The nurse practitioner did not seem to give us any new information on my son's condition. He pretty much agreed with what we thought was wrong with him. I asked for them to check if he was anemic because that could be affecting him as well. He ordered the test and they drew blood and said we would get our results in a couple of days. They called my husband and said my son's sugar levels were fine. They tested him for diabetes instead of anemia. They should take the time to pay attention and tend to their sick patients more carefully. It's not cheap to be seen and for them to not care and just make mistakes like that. They didn't even say sorry or try to make it right. It was pointless to be seem there. Would not recommend.

They do not respond to messages by mychart, messages with the secretary nor does the office manager call you back. Do not do a woman's wellness visit here, they don't know what they're doing, go to your OB/GYN. That visit went very sideways and was uncomfortable to say the least, (after 2 Hours.) Not only was the visit super awkward they actually billed me for a free annual visit, they stated it was because they discussed diagnosis codes , which the only thing we discussed was my order for a mammogram and Dexa, all of which are wellness related. However they won't call me back & billing will not answer calls or fix my copay. Due to the above, I do not recommend this group. Back to my search for a good family doctor.

I had…read moremany issues after having to change my health insurance, as most of my preferred specialists were unable to be retained with the new insurance. Temecula Medical made several adjustments to their schedule to get me in quickly as I have cancer and other serious health concerns that require immediate and uninterrupted monitoring and care. I initially saw Tatiana and she could not have been more pleasant or patient as she listened intently to my long list of ailments. At the end of the appointment it was most impressive to see she had not missed or neglected to note even one of the many issues I'd spoken about, the ten plus referrals I needed, and a list of the medial items I need to maintain my relative health. I was listened to, all of my concerns were addressed and all referrals submitted before a day had passed. Truly above and beyond care for this extremely complicated and difficult cancer patient. I think the whole office had the best energy. I also found the waiting room spacious and relaxing with the abundant windows and light. Everyone had a smile on their faces and they let me stay well into their lunch period so I could take my time signing the many releases for information and finish what was needed. I can't imagine why they don't have five stars as I'd happily refer them to my best friends if asked. Thank you to Tatiana and the rest of the staff who welcomed me and gave me the time I needed to do what was critical for my healthcare. I look forward to continuing to work with them.
