My appointment was at 11:15 AM and I was called in at 11:36 AM. The clinic was very busy, every seat was taken and there were even people standing. It sounded like the wait was really long for some of the walk-ins. So I recommend making an appointment online. While I was there, an elderly patient mentioned that she sometimes faints during blood draws, and the staff took extra care of her. The staff overall was very friendly and efficient. I scheduled an appt for a reason.. but seems like it doesn't matter here. I had a 9:30am appointment and checked in on time. While waiting, I emailed my lab orders as requested and had confirmation of my appointment in my email. After waiting for over an hour and a half with my toddler (who understandably became very irritable), I went up to the front desk to ask how much longer it would be. I was then told that my name was not in the system and that they had not received my lab orders, despite me having confirmation of my scheduled appointment and proof that the orders were sent. This was extremely frustrating, especially after waiting so long without anyone informing me there was an issue. As a parent arranging childcare and planning around a set appointment time, this was a major inconvenience and a complete waste of our morning. Absolutely HORRIBLE! I had a "dedicated" appointment at 1pm. It is now an hour later, and my name is STILL towards the bottom of the list! Even walk-ins have gone in front of me. There is a woman at the front desk who obviously neither has a clue about scheduling, nor does she know how to work a computer. What few technicians I have seen inside seem rather indifferent and/or unaware of their job responsibilities, and do not exhibit proper "patient handling" skills. LabCorp has staff to help folks. They understand that appointments are already booked for 2 or 3 weeks in the future, and that your physician wants you to have a blood test today. You are worked in. We waited 3 hours at Quest. Someone canceled and we were able to book an appointment for that slot. No one available to assist a full waiting room needing tests so they can get back to work, pick up kids, etc. Staff so overloaded, they didn't have time to answer questions. read more

Just got to be the worst customer service location ever I do not recommend anybody going to this location if possible. 1230 and it clearly stated to arrive on time no later than 15 minutes. I arrived 6 minutes prior to my appointment time and I wasn't called up until 10 minutes after my appointment time to request ID and insurance card all over again even though when you check in you already provided. By 12:50 I had ask what was going on and what is the delay and how much longer. They told me that you are notified to arrive 30 minutes prior to your appointment time which I do not see at all on this email that they sent out once your appointment is made. It's just a little bit frustrating when you're fasting and trying to get answers to your health questions and the system like this is so messed up. What was the purpose of an appt. If you're gonna tell me to make an appointment and arrive on time I do expect to be seen right away, especially when people make changes to their scheduling. The audacity to gaslight me saying I needed to be there 30 minutes prior to prevent this delay is wild!!!!!! You're better off going to Quest. Unfortunately some pcp's work with Labcorp. So my daughter and I got confused today and though we were walking into quest diagnostics which is in the same area, then realized we were in the wrong place but proceeded to check in anyway. So glad we did, shortest wait ever coming in about 30 minutes after they opened and we missed the whole busy rush that came in after us. They were not short staffed, they had more than one employee checking in at the window and multiple phlebotomists in the back working. I had to do a urine sample and a blood draw, Robyn was fun to chat with and really calmed me down in a less than optimal situation. I would definitely come back if I ever needed a blood draw again in the future. read more

My wife has very tiny veins and every phlebotomist always has a hard time finding her veins. Enter Neveen today (sept 2, 2022), one of the ladies couldn't find any of her veins so they suggested Neveen do the honors in getting 2 6ml of tubes going and she made every thing look so easy. She was very soft spoken, she knew how to put my wife at ease and even told her the next time she goes, she has to tell all phlebotomists to do her anticubital fossa on her left arm right in the middle to make the process more easy than poking and prodding her all over the arms. With all that said and done, she's good at what she does and we are so happy there is someone at this location who is very caring and informative. Check in was easy. Everyone was really nice and professional, I didn't experience anything bad at all there. These really low stars are deceptive because it was a very pleasant office, Easy check in. Ya there's a wait period was probably only 10 minutes with an appointment, But there's a TV, a fine area to sit and if you check in with the QR code you can go take a walk or sit in your car until they text you when they're ready to draw your blood. I had gone to the Hemet location and they were terrible so I left and called this location and talked to Elizabeth and she was so nice and helpful! She addressed my concerns and went above and beyond to find what I needed which was a butterfly needle so that I could get my testing done. I have more blood work than I can count and never have I ever had it hurt this bad! I have never even had IV's hurt this bad! The guy there with shoulder length hair doesn't know what he is doing. If you get him, I would highly advise you to ask for another phlebotomist. He went way too deep on me and I have the easiest veins ever! And when he had to change out the tubes, he was jamming me more. This is unacceptable!!! I am an Firefighter EMT so I know what I am talking about. Ahhh LabCorp, been here many times and it always seems out of control. Tons of people waiting filling every chair. I checked in and sat down. Everyone looked miserable. Lady across had 2 kiddos and explained her appointment was 10 minutes ago. I was early as always and some lady came out and called the ladies name, and then mine. I was called in early and told to sit in section 1. Waited a bit, tried to stay positive and patient. Soon someone came in and i said, " you're not going to hurt me are you?" She said that she wouldn't feel a thing. Did her thing and off i went "you didn't even flinch " she said and I gave a cocky smile. Wasn't a bad experience. Most of the workers look worn out by the onslaught of continuous patients. The worst part of the experience was the parking. I bet the workers park close which doesn't help a gimpy guy like me. Definitely wouldn't recommend coming here without an appointment unless you absolutely had to... I was seen about 20 minutes after my scheduled ppointment time, but the wait can be a few hours if they're super busy and they stop taking walk-ins around 1 PM to allow for a wait before they close. Very cool express check-in process. Scan your ID and insurance card and all of your information auto populates. No forms to fill out, so nice! Technology is making life easier everyday and LabCorp is on the ball with their technology. Very friendly staff at the front counter and everyone I met with here was very respectful and kind. Thank you LabCorp for such a nice and fast experience. I expected a 2 hour wait as a walk in with no appointment. They had me in the waiting room for my blood draw for only 15 minutes. My Phlebotomist was Jill, she was so kind and wonderful with her needle skills! I literally did not feel a thing when she put the needle in for my blood draw and she got the perfect vein on the first try. She took 3 tubes of blood from me in about 2 minutes total. I've always wondered for years what that waxy looking substance is at the bottom of the empty blood tubes so I finally asked. Jill was so kind in explaining how the different tubes work each having a different substance in them that helps separate red and white blood cells in some tubes and other tubes that keep blood from clotting as well as a few other things. You're only here because you're forced to be here. I'd give negative stars if I could. Always a 1+ hour wait and miserable. When I was 40th in line? I went to shop a bit since I had time and they called me immediately, so I missed my time. The next day when I was 20th in line? I stuck around, but ended up waiting almost 2 hours. When you do finally receive service? You will wait more. Then when they finally get to you? The employees were professional and nice. I have been here twice in the last 3 months. The first time I went as a walk in after my doctors appointment, the lobby was full of people I thought I would be having to wait for hours but I was helped and my blood was drawn in less than 30 minutes. Today was my second time at labcorp. This time I had an appointment at 2:30, I arrived at 2:10. I was the only person waiting in the lobby and 10 minutes later I was all done. Both times I've had a great experience, the girls at the front are super nice. Elizabeth (service coordinator) did my blood work both times. She was very friendly, super fast and I honestly never felt her change tubes. She is very light handed, now that I've had alot of medical issues it is nice to know that when it comes to lab work I have nothing to worry about. read more

I had an appointment at 11:45. I checked in using the online check in at 11:38. At 12:00, I finally went up to the desk to find out when they were going to finish checking me in. I finally got called back at 12:15. What's the point of making an appointment if you aren't going to get me in at my appointment time? I finally got called to the back, where I sat in the chair for another 10 minutes before the lab tech finally came over. When it came time to draw my blood, he jammed the needle so hard in my arm that I actually said "ouch that hurt". I get my blood drawn twice a week and never have had a tech so rough. "HI-TECH" FAILURE v NORMAL CHECK-IN They encourage you to set your appointment online, give you a QR-Code for check-in, and a note to use their "curbside" check-in "I am here" so you wait in your car. (NORMAL CHECK-IN) is: (1) you go inside, (2) you approach receptionist, (3) staff checks you in, (4) you sit in the waiting area, then (5) you are called. ("HIGH-TECH" CHECK-IN) is: (1) you scan the QR Code upon arrival - to find out that QR Code does not check you in, (2) you call the office to say "I'm here" but no one is picking up so you decide to walk-in the office, (3) Staff tells you to use the "CHECK-IN" DEVICES standing next to the entrance where there is no "privacy" because other patients can read over your shoulder, (4) You then proceed to the RECEPTIONIST to make sure you are in queue because your "standing order" record does not pop up automatically upon your "virtual check-in", (5) you are told by receptionist to wait in your car because you will be TEXTED when tech is ready for your labwork, (6) you wait an 1.25 hours and you don't receive a single text message or call, so you walk back in to ask when you will be called, (7) receptionist searches for your folder then tells you, "oh! Come on in, take Cubicle No. 2 please! (8) then you wait another 10 minutes for a tech to come in who do not even bother to look at you. Summary: LabCorp can do without that virtual check-in. It complicates the steps, frustrates patients. WHO'S TIME IS MORE VALUABLE? LabCorp tells you to come in 15 minutes before your appointment time, yet they will make you wait for over an hour. If i did not take the initiative to "follow up" after wasting an hour and 15 minutes WAITING for the staff to call me, I'd be roasting under the heat of the sun outside for perhaps 2 hours if not to perpetuity. Why do you tell patients to come in 15 minutes early then have them wait longer than the time a lab procedure will take to process? That lab work completed within 2 minutes, yet i sat outside under the sun for over an hour! SUPERVISOR BRAGS SERVING 200+ PATIENTS PER DAY Under this failed system? Did you ever look at your patients' faces, those in the waiting area, not to mention the other patients waiting in their car "curbside"? Everyone looks like they have been waiting forever, impatience and frustration is written on their faces. Have you seen your reviews here on Yelp??? When you brag about the number of patients you are serving daily, your efficiency should be able to solidly back it up. So far, reviews here on Yelp, my personal experience, and the feedback I received from my primary healthcare who ordered the labwork from you are all in agreement... But supervisor who came across me at the hallway said i can leave the specimen at the cart in the hallway instead of the designated area. When I said that is not what the lab tech. told me, this supervisor arrogantly and sternly said, well I AM THE SUPERVISOR AND I AM SAYING YOU CAN LEAVE THE SPECIMEN IN THE CART (at the hallway, not in the designated location)! Grossest place I've ever given blood or urine. They give you what looks like a cheap styrofoam salsa taco shop container that doesn't close properly for your urine and then you have to hunt down the "blue bin" to leave your sample. Actually it's a blue dollar store looking basket with everyone's urine samples and some blood samples too. Giving blood, the tech was very rough and despite having given blood many times in my life, this was painful. Definitely avoid this awful place! read more

I don't leave YELP reviews but the negative reviews didn't make any sense to me. Get there on time for your appointments, be patient and it's your turn when it's your turn. Doctor-Ordered-Labs are from 7:30am-3:00pm. Work-Ordered are from 11:30-3:00pm. Do your research. Be patient. Carry on. Great service overall. read more
