A gentleman walked in at 10:15am...at 10:17am, he got called by a lab tech, before me. At 10:20am, I noticed my name was no longer on the screen. Asked the person at the front desk why was my name no longer up on the screen. Her response 'He didn't call your name?" FINALLY got blood drawn at 10:24am. I don't understand this kind of treatment...to be treated this way is so unprofessional. Been going to Quest for over 2-years and they were ALWAYS ON TIME...I have NEVER waited for over 5-mins with an appointment! But now I have Medical due to a stroke so now I'm stuck with Labcorp that doesn't honor appointments on time especially when fasting is involved. My recommendations...go to Quest if you have the choice.

So I didn't get seen by a phlebotomist and walked out without patient care. I took my business to West Pac instead, where there was no wait, was seen as soon as I got there, where staff treated me like a patient and were kind, uplifting and compassionate toward patients. I went into carbon health urgent care today because I had cut my heel. The nurse practitioner who…read morestitched me up was very pleasant as were most everybody at the place. The problem I had with them was once I got home I noticed the dressing on my heel was not properly applied and I was concerned of possible infection. I wanted to go back into carbon health to get it redressed but I was told they close in 10 minutes at 6 PM. I guess they didn't want to hang out an extra 30 minutes and redress my wound. My wife and I had thought we found a good urgent care, but now it turns out we won't be going back. Personally, if it was my business, I would've stayed late and taken care of my customer the right way.

She is gracious, patient, knowledgeable, and thorough. Because it was Mother's Day, as the clinic director, she opted to come in to let other members of the staff have the day off. She took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly evaluate my condition. She provided a clear diagnosis and treatment plan that she took the time to explain in detail. Both Savannah and Brenda at the front desk were so patient in helping me troubleshoot some issues I was having with the app. The clinic is clean and spacious. I arrived for the first time with no appointment and was in and out in less than an hour. But more importantly, I left with a treatment plan, medication submitted to my pharmacy, and the confidence that I know what to do to get better. If I could give more than five stars I would. I'm so thankful for Carbon health urgent care in Temecula! (Although I hope I don't have to come back, I will definitely return for any urgent care needs and will tell my friends and family to do the same.)

I questioned the diagnosis because his symptoms seemed much more consistent with swimmer's ear, especially since he had pain when his outer ear was touched or pulled and had been spending a lot of time swimming underwater. I took him to his pediatrician for a second evaluation, and the pediatrician diagnosed swimmer's ear, not a middle-ear infection, and prescribed ear drops instead. I'm very glad I trusted my concerns and had him rechecked before starting an oral antibiotic he apparently didn't need. When it comes to children, I expect careful evaluation before antibiotics are prescribed. This experience left me with very little confidence in Carbon Health for pediatric care.

Temecula Medical made several adjustments to their schedule to get me in quickly as I have cancer and other serious health concerns that require immediate and uninterrupted monitoring and care. I initially saw Tatiana and she could not have been more pleasant or patient as she listened intently to my long list of ailments. At the end of the appointment it was most impressive to see she had not missed or neglected to note even one of the many issues I'd spoken about, the ten plus referrals I needed, and a list of the medial items I need to maintain my relative health. I was listened to, all of my concerns were addressed and all referrals submitted before a day had passed. Truly above and beyond care for this extremely complicated and difficult cancer patient. I think the whole office had the best energy. I also found the waiting room spacious and relaxing with the abundant windows and light. Everyone had a smile on their faces and they let me stay well into their lunch period so I could take my time signing the many releases for information and finish what was needed. I can't imagine why they don't have five stars as I'd happily refer them to my best friends if asked. The lady with the heavy accent is always rude on the phone, contacts department. The staff has no urgency or care that they are there to do a job, and it's definitely not getting preformed. When I started going to kaiser optometry it was great, efficient and fast, these are not in Wildomar. My experience with low level service has only been in the Wildomar location.

My daughter was seen for a significant infection, and we followed the treatment plan exactly as prescribed. However, I have serious concerns that the antibiotic prescribed may not have been adequate for the severity of her condition, as her infection worsened in the following days. She ultimately had to be admitted to the hospital for several days for further treatment, where the hospital confirmed, she was given an improper dosage of antibiotics and also poor post-care instructions. As a parent, it was incredibly distressing to feel like things were not improving despite following medical instructions carefully. Communication and follow-up felt limited, and I left feeling uncertain about the level of attention given to her condition. I'm sharing this because I would strongly caution other families--especially those with children dealing with infections or urgent conditions--to seek a second opinion or consider other urgent care options. My toe was literally leaned over and they didn't not care at all. I ended up at menifee valley hospital (I think that's the name) they were quick and friendly. I would say it seems they do not like African Americans, I do not know these people and I have insurance it was no reason for anyone to mistreat or not properly provide me with medical assistance. I pray every one in this office that was there on Tuesday soften their hearts and be more kind to people.
