Please remove the "Kids welcome" sign if you're not going to allow kids to be present. I had an appointment at 11:30 am for a urine test and was told that my kids weren't allowed back there with me because their urine could be used for the sample. I've done test before and they could have easily sat in a medical room while I did this test. I waited 2 + hours as a walk in since I had to drop them off with someone. I was 5th in line and only had been bumped to 4th in that time frame. I ended up leaving to a different clinic cause I needed to use the restroom and a waste of time. read more

We'll i know everyone needs to be learn some place however she kept moving the needle into my arm it was hurting, I had to ask her to stop. She asked if she could try the other arm. MAKE SURE YOU SET AN APPOINTMENT!! I'm here for drug testing as a preliminary measure for a job. I came in assuming that a walk in would work out alright, and i might have to wait maybe 30-60 minutes as i was told at the kiosk. Now i've been here 3 hours, my position on the "standby" board has been #2 for about 2 and a half of those. If you have an appointment your wait will be normal but if you try to walk in they forget you exist lol! Can't wait for them to close and tell me make an appointment and come back tomorrow. Schedule an appointment and just come in, dont worry about the time, that's the strat here...no regard for walk ins. 4 hours so far on a waiting list for lab tests... There's 7+ phlebotomists working, yet only 2 people being helped with phlebotomist standing in the hallways. People are checking in both late and hours before their appointments and getting called before walk ins with a list of 9 on the waiting lists. The guy in front of me looks like he's about to pass out and there's 5 of us that have been here for over 3 hours with one about to miss a dr. appointment that was waiting on these results. This system probably works well, just not today. Especially with regulars that know how to game the system. Btw...i was told to come here by my dr. Today was my first time getting blood drawn at Quest Lab. I have been with Kaiser for over 25 years so I was t sure what to expect. The place has very easy to use Kiosks to check in. I did see a woman standing around I'm assuming to help those that need help but she did not greet or looked my way. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that I needed my drivers license and insurance card ready. I had them, I would have liked to have them in my pocket and not have to look for them. After checking in, I was called shortly after. I did not wait long. The young lady ( I wish I would have caught her name) was very friendly and professional. Over all a good experience. Lately we have had to have blood panels done and this quest is 5 star. Having bloodwork is never fun but with an appointment (and they always have times available) they get you in and out. Every tech we have had has been really professional and did a good job of keeping it fairly painless. Unfortunately they don't have your insurance co-pay info and this trip even my insurance company couldn't even give me an estimate of the co-pay (that needs to change) but Natasha went above and beyond to get me a good idea of the cost. Had an appointment at 9:30. Dr failed to send my order. Called the Dr and they immediately faxed the order at 9:39, but no one at Quest checked the fax machine, and my appointment time expired after 10 min. I was informed 30 min later I had to make another appointment. I made one for 2pm. Arrived at 1:30, and my appointment wasn't found. Had to make another appointment for 2:30. Quest is a great company! But they need to have a receptionist, who can also do paperwork! I think it is great that they have the kiosk for check-in. But if someone is there to do the paperwork ( tests, payment,..) it will make it faster and more efficient! Along with the ability to help people that don't understand how the kiosk work. The receptionist could help the people who didn't have an appointment, and would give them the chance to be seen. And if you made an appointment, never come earlier! They will not see you before your appointment. The phlebotomist should do only the tests and check the information, not have to do paperwork a receptionist should be doing. read more

I don't always have the best of luck with getting blood drawn (stop giving blood and pass out) not only was the whole team friendly fast and professional but if you're nervous/ have needs/ or are unlucky with blood draws Request Ashley k ! But if you have people with appointments time at 330 and it's 1 o'clock why wouldn't you take the walk-ins that's have been waiting for over an hour. Especially if the patient with disability. Horrible service for people who have to do a walk in. I walked in at 11am was eight on the wait list it is now 1:41pm and I'm number two on the waitlist. The staff is rude they take forever to call people back. I know they take appointments first but there was a break in appointments and they only called one person from the walk in list and they have 4 ladies working and they keep saying they are short staffed. You can also hear them in the back talking and laughing like they think it's funny to just have people wait in the waiting room. This establishment needs to be check on. I made an appointment online, checked in via text when I arrived, and was called in after waiting about 5 minutes. Ashley was my phlebotomist and she was absolutely lovely. Walk in without opts are also open but opt is highly recommend location 11180 Warner #159 good service of all staffs. With one exception to one Vietnamese skinny lab tech I did not get her name was not helpful when clients need help with Kios or have questions she kept said I don't know I am busy when it is just a simple answer would help everyone waiting. I've yet to figure these places out. You can show up late for an appointment and jump straight to the line. But if you show up early to your appointment, walk ins will be taken before you even if they arrive after you. There's no one in the office when you get here and they won't let you use the restroom until it's time to go back. So come late, but not early. read more

I showed up to this location without an appointment and was helped within 10 minutes give or take excluding the sign in time. Signing in is super easy and can be done on your own, unless assistance is required. The facility seemed well taken care of and clean including the restrooms which was nice. My phlebotomist was Ashley and she did an amazing job and was very professional and friendly. She kept a light conversation going to avoid those awkward silent moments that I would say most of us have experienced at some point in our lives. I have been going to this lab for over 5 years and I am super impressed with their progression from a regular lab to a working machine with the most streamline service and the most competent staff. They are very professional, the easiest and fastest service ever. I tried to go once as a walk-in, but I prefer to have an appointment. I am normally in and out in about 10 - 20 minutes. I believe you can find waiting times for walk-ins on line, there are times during the days when the office is not too busy and I have seen walk-ins get in quickly. The check in process is all computerized and you don't need a front office person, you can even scan your ID and insurance at check-in (they give you an estimated cost first thing when you go back so you can refuse the blood draw if you don't want to pay the price you are given). If you are early and there are many people in the waiting room, you will have to wait until your appointment time comes up. I've never been called to the back more than 5 minutes past my appointment time, and often get in a few minutes early. read more

I normally get lightheaded when I'm sitting up so she took me to the room where I can lay down and I was really happy that she could do that for me. Last week I posted a bad review on the Murrieta location (Medical Center Drive) so it only seems fair to write a great review for this location in LE. Firstly, they had a staff member present to help folks with the kiosk checkin. Secondly, their blood pressure equipment was working (unlike Murrieta), and thirdly, the phlebotomist was friendly and efficient. Facility was clean, and staff friendly. We got to go to Annie's for breakfast which is right next door too! We will always go to this location from now on! read more

My mom is a cancer patient and responded to this location today to drop off a test. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and turned my mom away for not having an appointment. The woman not only denied my cancer patient mother service she did not offer her the chance to make an appointment or even assist her with trying to make one. My mom left the location in tears and had to drive to another quest 30 minutes away to drop off her test. I then attempted to call this location and there is no option to speak with anyone. I am absolutely disgusted with this location and their treatment of my mother. Completely unacceptable. I would give this awful location zero stars if it was an option. I had an appointment on September 16th. All went well and everything was great. The technicians were great. I needed to do a urine test but was unable to at the time. The technician said to just bring one in. So this morning (September 20th) my husband brought my sample in to Quest Diagnostics in Lake Elsinore. The technician threw it away because my husband didn't know what room I had been in. She Threw it away, my doctors ordered that test and a technician flipped off two doctors and Threw my urine sample away! Why couldn't she have looked in the computer or had my husband Call me. The other day I came to quest diagnostics to get my blood drawn. Which resulted my arm being swollen and bruised from the "phlebotomist" who clearly was incompetent with the tasks of drawing blood. She attempted to find a vein in my right arm (which was never a problem before) & then decided to switch arms to my left arm. She then palpitated my arm for a couple seconds and asked me to twist my arm so she could take the blood. When she inserted the needle in the my basilic vein, it was almost like she moved it around to find the vein and inserted the needle way too deep then it should have been. read more
