them just to be safe. Which I asked why would I if I got told the last two times that it wasn't needed. To add to my aggravation, whoever called and reminded me of the appointment told me to be there at 12:45. When I got there, the doors were locked and whoever answered the door was rude and told me they were at lunch and to come back at one. I get that they need to take a lunch , but the snarky, rude attitude should not have been there. Especially when it wasn't my fault that I was there at that time.

Title: Never judge a book by its cover. Unless this place is the book because the cover is ripped,…read moretorn and with smudges. I am going in chronological order just to show how crazy my experience was. Early December - Went through the yelp reviews and it is really bad. Based on the reviews alone I would have never came to this place, however it was a referral from Kaiser and they picked them. I am in Riverside and there are 2 other locations closer to me, however they had no availability until March. 12/12/25 - Made it to my appointment 15 minutes early. Just like prior reviews the wait times are on par with the DMV if not worse. Unlike the reviews, the people behind the counter were pleasant. I was lucky that I got there when I did as there was limited seating. After a while there were people standing in the hallway because there was no more room in the waiting area. A poor baby crying added to the suffering. I filled out the paperwork. After that I waited and waited. I had to use the restroom but was afraid to lose my seat. At 40 minutes I couldn't hold it any longer. When I got back, I had to stand for a while, but got lucky as someone got up and it was like hot potato and I won the seat! At 1 hour 20 minutes saw Dr. Reddy who was pleasant enough. We talked and came up with a plan. She wanted me to get a blood test and wrote me a prescription. She advised this would be sent to Kaiser. We set up a follow up appointment for March 18th. 12/24/25 - Kaiser is not showing anything on a blood test or meds. I called this place and the operator said both the test and prescription was sent to Kaiser by fax, but they will resend it. I called Kaiser and gave them fax number it was sent to. They said that they will verify. 12/26/25 - Urology Center is closed and they send you to an answering machine. I left a message. No one called me back. 12/30/25 - Per Kaiser they have not received anything. They state that typically they receive these electronically or a physical copy. They told me to ask for a physical copy. Called Urology Center and they state that they do not give physical copies. They said to get a better fax number from Kaiser. I called Kaiser and they said they do not have a fax number to give. They said to tell them to send it electronically and provided me a number to give them. I called Urology back and gave them the number. They said they will check it out and call me back in 24 hours. No one called back. 12/31/25 - Called Kaiser and they advise they have not received anything. Called Urology Center and reiterated that Kaiser has received nothing. Asked for a physical copy again and was told they can't. They transferred me to their prescription office. Message state they will call you back in 24 hours. Left message. No one called back. 1/2/26 - Called Urology Center. They asked for my social and immediately transferred me. Left message. No one called back. Called Kaiser to complain. They said they would try to help and call back. No one called back. 1/6/26 - Called Urology Center. Explained what was happening. Advised no one is calling me back. They said I have to speak to their prescription office again. They transferred me. Voicemail is full. Called back and advised voicemail is full. They state that they will send a message for someone in that office to call me back and they will try to transfer me to help. They transferred me, voicemail full. 1/8/26 - Called Urology Center. Advised that I am irritated that no one is calling me back. Person asked for my social and immediately transferred me to where I assume is the prescription office. Was able to leave a message. No one called back. 1/12/26 - Called Urology Center. Explained issue again. Advised that I do not want to be transferred as no one is calling me back. They asked what was going on and I told them. They said that they can email me the order for the blood test, however the prescription has to go through the prescription office. I told them that no one is calling me back from there. I was told they will send a message for me, and someone will call me back in 24 hours. No one called me back. 1/15/26 - Called Urology Center. Advised that if they are not going to call me back let me know and I will move on and let Kaiser know I need a new referral. They said they will transfer me to the Office Manager. Left a message. No one called me back. 1/20/26 - Today I called and cancelled my follow up for March 18th. Advised that the Office Manager did not call. They said they will transfer me to the Office Manager, and I left a message telling them that I know they are not going to call back. I would not recommend this place unless you have no other options. While you are there make them give you everything physical before you leave. If they push back refer them to my review.
