Grossest place I've ever given blood or urine. They give you what looks like a cheap styrofoam salsa taco shop container that doesn't close properly for your urine and then you have to hunt down the "blue bin" to leave your sample. Actually it's a blue dollar store looking basket with everyone's urine samples and some blood samples too. Giving blood, the tech was very rough and despite having given blood many times in my life, this was painful. Definitely avoid this awful place! read more

They want to practice social distancing but have chairs 3 feet from each other. They have the option to "text" you when they are ready so I decided that's best. We get the text after 45 minutes of waiting that said that they will be ready shortly and to come in and wait for our name to be called, still waiting 30 minutes later.... not sure how that's "shortly." We waited inside thinking we were getting called soon, for them to tell us to go outside if we're standing to wait to be called in. They say your name from their chair inside, people can barely hear their names being called outside. Maybe it's worth having an appointment, idk. I just wished their system was better read more

I have been to this location numerous times. I have had a great experience. I always book the appointment online. The check in process via mobile device is awesome and easy. Please be kind to the staff, they're doing their best! As someone who's needed blood work many many times I understand the importance of getting it done quickly but it's not their fault that the wait time for walk-ins is always so long, they're a small location catering to a lot of people. Poor follow through in getting test results. Was told results would be available in 2-3 days. It's been 6 days and neither my portal nor doctor have results. Also check in protocol is poor. You have to wait in non distanced area that states should be limited to 8 people as stated on the door but had many more than that and that is after being called in to see the technician. Do not recommend if there are alternatives. read more

Employees have poor communication with the check in procedures. They have unwelcoming Attitudes which in turn results in poor customer service. Don't waste your time, go to Quest. Took my 12 year old in for 3 blood tests and they FORGOT to get a vial of blood for one of the tests. We go back, give blood for said forgotten test and they MISPLACE the vial of blood before it even gets to the testing center! Are you kidding me?! Never going back there... I've come in twice. The gal the other day said they do drug screening till 2pm. So I woke up extra early (cause I work) just to get it done before my office opens. Well they only do drug screenings 11-2pm. Which is silly cause that's the hours most people are at work during. Yes, it is a employment drug screen but I have to work before taking on the new job. Change the hours for the drug screen to where it will make sense! Annoyed and the guy who called me up called me by my first name I walked up confirming with my last name that it was me out of the whole lobby he didn't answer he just said are you here for blood work or drug screen. I said drug screen he said online it tells you the hours... you have to click multiple options for it to finally tell you the hours it does not say it on the front page. Unorganized and yes I am mad. Second time I have come in for a employee to finally tell me it's 11-2pm and not open till 2pm. read more

Horrible If you value your life dont risk it by coming into this labcorp or any labcorp during this time of covid. There was no room for social distance in waiting area it was crowded with people and they do not screen before you enter to ensure safety from covid exposure no protocol at all. After having a bad experience with Rancho Pueblo office, I came here hoping it would be better. This office was much cleaner and the staff were a lot friendlier. I came in at 8:30am and no appointment. The office was completely filled with waiting patients. I thought I would be there for hours, but the entire thing only took an hour and half for bloodwork. If you can I suggest this office over Rancho Pueblo which was awful. read more

After 6 weeks I needed to repeat my blood work. After my poor experience at Rancho Pueblo office, I decided to try the Hancock office. What a difference!!! The ladies at the reception were nice. I told I had difficult veins and she immediately gave me a heat pad. This was really helpful. The phlebotomist, Elizabeth, was really professional and nice. She could draw my blood without pain. It is a miracle for me. My suggestion is, if you have trouble with any procedure be honest about it and they can help you. Based on my experience, I totally recommend the Hancock office! read more

This place does no mandate face mask it is just recommend to wear one. This is very upsetting since people that come to a lab are not all healthy. Avoid this location if possible because they won't tell anyone to wear a face mask. This just defeats the purpose of it being state mandated. read more

Service was fine but I was notified that I had a collection from LabCorp which was news because I never received a bill. I called and paid the bill with a promise from the CSR that it was their policy to have the collection removed from credit reporting agencies. Fast forward 2 months and now it's affecting my re-fi. I had been waiting in the lobby for about 20 minutes when I was told it'd be another hour and a half since there were 7-8 people in front of me, and I was required to wait in my car. I didn't have enough gas to sit in my car with the AC on for that long so I ran to get gas, a drink, and use the restroom since I couldn't hold it any longer. I was texted 25 minutes after I left saying it was my turn and I wouldn't be allowed to leave my sample if I wasn't there in five minutes. I tried calling to say I could be there in 7-10 minutes but I was sent to voicemail. Problem was, I no longer had to go since I used the restroom knowing I couldn't hold it for another hour and a half. I was eventually able to leave a sample but I'm severely disappointing in their system and front office staff. I've had to use their drug screening service for new jobs several times and this is the first time I had this problem, I won't be returning to them again. read more

I don't like giving bad reviews or complaining in general, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I had an appointment for 1:45pm, arrived early and used their online check in feature, waited 30 minutes and finally got a text that my technician was ready and to come inside the building and wait for my name to be called. Waited another 30 minutes and approached the desk to ask for an update, as I had somewhere to be at 3:30pm. I almost gave 2 stars because the receptionist was friendly and apologetic for me waiting so long. But then I was told to go through the doors and wait in another waiting area for 20 minutes.... The operations seemed unorganized at best. I passed by another client holding her cup of urine after coming out of the bathroom and being told to place it in a plastic bin across the room, in full view of a lobby of waiting clients via an open door. Not much privacy involved. Also the bin I was told to lock my personal belongings in had soiled paper towels and a plastic bin of blue liquid inside. I didn't want to place my purse in there and had to request to have it cleaned. Also I clearly overheard the staff that performed my test asking another staff member how to give the specific test I was taking. Step by step. As if she had never done it before.... She was very nice and did a good job but the management here is sorely lacking. All in all did not get out until 3:10pm. read more

Got my metabolic testing done in less than 15 minutes. Super easy checkin via scanning drivers license and insurance card. My name was called after 5 minutes to pee, then paid my copay and was ushered to the the chair to have my blood drawn. Made me double check my name on the sticker and vial. Courteous staff. When I visited Lab Corp in Murrieta for a routine blood test on July 2, the phlebotomist advised me that my vein had "blown" when she tried to insert the needle. She instantly left the station and summoned Supervisor Elizabeth, who obtained a butterfly needle and conducted the draw herself. Supervisor Elizabeth knew how to manage the situation and the blood draw was successful. The sign of a well-managed business is a supervisor or manager ready to step in to solve problems when they arise. Also important, and appreciated, is the willingness of the phlebotomist to ask for assistance when necessary. I commend Lab Corp personnel for their willingness to address unexpected difficulties quickly. read more

Its just really unfortunate to see staff scramble to provide quick and accurate service while rude people huff and puff in the waiting room. Called to ask a question regarding fasting ahead of a glucose tolerance test. The woman ignored my question and proceeded to say I can make an appt online. I said, no I have a question about fasting, she said "hold on a minute" then proceeded to say to someone else near her "this woman needs directions on how to get here". Knowing she was talking about me - I said I knew how to get there but had a fasting question. The woman jumped back on the phone and said "I'm going to put you on hold". I sat on hold for 10 minutes before she hung up the line. So I jumped online and made an appointment with a different Labcorp office and will hope a full 12 hour fast is sufficient. The key to being seing in a reasonable amount of time, have an appt, and try a saturday. I was in and out after blood work and urine sample.

The location is nice and clean and the staff seemed efficient from my standpoint. I gave this location 3 stars because I didnt have an appointment and they treated me as if I did. They only did this due to my glucose tolerance test, otherwise it might have been a different story. I was called to the back and waited about 15 min or so and then was given my bottle. I was allowed to run errands and return within the hour. Upon returning they allowed me straight back to draw my blood. Here is where I had the issue! The tech drew blood and everything was fine until it came time to safety the needle. The tech pulled the safety with the needle still in my arm. Can you do this? Probably, but please make sure to pull out the needle before putting it in safety, as this reduces the amount of pain. Yes, its one more step for the staff but its less painful for the patient. Less pain = higher patient satisfaction. On another note, people are being asked to wait outside to maintain social distancing. With that being said, they only allow 8 people to sit inside at a time due to covid regulations. It would make it easier if you could make an appointment because those patients are being called in fairly quickly. read more

After a horrible experience at LabCorp's Single Oak office in Temecula where I walked out without getting anything done, I made an appointment to have the work done a few days later at this location instead. I was pretty much on the defensive when I arrived, after having dealt with one of the rudest receptionists I've ever experienced when at their Single Oak office. This is a good size office, clean and well decorated with a good amount of seating. The woman at the front desk was very nice. I was expecting the worst, but instead, she was friendly and professional. She briefly chatted with the man behind the counter, who I later realized, was the lab tech. I didn't have to wait long (I did have an appointment). The gentleman called me back and greeted me cheerfully. He made me feel comfortable and was focused on me and not just on the task at hand, which I appreciated. He explained what he was doing before he did it and made some small talk too. It didn't hurt and he had no problem finding a good vein (not always the case). Both of them said goodbye to me as I left! As being poked with needles and having to pee in a cup goes, this was an excellent experience! :D read more
