Monday, 7-06-2026: When I first arrived to check in the room was full. It's very small compared to Quest Diagnostics. My surgeon is contracted with Lab Coro so I didn't have a choice. There was a little wait but I had to wait outside their door on a bench since their waiting room was fully occupied. Their staff wasn't overly welcoming or friendly but they were efficient. There is an upstairs location and a downstairs location, so pay attention to which one you are supposed to go to. We were kindly greeted upon arriving. It was not busy at 4 which was nice. We had to do a blood draw for my teenage son and the Lady drawing the blood was patient, professional, and understanding with his fear of needles. With just the right touch of humor. This review is for the suite on the second floor 207. Katie was very helpful and did a great (I mean painless) job drawing my blood. I had an appointment at 9:30 with the first floor unit. They were packed not a single chair in the lobby so they had to move to the second floor. It was kind of weird scramble but Katie was a dear are got it squared away. She's friendly, kind and helpful. I had a very disappointing experience at this Labcorp location yesterday 2/6. I came in with a simple question about whether my doctor needed to send a new lab order since I was visiting a different Labcorp than usual. Instead of receiving basic assistance, the receptionist was extremely rude and had a snarky, dismissive attitude. Her behavior was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable for simply asking a question. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there wasn't one on duty. The receptionist even laughed and acted like she wouldn't face any consequences, which was incredibly disrespectful. I will be reaching out to her supervisor Tana to address my experience and hopefully I won't have to go further with higher-ups. Customer service should never make patients feel belittled or unwelcome, especially in a healthcare setting. I hope Labcorp addresses FRANKIE'S behavior at this location and provides better training on professionalism and courtesy. read more

Needs more staff, one person working both the counter, paperwork, blood draws, cultures, etc. I assume that is not safe as it could cause stress on the Dr to do their duty. I'm not even sure they were the normal staff as they said their home base is not this town. I applaud the worker for being diligent, and handling each client completely before moving onto the next, making sure she had full attention at each task. Run down office. Overworked staff. The place looks gross and neglected. The senior staff looks fed up and miserable resulting in awkward painful experience. Very rushed and left with a lot of pain radiating throughout my arm and a headache. Avoid this location. The other location that is upstairs 102 is way better than this hell hole. read more

I've been coming here for years for all my routine blood work. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. I always make an appointment because they fill up fast. And if you plan to walk in normally plan to wait. There office hours are ok. Kind of hot to plan ahead. Also you can email your lab slip to them as well. Yes they are busy somedays but it's just part of the biz. Easy smooth check in. Very high tech. I see endlessly people kind of struggle checking in because sometimes you need to input your medical insurance card and scan your driver's license abs it's not the easiest way for them. read more

I've been going to Labcorp forever it seems....sometimes I wonder if I'm going to run out of blood. Been to this facility many times and no issues. For a couple years I went to a closer one but they recently closed. So I've been back here two times now and noticed I hadn't done a review. The meet and greet at the front desk was a little cold and short. I like making eye contact and a hello is nice also...deducting one star. This is an easy fix and hope they work on this. Most people coming in are nervous and anxious anyway about lab work and tests. Ana was my vampire today. She was very friendly and professional. We talked some before the blood draw and some afterward. We talked about the past Yelp reviews. There are many one star reviews and i think they can easily raise their ratings with a little warmth and customer service. read more

My first time going here. I came on Christmas Eve and didn't have any appointment. I wasn't able to get an early appointment through the website so I figured I would do walk in. I had expected taking forever to get it done but it was early enough and I was the first person. I got done within few mins. I highly recommend it. You can view your results online through their web without having to wait for the physician which is convenient. Highly recommend it read more

I made an appointment at this office and it wasn't busy at all. I don't know if you'd even need one for this location, but I suggest going to a different one. The staff were okay, but the office itself was pretty gross. Then I had to use the restroom and it was horrible. It smelled so bad from all of the urine samples and there was trash everywhere. I left after that because I felt if they couldn't even keep the restroom clean, then I don't want to see the back. read more

I know it is hard to draw blood from my small veins, but in the past I had several people (in PA) that did it without pain every single month. I was expecting from a lab with a lot of experience that I wouldn't have to suffer much. But I did! It was painful and slow. The lady phlebotomist was nice and tried to help. But I knew from the get-go that it was going to be painful when she said my veins were not good. I guess I need to research other location with more experienced people. read more

There was no room for social distance in waiting area it was crowded with people and they do not screen before you enter to ensure safety from covid exposure no protocol at all. Amidst a Covid pandemic you would think an essential facility would know the CDC standards. There was one employee present for both checkin and phlebotomy. No assistance available for the elderly to checkin on the kiosk. The small waiting area had 9 patients sitting shoulder to shoulder. Some with masks, and some without. The phlebotomist did not wash hands between patients. Doned a pair of gloves after coming in contact with the counters, tubes, and prepping the puncture site. Obviously interested only protecting themselves. Waited 45 minutes only to be told it would be about another hour. Ended up leaving because my specimen was a timed draw. I will be notifying my insurance carrier. read more

Having to go to the lab seems to be something I have to do often. I have had a nice experience each time I go. Except for the time I had to go for real personal reasons(specimens.) This one fella, I could tell didn't enjoy having to receive them and believe me I didn't enjoy having to give them. I left that day wishing I had on dark glasses and a big hat. I felt very embarrassed by his words which he spoke out loud enough for others to hear. Mayra was great! I had to take my 8 year old for a blood draw due to his Peanut allergy and it was his first time. (Technically second but first time was before he can remember) He was nervous but she talked to him about school and his interests the whole time and made it seem like no big deal. He said it just felt like a pinch and couldn't feel it at all once the needle was in. I wanted to give her a big hug after but decided to give her a good review instead! The best way i can describe this blood draw laboratory is perfunctory, cold and borderline rude. You wait in a room with very few chairs...and are told robotically to present order and insurance card..all done without a smile or eye contact. At this point you realize you are in for a "treat". I personally do not do well having blood drawn because of traumatic childhood experiences. Checking in was easy, I had to wait about five minutes to be seen. My nerves were already getting the best of me by the time it was my turn, Neveen was my phlebotomist. I told her I was getting nervous and she was so sweet and kind about it. She found my vein on the first try (which is rare for me), and did a wonderful job distracting me by asking me questions while my blood was being drawn. I will definitely be asking for her next time I need my blood drawn at this facility! read more

I usually have my lab work done here and each Med. Tech. that I have had for the past several years has been friendly up until today. Today's Tech. was extremely unfriendly, could barely ask me my name, and acted like I was putting her out. She was a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, heavyset Blonde woman with eyeglasses. NEWS FLASH LADY, Physicians WANT to be made aware of these types of situations, and could pull their recommendations to use this Lab with experiences such as I had today. My Dr. WILL hear about this. It is not the patient who should be treated so poorly. If the Tech. was alone and overwhelmed, then she should have called for back up help, not acted like someone just pissed in her Cheerios. read more

I've been to a couple of labcorps, but this one has the best team of phlebotomists I've ever had. Let me start off by saying Ana and Mario made sure I was okay during my 3 hr glucose test. Ana was tentative to my needs (very nauseous during procedure) she had me lay down to recover and feel better. Mario kept stoping by to make sure I was okay. Great staff!! I believe Jessie is the gentleman who usually checks me in he's so fast on the paperwork and making sure your seen right away. Just a great overall staff, I really hope there bosses read this because having this 3hr pregnancy glucose test was rough and they made my experience so stress free and at ease. I went in here to have my daughter take a blood test. She is 1 years old and we asked If she would feel sick after. He laughed and said I'm going to pull blood that's all I know. The way he said it like it was funny and a joke. Then he proceeded to call my fiance mamma like some hoodlum. His name was Mario and he didn't know what the word Initial meant. Every one is different some people are smarter than other people and that's okay. What is not okay is having a guy that lacks daily common sense draw blood from anyone let alone a baby. Please save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. If you have to drive a bit further way worth it. It took him about 10 times of poking her he really is incompetent. I called the supervisor I was told her name was Monica let's see if she even cares. If she shows she does care if her employees call woman momma and joke around about our babies health then I will change my review to what is appropriate.
