I come here a lot and never had an issue. Everyone has been helpful and friendly. I away schedule ahead to make things smooth when I get there. Place nice and clean. Process organized and fast. The text messages helps gives time and date reminders. Like 30 minutes before appointment I get text message to click on link so I dont need to sign in when I get there. Service fast also, helpful with questions or concerns. I had a lot of test from blood work, stool and urine. Care quality is really good. I got an appointment so everything went fast and easy. I just heard a walk in waiting for 2 hours but they are busy so I would imagine they might stay longer. The needle was long they warn you before inserting. Lots of tubes of blood but it went fast. They explained process for the stool and urine which I have to do. Urine I have to do here. Stool at home and mailed. Have a good day! read more

Sign up for walk in appt and we will see you in 5-10 min .... I've literally been here 1.5 hours no one is here. All employees ignore you or tell you to be patient!! WTH is wrong with our system!! I'm not taking this big ass jug of pee back with me!!! I recommend avoiding lake Elsinore quest ! And there was another lady that came in after with her urine! She had to leave couldn't wait! read more

Incompetent Phlebotomist and even worse "manager". West Hills, please fire this person. I had to get my blood drawn for a very important procedure and they refused over a $5 dollar bill that they couldn't verify that I had just paid on the app. The "manager" said I had yo call the billing department so they can talk to them. I HAD TO CALL so THE MANAGER can talk to billing???!! Are they not allowed to use the clinics phones? So I call while Im there, The billing office is closed for the day! So they said oh well, so sad come again another day. The care quality is a -10/10. I guess all the employees had other important things to gossip about. (Which you could hear all the way in the lobby) I guess I will be using LabCorp now. read more

Please remove the "Kids welcome" sign if you're not going to allow kids to be present. I had an appointment at 11:30 am for a urine test and was told that my kids weren't allowed back there with me because their urine could be used for the sample. I've done test before and they could have easily sat in a medical room while I did this test. I waited 2 + hours as a walk in since I had to drop them off with someone. I was 5th in line and only had been bumped to 4th in that time frame. I ended up leaving to a different clinic cause I needed to use the restroom and a waste of time. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. They claim to take walk ins....false!!! You will be put in the stand by line and will ONLY be seen if someone cancels their appt!! I waited 2 hours before finally asking someone how much longer of a wait id be looking at and that's is what I was told. Walk ins are only seen if someone cancels their appt False advertising. And honestly just rude af. Staff is rude and they only have machines in the front so no one to ask if you have questions read more

I was a walk in / stand by... was treated with kindness and Tiffany I believe her name was was sympathetic to my wait... she was extremely friendly and addressed a large amount of questions from the waiting area all while handling the questions with professionalism. From one first responder to another health care worker ... Thank you Date of visit 1/26/2026 read more

MAKE SURE YOU SET AN APPOINTMENT!! I'm here for drug testing as a preliminary measure for a job. I came in assuming that a walk in would work out alright, and i might have to wait maybe 30-60 minutes as i was told at the kiosk. Now i've been here 3 hours, my position on the "standby" board has been #2 for about 2 and a half of those. If you have an appointment your wait will be normal but if you try to walk in they forget you exist lol! Can't wait for them to close and tell me make an appointment and come back tomorrow. Not helpful or competent staff AT ALL. read more

Schedule an appointment and just come in, dont worry about the time, that's the strat here...no regard for walk ins. 4 hours so far on a waiting list for lab tests... There's 7+ phlebotomists working, yet only 2 people being helped with phlebotomist standing in the hallways. People are checking in both late and hours before their appointments and getting called before walk ins with a list of 9 on the waiting lists. The guy in front of me looks like he's about to pass out and there's 5 of us that have been here for over 3 hours with one about to miss a dr. appointment that was waiting on these results. This system probably works well, just not today. Especially with regulars that know how to game the system. Btw...i was told to come here by my dr. Just checked my insurance and there's 3 in network labs I can go to near me. Check your coverage before dealing with this mess. read more

Because of a busy schedule i set an appointment to get my bloodwork done. I made it my to my appt 20 min before my appointment unfortunately because of beginning of the year i dont have my insurance ID. What kind of customer service is that read more

Today was my first time getting blood drawn at Quest Lab. I have been with Kaiser for over 25 years so I was t sure what to expect. The place has very easy to use Kiosks to check in. I did see a woman standing around I'm assuming to help those that need help but she did not greet or looked my way. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that I needed my drivers license and insurance card ready. I had them, I would have liked to have them in my pocket and not have to look for them. After checking in, I was called shortly after. I did not wait long. The young lady ( I wish I would have caught her name) was very friendly and professional. Over all a good experience. The place is very clean as well. read more

Lately we have had to have blood panels done and this quest is 5 star. Having bloodwork is never fun but with an appointment (and they always have times available) they get you in and out. Every tech we have had has been really professional and did a good job of keeping it fairly painless. Unfortunately they don't have your insurance co-pay info and this trip even my insurance company couldn't even give me an estimate of the co-pay (that needs to change) but Natasha went above and beyond to get me a good idea of the cost. Clean, fast and professional. 5 stars. read more

Had an appointment at 9:30. Dr failed to send my order. Called the Dr and they immediately faxed the order at 9:39, but no one at Quest checked the fax machine, and my appointment time expired after 10 min. Quest is a great company! But they need to have a receptionist, who can also do paperwork! I think it is great that they have the kiosk for check-in. But if someone is there to do the paperwork ( tests, payment,..) it will make it faster and more efficient! Along with the ability to help people that don't understand how the kiosk work. The receptionist could help the people who didn't have an appointment, and would give them the chance to be seen. And if you made an appointment, never come earlier! They will not see you before your appointment. The phlebotomist should do only the tests and check the information, not have to do paperwork a receptionist should be doing. read more

Loveeeed my experience! I don't always have the best of luck with getting blood drawn (stop giving blood and pass out) not only was the whole team friendly fast and professional but if you're nervous/ have needs/ or are unlucky with blood draws Request Ashley k ! The wait time is outrageous!!! I understand that's walk-in are last priority. But if you have people with appointments time at 330 and it's 1 o'clock why wouldn't you take the walk-ins that's have been waiting for over an hour. Especially if the patient with disability. This Quest location is the best. I made an appointment for 8:10, and I was in and out in 10 minutes. My phlebotomist was great. Thank you!!

Horrible service for people who have to do a walk in. I walked in at 11am was eight on the wait list it is now 1:41pm and I'm number two on the waitlist. The staff is rude they take forever to call people back. I know they take appointments first but there was a break in appointments and they only called one person from the walk in list and they have 4 ladies working and they keep saying they are short staffed. You can also hear them in the back talking and laughing like they think it's funny to just have people wait in the waiting room. This establishment needs to be check on. They literally have no regard for people who walk in. read more

The online reservation and check in service were perfect for me. Simple and easy. I was called in within 5 minutes of my appointments. I had the same person draw my blood both days. Had good and just about pain free stick both days. Thank you Natasha! read more

I never thought I'd say that I had a "good" experience getting my blood drawn, but here we are! I made an appointment online, checked in via text when I arrived, and was called in after waiting about 5 minutes. Ashley was my phlebotomist and she was absolutely lovely. Meticulous, friendly, and most importantly, skilled, she made my blood draw as efficient and painless as possible. You can tell she really loves her job and loves helping people. I've yet to figure these places out. You can show up late for an appointment and jump straight to the line. But if you show up early to your appointment, walk ins will be taken before you even if they arrive after you. There's no one in the office when you get here and they won't let you use the restroom until it's time to go back. So come late, but not early. read more

I showed up to this location without an appointment and was helped within 10 minutes give or take excluding the sign in time. Signing in is super easy and can be done on your own, unless assistance is required. The facility seemed well taken care of and clean including the restrooms which was nice. My phlebotomist was Ashley and she did an amazing job and was very professional and friendly. She kept a light conversation going to avoid those awkward silent moments that I would say most of us have experienced at some point in our lives. I would definitely return to this facility, plus its close to home so happy to know that they offer great patient care. Thank you Ashley for a great experience. read more

I have been going to this lab for over 5 years and I am super impressed with their progression from a regular lab to a working machine with the most streamline service and the most competent staff. They are very professional, the easiest and fastest service ever. I tried to go once as a walk-in, but I prefer to have an appointment. I am normally in and out in about 10 - 20 minutes. I believe you can find waiting times for walk-ins on line, there are times during the days when the office is not too busy and I have seen walk-ins get in quickly. The check in process is all computerized and you don't need a front office person, you can even scan your ID and insurance at check-in (they give you an estimated cost first thing when you go back so you can refuse the blood draw if you don't want to pay the price you are given). If you are early and there are many people in the waiting room, you will have to wait until your appointment time comes up. I've never been called to the back more than 5 minutes past my appointment time, and often get in a few minutes early. read more

I walked in for bloodwork. I received someone named Ashley. She was AMAZING! Very personable. Eased my anxiety and I only waited 35 mins as a walk in patient. I did not take pictures for patient privacy reasons. read more

My mom is a cancer patient and responded to this location today to drop off a test. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and turned my mom away for not having an appointment. The woman not only denied my cancer patient mother service she did not offer her the chance to make an appointment or even assist her with trying to make one. My mom left the location in tears and had to drive to another quest 30 minutes away to drop off her test. I then attempted to call this location and there is no option to speak with anyone. I am absolutely disgusted with this location and their treatment of my mother. Completely unacceptable. I would give this awful location zero stars if it was an option. I wonder how the woman at the front desk would feel if someone treated her mother the same. read more

I got in and out (with an appointment of course) and Ashley K made it so easy and fast for me. I normally get lightheaded when I'm sitting up so she took me to the room where I can lay down and I was really happy that she could do that for me. She also made small talk, which made it easier for me to focus on something other than getting my blood drawn. She was so sweet and so bubbly. Last week I posted a bad review on the Murrieta location (Medical Center Drive) so it only seems fair to write a great review for this location in LE. Firstly, they had a staff member present to help folks with the kiosk checkin. Secondly, their blood pressure equipment was working (unlike Murrieta), and thirdly, the phlebotomist was friendly and efficient. Facility was clean, and staff friendly. We got to go to Annie's for breakfast which is right next door too! We will always go to this location from now on! read more

The other day I came to quest diagnostics to get my blood drawn. Which resulted my arm being swollen and bruised from the "phlebotomist" who clearly was incompetent with the tasks of drawing blood. She attempted to find a vein in my right arm (which was never a problem before) & then decided to switch arms to my left arm. She then palpitated my arm for a couple seconds and asked me to twist my arm so she could take the blood. When she inserted the needle in the my basilic vein, it was almost like she moved it around to find the vein and inserted the needle way too deep then it should have been. read more
