I am new to the area and needed to find a new PCP. I heard so many things about RFMG via work and…read morethrough colleagues so I then decided to switch my care over completely. (Mind you, I had been with my last medical group for 8+ years but the drive is extremely far) I booked with Dr. Mark Mueller and I am so happy I did. My first appointment was centered around establishing care and addressing female health concerns. Dr. Mueller listened attentively, asked a lot of questions to better understand myself and my health, and emphasized the importance of preventative measures/testing. It's been so long since I've had an experience such as this where I felt my doctor truly cared and saw me as a person and not a number. From the information that was shared at my appt, the amount of offices and availability, and the time and care I received I could easily say I highly recommend this medical group

I thought I had found a great team & was excited to have a place so close to home that listened…read more That quickly changed after what I thought would be an easy visit. They do not respond to messages by mychart, messages with the secretary nor does the office manager call you back. Do not do a woman's wellness visit here, they don't know what they're doing, go to your OB/GYN. That visit went very sideways and was uncomfortable to say the least, (after 2 Hours.) Not only was the visit super awkward they actually billed me for a free annual visit, they stated it was because they discussed diagnosis codes , which the only thing we discussed was my order for a mammogram and Dexa, all of which are wellness related. However they won't call me back & billing will not answer calls or fix my copay. Due to the above, I do not recommend this group. Back to my search for a good family doctor.

Be sure to read to the end and look at the pic as it just gets worse as you go. I have put…read more$thousands of dollars though this shop and while its just a tire shop anything tires, brakes and suspension they are generally ok for vs the dealer. *sigh* Not this time... Took it in and they said they could fix the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) light problem I came in for a couple hundred dollars of new sensors. Should have been fine but they, upsold me a $1500 axel replacement job on top of it. That would have been all good but they didn't fix the TPMS issue. They had the car for a week and couldn't get get it fixed. Now its at the Dealer who says its going to cost $1700 to actually fix as its the computer too not just sensors that have gone bad. So now I don't really have the money to fix the sensors cause I spent it on axels I now don't trust were actually needed. So now with the trust gone I do what I should have done when they first said I needed new axels. I watch some you-tube videos on the axel replacement they did. One its not that hard and only needs one special tool an large (think it was 33MM) impact socket and some special grease. I dig into the invoice for what parts they actually used and what they cost. Dig more call the dealer what do you charge for shop time? Discount tire = 195 an hour while the dealer is 235 an hour. I mean that's pretty close to what the dealer charges finding less savings than I though avoiding the dealer. Next lets see if we can find the parts and what they should cost. This is where I absolutely loose it I still can't believe this but look at the photo there is no denying they marked the parts up 200%. Not that's not a typo and even google says that's a "red flag" to mark up parts that much.

Got a flat for my Tesla and never had that happen so I was pretty lost. Of all places I was…read morescrolling through Reddit posts and found so many about this place. I called when they opened at 8am and they got me an appointment and a discount for emergency service! They also offer a tire insurance for $30 that protects against nails and a few other things. Thought that was pretty cool! Overall they were great priced, friendly service, and pretty quick! Check this spot out
