Arrived at 12:30pm to do a drug test and was served until 2:45. I'm not sure where it takes a place over 3 hours to collect a urine sample in order to do a drug test. They do not communicate as to the order and literally oversees people going on ahead of others that do not have an appointment. read more

Super sweet staff and short wait times. I have bipolar disorder and take lithium everyday. So my psychiatrist says I have to get my lithium levels checked regularly to make sure they are not too high as it can be damaging to my kidneys. Its nice knowing I have a welcoming go-to place to get my blood drawn and be in and out before you know it. Thank you. read more

This is my third set of bloodwork I have had for this pregnancy, and every experience has been excellent! I have made appointments prior, and have had virtually no wait time! The staff is great, and quick! I had to do my glucose test, and I had a comfy recliner to relax in. For a mom of almost 3, it was like a vacation! read more

the wait is very long, even with an appointment you will still be waiting around 1hour plus.. front staff can be friendlier and explain to customer what is happening with staff so no one comes at each other with attitude. read more

Janelle is the best phlebotomist I've had... Ever. I've been nervous about getting my blood drawn; so much to the point I hadn't voluntarily had a lab test done in over 7 years. I felt absolutely no pain, pressure or uncomfortableness and before I knew it, it was over! I would highly recommended Janelle If you are hesitant and nervous about getting your blood drawn, see Janelle at LabCorp. 5 Stars, would give blood again. read more

The lab was clean, the service friendly, I was seen quickly. All good. The phlebotomist went to change the vial and ripped the needle out of my arm. It hurt, she jumped back, then dashed forward to start mopping up the blood. I didn't want to look as she scurried around, appologizing. I did glance over, blood everywhere. She was so, so sorry. I told her just to finish up. She had to draw from the other arm. Now I have a massive bruise from the first whoops. Really not pleased. Just hope my Dr. gets the results in time. read more

This location is NOT child friendly. We had to bring my 6 year old in for blood work and every single person we encountered aside from ONE employee were complete jerks. My daughter is EXTREMELY terrified of needles, so we knew this would not be easy, but all of the whispers, snide comments, and eye rolls were not appreciated. To tell a 6 year old to "just get over it kid" is unacceptable. It really did not help the situation and mama bear was ready to punch the next jerk to say something as they walked by. This was her first experience getting labs done and now she is even more terrified because "everyone" was mean. I wish in all of this chaos I would have got the name of the one employee who was patient, kind, and really tried to reassure my daughter. She really did go above and beyond. Her coworkers should take some notes. A lot of other things happened during this shit show of an appointment, but bottom line is take your child to a lab that specializes in pediatrics, or just avoid this specific location. read more

Be prepared to WAIT FOR-EV-ER! Terrible service, and horrible attitude by the receptionist. I was told they had ONE phlebotomist working. Absolutely ridiculous. Murrieta was the worst experience I've ever had at a LabCorp location. Upon arrival I was told it would be about a 2-hour wait because I was a walk-in. I wish I was told that when I called beforehand to make sure they accepted walk-ins. I didn't end up getting services because I left after waiting 2 1/2 hours and they said it could take up to 3 hours more. Zero stars wasn't an option. I created a Yelp account just to post how awful my experience was. I will never return to this location again. I should've stuck with Quest Diagnostics. Do better, LabCorp. Hire more phlebotomists. Be honest about wait times. Tell your staff to be kinder. read more

They are temporarily closed. They should notify Yelp to update their status. The 2 stars is because when I was here last 2 months ago they had sloppy Covid-19 precautions. For example some employees not covering their nose with their face masks. read more

This location is the absolute worst. Service is like you are in a third world country. Horrible bed side manor. They make you wait out side when it is still cold for some people. There are no chairs for any people that need one. I understand social distance. How ever there are better ways to execute this poorly operated business. One other note. I am all for best man or woman for the job. But if you can't speak clear English don't work in the front. read more

Awful. 2 hour wait to pee in a cup. I even offered to pee and continue to wait and they wouldn't "count it" if I did that. Also that was my second attempt to get a drug screen for a job hiring process. The first time I showed up I was turned away because they had changed their hours and not updated them on the website or phone message... which I had called to confirm before I drove down. Make an appointment if you can and make an appointment! Avoid if possible! Quest is way better if you get a choice. read more

First time coming here cuz my insurance changed and this office was horrible, the girls who work there are extremely rude especially the ones drawing the blood. The one blonde girl in particular was the rudest one I will not be coming back to this office. Learn to treat people and be professional. read more

Business hours say 5pm online. Called at 3:40 pm to check wait and they said it was a 30 min wait, no mention of closing early or any need to be there soon. I drive 30 min to get there, show up at 4:15pm, and they tell me to come back tomorrow because they are closed. I try to tell them that I JUST called 30 minutes ago and explain what I was litterally just told before driving all the way there and even tried to show them the hours online and all they could say was "we are closed, come back tomorrow." There was even a sticker on the front door that said 5pm but they taped a piece of paper over it (could still see it from inside through the glass though). If I had a requisition for a different company I would go there instead... As it is I am stuck dealing with these clowns. read more

I get my blood drawn here since it's the closest to all of my doctor's offices since they're in the same plaza. They're quick and nice, you get in and get out with a quick little chat. I guess they know me since I visit all the time. I'll be back again... read more

Arrived to the this location at 8:30 and was advised I could not do my drug screening until 9:30 because that was "the rule". No further explanation could be provided. So here I sit. Most ridiculous. read more

Annoying when the receptionist tells you one thing, one day and tells you another thing the next day. Not to mention letting two people go in front of me when I came in before them. read more

Their front office staff and billing department need to get it together, several times they have billed my insurance incorrectly resulting in long hours of sitting on the phone sorting it out, and then they din't fix it and send things to collections! read more

This is our second time back to this Lab Corp ,because the first time two nurses where unable to find a vein in my three year old daughter because her aggravated behavior(understandable being that she is so young). This time I decided to bring my husband to hold her as my daughter is quite strong when she doesn't want something and so she would have the support and love from both my husband and I. What I will say is that the phlebotomist was trying to be caring and understanding but it is clear that at this location many of them do not have the experience drawing blood from young children. In there defense they did try but it was clear that they aren't equipped to handle young children. I even had to ask for the warm compress to help the veins surface and the front desk was lacking definitely not the worst but not great either. So in while it's a decent location for adults (the wait seemed to be longer with an appt than without but over all not to long) and as for children I would say find somewhere more child friendly and hopefully your insurance will cover it. read more

The wait here is horrible!!!!!! They need more phlebotomists. Your business is next to a hospital and you are located in a medical park. Don't you think you would be busy????? read more

I've been going to this Labcorp through out my pregnancy. I am high risk and my MFM sent me here for tests for a life threatening (but treatable) condition. The lab Corp employee who did my blood work mistakenly input my birthday to a completely different date! It was has been over two weeks and no one could tell me why my doctor or I hadn't received results, until today. Really an irresponsible mistake because I need to be on medication ASAP. Extremely disappointed in the mistake. The birthday on my actual blood work was correct, the labcorp customer service line thought maybe the employee hit the wrong keys when sending to the lab. Very irresponsible read more

Nobody like to have to get their blood drawn but to have the draw done in a fast and painless fashion makes the experience tolerable rude people complaining even one woman upset she had to wait because she made an appointment for 9:00 and she was only 90 minutes late so she should be seen right away, then demand that if she had to wait her four kids needed a snack and that she knows they have juice and cookies read more

Excellent service and very nice people who work here. Quick enough for me to come early and get out even with about 8 patients before me. Took about half hour to get in and out at seven am. read more

Terrible wait times at the Hancock location...front is staffed well enough but the back works at an incredibly slow pace...am currently on 1 hour 15 minute wait read more

I hate getting my blood drawn but the gal that drew it was so very gentle and sweet. I made an appointment online so when I went it there was no wait. Very fast. Thank you to the gal from St. Louis. :) read more

I was just here today and not happy on how they refused to do my bloodwork because nobody will watch my kids at the waiting area and I can't bring them inside. Tana and Sonia were wonderful in taking my urine and blood samples but the first lady who tried to take me back for bloodwork said I can't leave my kids at the waiting area (13 y/o, 11 y/o, 8 y/o). I was explaining it to her that my kids are well behave and if it will only take 5 mins then, it should not be a problem. I ended up leaving so I can drop off my kids at my work which is 4 miles away. But when I came back and I was at their bloodwork area, I saw 2 kids with their mom. So why would they let others have their kids and mine can't. If I didn't see that I could have let go of how they handled the whole situation. I also work in a busy clinic and we never have these kind of problems of not letting these kids in the treatment area. So so disappointed at this location. What a waste of time. I would never go to this location again. read more

First, let me say the lab techs, lobotomists are always first rate. However on 6/29, had appointment scheduled for 8:30. I was running late as Californians never get June rain and parking lot was more crazy than usual. However I did sign in by 8:29. Desk person acknowledged but due to covid... I had to wait outside. As it was raining, I went to my car. Returning in 15 minutes. I asked up front, they said "We called you (in the office) but didn't text you because we were too busy. OK, I sat down as there was now a seat inside. So ten more minutes and I noticed my name on the big screen used for status updates, it shows me as without an appointment. So I went up to the front, apologies flowed, then 2 minutes later a request for a urine specimen was given me. I filled but the regular location was moved. I put it there then sat back down in waiting area. 5 minutes later, I was called in for my blood test. That was at 9:07. All the inside cubicles were full of lobotomists so it didn't seem there was a tech shortage. Not sure why Lab Corp gives appointments. Not sure why my status on the electronic board said I was a walk in. Not sure this helps anybody as many of us have no choices for routine issues like lab work read more

On Saturday Morning at 8:00 AM I checked into the LabCorp in Murrieta. The receptionist may have had a rough night was very rude and unfriendly. After satisfying her with my insurance cards, she refused to accept my lab work because my information were not written by Doctor's office. I showed her my Driver License to prove it was me and I could complete the information. She was extremely rude even when I told her, I need the lab work to see the doctor on Monday. Rudeness has a limit. These people should realize that they are working with the needy people that have to be more friendly. read more

I made an early appointment so I could make it to my imaging appointment on time. The staff did not greet me in a friendly manner, nor did they explain that it takes time to get the order in the system. I was told to have a seat. Concerned about time, I asked if I would be seen soon. The receptionist never bothered to look up at me when I was speaking to her. Mindfulness, kindness and common courtesy go a long way. Folks who show up at a lab may have a chronic disease, be there for routine needs or may be concerned about a possible illness. This location would benefit from training on customer service, empathy and general professionalism skills. read more

SLOOOOWWWW. Wait times are horrendous. Arrived for simple blood draw and have been waiting over an hour

I walked over to the Hancock Labcorp from another Labcorp office in the same parking lot. The ladies here were AWESOME, which was NOT the case at the Medical Center Drive location...but that's another review. I walked in without and appointment, was greeted nicely and spent approximately 30 minutes total in the office. The phlebotomist was able to find my tiny veins and drew the blood she needed with one poke! I will return to this location FOR SURE! Thanks, ladies! read more

I hate getting my blood drawn and often have had to have multiple attempts and even finger pricks to get blood in the past. This was the best experience I've ever had. The staff was very personable and efficient. Despite a full waiting room I was in and out in 30 minutes. The actual blood draw was done very well -- found my vein right away, no unnecessary discomfort. read more

2 hours to get a blood draw, appointment or not, is unacceptable. The excuse was that they closed the one down the road, sounds like you screwed up closing that Lab. read more
