Apparently they notify you to arrive at 30 minutes prior. Where does it say that?

Just got to be the worst customer service location ever I do not recommend anybody going to this location if possible. 1230 and it clearly stated to arrive on time no later than 15 minutes. I arrived 6 minutes prior to my appointment time and I wasn't called up until 10 minutes after my appointment time to request ID and insurance card all over again even though when you check in you already provided. By 12:50 I had ask what was going on and what is the delay and how much longer. They told me that you are notified to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time which I do not see at all on this email that they sent out once your appointment is made. It's just a little bit frustrating when you're fasting and trying to get answers to your health questions and the system like this is so messed up. What was the purpose of an appt. If you're gonna tell me to make an appointment and arrive on time I do expect to be seen right away, especially when people make changes to their scheduling. The audacity to gaslight me saying I needed to be there 30 minutes prior to prevent this delay is wild!!!!!! You're better off going to Quest. Unfortunately some pcp's work with Labcorp. Overall, due to scheduling, after waiting for 30 minutes from my schedule time I could no longer wait as it was going to require another 30 minutes per the lady up front. Insane. See the email that apparently states be there 30 minutes. So much for "we've reserved this time just for you."

We fasted for 18 hours (instead of the normal 8-10 hour window) just to make sure everything worked out. We even arrived a little after 1000am, hoping we could be seen earlier. But the staff said we would be considered "walk-ins" with a long wait time (if possibly seen), so we kept our appointments. We opted for text messages to keep us updated on our scheduled appointment, and were able to run a few errands. We arrived back around 1115am and waited for our appointment in the lobby. But I finally RECEIVED the text message update stating I "will be called soon" at 119PM, and we were finally seen around 125PM!! Then what is the point in having a *&@$ appointment? And during the wait, I heard the staff saying to other customers in the lobby that if they were even 5 minutes late, they would be cancelled and have to reschedule! I asked the technician about the rescheduling comment (of course after she finished with the needle poking me!) and she said that it was company policy. I feel sorry for those people who were trying to complete their appointment during a lunch break! Good luck! I hope this late experience is a one-off at this location, but doubt it, and will never go back there again. I will take my chances at the Medical Center location next time. Thanks for making me waste my whole day! (Your location is a vacuum cleaner!)

1/13/26 I made the mistake of going to the wrong office, this morning…read more BEWARE: There are 2 Quest offices across the parking lot from each other. 1 office is listed as "Medical Center Drive (Suite 102)" 2nd office listed is also suite 102 but the address listed is Hancock. I've made this mistake twice, now. Today I missed my 10:00 am appt because I was in the wrong office. My car took me to this place and my app let me check in. There is really nobody to help you as you check in via a kiosk. I caught one gal as she came out but it was already too late. I then, became a walk-in and wasn't seen til about 12:20. Sedoff was her name. She took great care of me and was so friendly and smiley. For her, this office on Medical center drive gets 5 stars. I hope I spelled her name close to what it is. Thank you. Don't say I didn't tell you. Suite 102 applies to both addresses. Make sure you're at the right one. If you scan your ID and it says you don't have an appt, chances are you need to walk across the parking lot.

I get that I came as a walk-in, but they need a better way. The screen in the lobby shows everyone who has checked in for their appointment, and the standby list as well. I'm up next. It only took almost an hour and a half wait!! I have had better luck at the Antelope location in Murrieta. This one is whack. I myself take walk-in patients as well and I would NEVER have anyone wait longer than 15 minutes on a normal day. The employees are nice, but they either need to hire more people or just straight up REQUIRE appointments. Waiting over 30 minutes is ridiculous, so waiting an hour is out of control. If you wait over 1 hour like me, consider yourself a trooper! Lesson learned. I will make sure to get my labs drawn ahead of time so I can avoid this hot mess. I forgot to do it last week and this is the price I'm paying. It's a good thing I don't have any obligations today. Just be warned that if you come here, you could wait 2 hours... you have been warned! I just walked out at 1:23 pm... Kelsey was nice, but I don't think I'll wait another 2 hours to get my blood drawn next time!!

Came in as a walk in with a doctor referral, I didn't even wait very long, probably less than 15…read moreminutes with a packed waiting room so I'm not sure the order of how people are called. The room was packed already when we got there and only one person was called back before me. I deducted a star because the front desk people are not the friendliest and when I asked a question after my xray, I was treated like I was an inconvenience. Your saving grace was definitely the tech that did my xray, she was extremely kind and patient, very comforting during an already stressful situation.

I always seem to get the run around from them…read more Using their website to schedule an appointment may work ok if you have a annual preventative procedure, and if you can wait to have the procedure done. However, if you need an appointment as soon as possible, you have to call. The service over the phone is hit or miss, and mainly a miss. One person I talked to wouldn't look at the dates available unless I answered several time-wasting questions. I hung up because I was so frustrated, redialed the number and got another person who found me an appointment without asking me time-wasting questions. I needed an ultrasound to rule out a blood clot and the soonest they could get me in was at the end of September. After a call to my doctor's office to get them to revise the order to asap, and after several calls to Radnet, I was finally able to schedule an appointment for an ultrasound. As for this particular location in Murrieta, I give the ultrasound technician a thumbs up for the serene setting she created in her room. It was very zen-like. I wish we had more options to choose from in our area for scans. Radnet is such a disappointment when it comes to customer service!
