There were only a couple of people in the…read morewaiting room, but we waited over an hour in the waiting area, at least a half an hour in the room, and the provider saw us for about 5 minutes, did insufficient tests for my daughters throat infection, then prescribed medication that didn't work. The front office staff was dishonest about billing, not notifying us that we were out of network when I asked about insurance coverage. They charged us an OUTRAGEOUS fee of over $300 for all of the amazing above services. We went to my daughter's PCP a couple of days later and he prescribed medication that cleared the infection up in a couple of days. Never going back to this place or another Accelerated.

Do not do a woman's wellness visit here, they don't know what they're doing, go to your OB/GYN. That visit went very sideways and was uncomfortable to say the least, (after 2 Hours.) Not only was the visit super awkward they actually billed me for a free annual visit, they stated it was because they discussed diagnosis codes , which the only thing we discussed was my order for a mammogram and Dexa, all of which are wellness related. However they won't call me back & billing will not answer calls or fix my copay. Due to the above, I do not recommend this group. Back to my search for a good family doctor.

They are in no way, shape, or form capable of dealing with people who are neurodivergent. They are giving me hell for having mutism and a hard time talking. I asked if there weee social workers and was told to sit down. I was then given a severely hard time while stammering and having difficulty with speech due to a neurological disorder for not knowing the difference between a social worker,!outreach, a caseworker, etc. I said I wasn't okay, needed someone, and needed to call my husband to call them to get help. Since then, I was told to sit in a chair in the back for SIX HOURS. No doctor to go over results. No nurse. Nobody telling me why I'm in this chair for five hours until a nurse finally told me they were getting a social worker. That's it. I am freaked out and crying. I am twitching like a rag doll due to spasms I have nobody seems to care about. I am in pain from the jerking. There is nobody. I am thirsty, finally walked out due to lack of care to have the social workers I waited six hours for to magically appear. UPDATE: The person I asked for a social worker from caused me to be placed on a 5150 by lying and claiming I said I was going to harm myself today. This never occurred. I asked for a social worker as I am disabled and did not feel safe being alone and wanted additional care outside of the hospital. This occurred Feb 23, 2026 at around 11am to 12pm. A social worker cleared me just to later learn nope, the hospital isn't done traumatizing me yet. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE NEURODIVERGENT!!!

Temecula Medical made several adjustments to their schedule to get me in quickly as I have cancer and other serious health concerns that require immediate and uninterrupted monitoring and care. I initially saw Tatiana and she could not have been more pleasant or patient as she listened intently to my long list of ailments. At the end of the appointment it was most impressive to see she had not missed or neglected to note even one of the many issues I'd spoken about, the ten plus referrals I needed, and a list of the medial items I need to maintain my relative health. I was listened to, all of my concerns were addressed and all referrals submitted before a day had passed. Truly above and beyond care for this extremely complicated and difficult cancer patient. I think the whole office had the best energy. I also found the waiting room spacious and relaxing with the abundant windows and light. Everyone had a smile on their faces and they let me stay well into their lunch period so I could take my time signing the many releases for information and finish what was needed. I can't imagine why they don't have five stars as I'd happily refer them to my best friends if asked. Thank you to Tatiana and the rest of the staff who welcomed me and gave me the time I needed to do what was critical for my healthcare. I look forward to continuing to work with them. I was leaving town, I called them 3 times, computers down, call later. When I finally got thru, They were too busy for me. I called my old dentist, he took me right back. The front desk people are simply rude. I've been there 3 times and she was abrupt with me, and said sorry, we can't accommodate before you go out of town . I hung up in tears.
