Our experience at Accelerated Urgent Care was awful. There were only a couple of people in the waiting room, but we waited over an hour in the waiting area, at least a half an hour in the room, and the provider saw us for about 5 minutes, did insufficient tests for my daughters throat infection, then prescribed medication that didn't work. The front office staff was dishonest about billing, not notifying us that we were out of network when I asked about insurance coverage. They charged us an OUTRAGEOUS fee of over $300 for all of the amazing above services. We went to my daughter's PCP a couple of days later and he prescribed medication that cleared the infection up in a couple of days. Never going back to this place or another Accelerated. read more

I have been coming here for years, specifically to this location. I came in once for an abscess and was told I needed to go to ER. When I got to Inland Valley they admitted me immediately and did surgery. Turns out I was septic. Accelerated and Inland literally saved my life. I ended up back at Accelerated last week. I have lupus and it can flare up and be really excruciating. I was given a shot of steroid and I left immediately feeling better. The doctor suggested I take the next day off of work to rest, and I did. Thank you guys for always doing your best to take care of me. I am extremely grateful for the care provided to me. read more

Called the number on Apple Maps for this location. Young girl answered stating she was the call center. I was hoping to speak to the actual office because I've been getting bad side effects from my omeprazole 40mg and can't reach my doctor. Girl said well I can't guarantee it but if you come in to get seen it's up to doctors discretion. I asked to be transferred to the actual office and she continued to resist. I was nice the entire time. Without saying anything she put me on hold then hung up. These kids need people skills and step away from jobs where some people can be at their most vulnerable. I called back got a different girl at call center and she transferred me no problem and they answered my question that it was an absolute yes they can help me with my situation. I'm going to go to the location out of necessity. Not because I'd like to. I think the owners of this company are aware of that leverage they have over people. read more

This is our usual go to urgent care. We have always had a great experience. My husband was sick all weekend with severe cough, headache chills and fever. I convinced him to go into urgent care yesterday hoping bc of the holiday the care would be easy and quick. The female doctor didn't weigh him just asked his weight. The PA was sick. My husband had to ask her to look in his ears bc he can't hear. She said it could be sinus infection if it gets worse within the 10 days come back for antibiotics. He's worse today. The care there was not the usual. Very disappointed and unfortunately we will be looking for another facility. read more

I've came here a couple times for my children and my mother and had good experiences but today it was not great. I came this morning to take my daughter in because she was complaining of her ear hurting. I figured due to her symptoms possibly ear infection and antibiotics will be needed. I took her in and wait time was not that long and the people in front were very friendly. The doctor confirmed she had an ear infection and needed antibiotics. We were leaving and they said prescription would be sent to the pharmacy, we left around 10:40-10:45. 2pm came around and still didn't hear anything from the pharmacy so I called and checked if they received anything but nope nothing. I called the urgent care and they said oh let me check on it and they should have gotten it already. I'll have it squared away with them. I gave it an hour still didn't hear anything so I called pharmacy back and again they still didn't get anything. I called urgent care again and spoke with a girl m.a who said oh I was just about to call you. The doctor didn't prescribe anything for your daughter. In shocked I said what do you mean? He said she has an ear infection and needs antibiotics for 10 days. She stated yes I know you told me that so let me talk to him and give me 45mins to an hour. My husband not happy either was coming home when I told him what happened and he drove to the urgent care. They tried to say they sent the prescription a while ago when that was a lie. We called the pharmacy and I had spoken to the urgent care 20 mins prior who confirmed the doctor didn't prescribe anything. The Pharmacy called me after my husband went there and told me they just received the prescription and it'll be done in 20 mins. I don't think it should have taken this long and all this back and forth to get antibiotics for my daughter that has an ear infection and no urgency either. Safe to say I'm not happy because my daughter is in pain and needed her medicine. Again I've never had issues here before and take my kids here when I need to get them seen. This shouldn't happen to any parent and hopefully it doesn't again. read more

Even though the owner has responded here, I never heard anything more back and locally this urgent care continues to ignore me & not return calls. I went here with 2 goals: 1. To find out what wrong with my daughter. 2. To alleviate pain. Both of these issues were not handled and, in fact, her pain was exacerbated by the misdiagnosis. I gave this place a chance when I came back (same day, hours later) to right their wrongs, but they cared nothing for my 2yo daughter, they couldn't be bothered to glance at her, there wasn't even anyone in the waiting room. My daughter was in pain with a broken femur. They made it clear they wouldn't spend time to revisit their diagnosis because they couldn't make any more money, even though their diagnosis was wrong and caused pain. You can see, and I can see, the break. Don't worry, the bill still came and they have no problem getting in touch with me regarding that! Go here if you want to spend money and see your child cry and be told nothings wrong when it is, better yet-come see me-I'll take your money and do nothing, but I'll be nice about it! Lol. But really, just please go somewhere that will help your child. I'd hate to see another child in pain for days due to gross negligence and disregard for the patient from this place. read more

Is the place horrible...no it's not. There's worse places to go. Front desk staff is always friendly (even when patients lose their patience) and smiling. The triage process is always smooth and the Drs are always friendly and fairly timely. The main issues I have are pay before services rendered and wait time....the wait times should be taken into consideration and payment should not be asked for until being seen, especially here. When I walk in to an urgent care, I expect a wait of course but when an appointment is made and you sit in the front office for 2 hours after the appointment time and get told "sometimes appointments workout sometimes they don't" mmm not the best response. I expect a wait and understand there will be some wait over the scheduled appointment BUT 60-120 minutes waiting after your appointment time is unacceptable. Scheduled appointments should come first period there should be an exception for some things but if a patient has an appointment and it's 30 minutes past the time pushing them longer is not quality care. read more

The so-called "doctor" took one look at my teenager who had a severe sinus infection, prescribed medication, and left without any discharge instructions/paperwork because she said she was "hungry" and we'd have to wait 1.5 hours if we wanted it. Then they sent his prescription to the wrong location, even after confirming several times where our pharmacy was at, THEN gave me attitude when I called to correct it after driving all the way to the pharmacy (2 hours after our visit to give the doctor time to eat lunch). To start: front desk staff is incredibly rude. She acts like you're inconveniencing her by walking through the front door and saw her treat multiple patients disrespectfully. Back office experience: I have asthma and was diagnosed with early stage bronchitis and tested positive for the flu. I was treated by an amazing male PA. Later in the week I took my 1 year old son in for high fevers that were not improving after 10 days. The female NP walked in told me he was fine and that she just reviewed MY xray for his visit - I've worked in urgent cares for 10 years and never have heard of accessing another patients file without their permission to diagnose another. She never listened to his lungs said he looked fine because he smiled and sent us away. That same day I took him to the emergency room where he was diagnosed with pneumonia. She was incredibly condescending and laughed at my concerns. Dont recommend. read more

The staff was kind and attentive, someone even offered me tea, which I honestly didn't expect but really appreciated. When I asked for a mask, they gave me one right away without any hassle. A mother and daughter came in as well while i waited they even assisted them in looking for place that could help them and recommended them locations, separate thing, but I thought it was really nice. I've been to multiple urgent care facilities and this has to be the worst around. Dr L Dedrick told me bad news from just a 3 second peek at my problem. Bad enough news to cause major stress to myself and others. Waiting stressfully for days just to receive results from bloodwork that it's not what he had so adamantly thought. (Don't believe what they say until you get test results). Second time going in for major pain in the throat and ear. Got prescribed antibiotics. Told them I need to change my pharmacy because mine will close to early to get the prescription in time. They said sure no problem, give it 45 min for the new pharmacy to receive my prescription . Waited in the parking lot of the pharmacy in pain until the time was right and they hadn't even changed my pharmacy nor even tried to send the prescription. Took blood and it's been a week with no call or any type of communication on the results... called the office and was told I had to wait for someone to reach out to me, and all the while my symptoms continue and the pain levels are all still there. Since I can't take this pain anymore I am going to the ER which is what I should have done in the first place. Don't waste your time or money and these quacks. NEVER AGAIN! Went to this location in Wildomar for my son and they were great the front staff brought out some toys for my little to be distracted during the wait (which was not bad) the back office team including the provider were so helpful and patient with my family! Overall everyone has been positive that I interacted with here. Multiple small children in the household so happy to have a reliable and quick place to take them when someone needs to be seen quicker than the regular doctors can get them in. Wanted to update my review- To still a 5/5 stars! I came in with my toddler daughter who absolutely hates the doctors unfortunately from past trauma.. however todays visit was great in our books. Starting with the front staff , they were sweet and friendly! The nurse helping with her vitals did great despite my daughter crying and the doctor was amazing! Doctor came in with stickers & Lolipops to help my daughter feel more comfortable. She was totally ok with my husband holding my daughter throughout our visit.
