Despite the appointment time, my daughter was seen rather late. Fortunately, the phlebotomist had great bedside manners and was proficient in her work. As a former phlebotomist years ago, I'd say she was excellent. My daughter would beg to differ. This was her first experience getting a blood draw and she's not a fan of needles.

I took my business to West Pac instead, where there was no wait, was seen as soon as I got there, where staff treated me like a patient and were kind, uplifting and compassionate toward patients. The problem I had with them was once I got home I noticed the dressing on my heel was not properly applied and I was concerned of possible infection. I wanted to go back into carbon health to get it redressed but I was told they close in 10 minutes at 6 PM. I guess they didn't want to hang out an extra 30 minutes and redress my wound. My wife and I had thought we found a good urgent care, but now it turns out we won't be going back. Personally, if it was my business, I would've stayed late and taken care of my customer the right way.

I couldn't handle the no sleep so called and luckily they were able to get me in last minute. I waited in the waiting room for less than 10 minutes, waited for the provider who came in less then 15 minutes afterwards, and was diagnosed with strep throat and with a sinus infection. After being given 5 prescriptions later, i got to go home with self care instructions. So far, this has been the easiest and best Urgent care I've been to in all of OC and Riverside county.

He told me he couldn't do anything, he couldn't wrap it and he also told me I could purchase a boot and wait for my orthopedic referral. I felt so defeated and depressed. My toe was literally leaned over and they didn't not care at all. I ended up at menifee valley hospital (I think that's the name) they were quick and friendly. I would say it seems they do not like African Americans, I do not know these people and I have insurance it was no reason for anyone to mistreat or not properly provide me with medical assistance. When I started going to kaiser optometry it was great, efficient and fast, these are not in Wildomar. My experience with low level service has only been in the Wildomar location.

Temecula Medical made several adjustments to their schedule to get me in quickly as I have cancer and other serious health concerns that require immediate and uninterrupted monitoring and care. I initially saw Tatiana and she could not have been more pleasant or patient as she listened intently to my long list of ailments. At the end of the appointment it was most impressive to see she had not missed or neglected to note even one of the many issues I'd spoken about, the ten plus referrals I needed, and a list of the medial items I need to maintain my relative health. I was listened to, all of my concerns were addressed and all referrals submitted before a day had passed. Truly above and beyond care for this extremely complicated and difficult cancer patient. I think the whole office had the best energy. I also found the waiting room spacious and relaxing with the abundant windows and light. Everyone had a smile on their faces and they let me stay well into their lunch period so I could take my time signing the many releases for information and finish what was needed. I can't imagine why they don't have five stars as I'd happily refer them to my best friends if asked. The only positive I can honestly note is that the wait time was short and we were seen quickly. Unfortunately, the care we received after that was very concerning. My daughter was seen for a significant infection, and we followed the treatment plan exactly as prescribed. However, I have serious concerns that the antibiotic prescribed may not have been adequate for the severity of her condition, as her infection worsened in the following days. She ultimately had to be admitted to the hospital for several days for further treatment, where the hospital confirmed, she was given an improper dosage of antibiotics and also poor post-care instructions. As a parent, it was incredibly distressing to feel like things were not improving despite following medical instructions carefully. Communication and follow-up felt limited, and I left feeling uncertain about the level of attention given to her condition. I'm sharing this because I would strongly caution other families--especially those with children dealing with infections or urgent conditions--to seek a second opinion or consider other urgent care options. Based on our experience, I would not return.

Every doctor I was assigned to either wasn't accepting new patients, was impossible to get an appointment with, was leaving the practice, or I just couldn't get ahold of anyone. I'm currently 25 weeks pregnant and recently moved here from Michigan, so I really needed to get established with a doctor and get a referral to an OBGYN. I hadn't been able to see anyone in months and was getting pretty stressed about it. Atiga got me in quickly, and when I went in for my appointment I barely had to wait at all. Staff at the front desk was so nice, and the doctor was incredibly kind and patient with me. She knew I needed to get into an OB as soon as possible and got the referral going right away. The first OBGYN they referred me to ended up not accepting me because I'm considered high risk and they would only take a referral from another OBGYN. I called Atiga back and explained what happened, and they immediately started working on getting me another referral. There was no runaround or feeling like I had to keep calling and bothering someone just to get help. Even the woman I spoke with who handles referrals was so nice and helpful. Honestly, every person I've dealt with there has been great. After having such a hard time finding a doctor since moving back here from Michigan, it's such a relief to finally find an office where people are kind, responsive, and actually seem to care about helping you. I'm really glad I found them.

For years, I was always seen by nurse practitioners rather than an actual doctor. The main reason I stayed was simply because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of finding a new primary care office. That changed when Dr. Feeney joined the practice. He is wonderful! His bedside manner is excellent, he's attentive, he actually listens, and I never feel rushed or dismissed during my appointments. I have nothing but positive things to say about him and the care he provides. Unfortunately, the office itself is a completely different story. It wasn't great to begin with, but lately it has become incredibly frustrating just trying to make an appointment. No one seems to answer the phone anymore. You have to leave a message and wait for someone to call you back just to schedule. If you happen to miss their return call, you have to call again, leave ANOTHER message explaining that someone called you back and you missed it, and then wait for another return call. It turns into an unnecessary game of phone tag just to schedule an appointment. For a medical office, being able to reach someone and schedule care should not be this difficult. After being a patient for more than 10 years, it's disappointing to see the office become even harder to communicate with. Dr. Feeney is honestly the bright spot here and the main reason I continue coming, but the communication and scheduling process desperately needs improvement! I'd hate to leave Dr. Feeney but it may be time to find a new doctors office.
