She made everything feel very comfortable. She is also extremely knowledgeable in the procedures and how they compare to other options. Not only are these procedures less expensive than surgery, but to be able to avoid the risks of surgery is so important to me. A uniquely awful experience...my first time coming to the ynez location, its located in an awkward place and I called into the main line and was told I would get a call from the tech to help me...I found the place in about 10 minutes but no one called me. The tech was on her phone when I arrived but it was a personal call...she ended up giving me the wrong service and didnt even tell me until I came in for my next round as I got a groupon for 6 treatments. She ended up getting fired and replaced with people from the rancho Cucamonga office. On one of my next visits I was running about 10 mins behind and called to let them know. I was told if I didn't make it I would lose my appointment...so I rushed like a bat out of hell, JUST TO SIT THERE FOR NEARLY 20 MINUTES AFTER MY APPT HAD STARTED DUE TO THEM INTERVIEWING! Heres one thing, interviews can wait, your clients come first. Plus, why tell me I would lose my appt instead of just saying okay? Your time is more valuable than mine?! Be prepared for them to be late or walk into an empty office nearly every visit. Some techs dig devices so hard into you it made my toes curl under!....the most interaction you'll have is mostly them trying to sell you on packages, which I understand but first get your customer service game together before asking for high price packages. Lastly, I am NOT YOUR TRASH CAN! This is very important, when they wrap up your service they literally ball up any plastic, gloves or any throw away items used and toss it on your pubic bone and wrap it up to discard. I am a human being, treat me with respect! This means respecting my body, my time and providing proper customer service. read more

Like many others, I bought a promotion from Groupon. I wanted to become a believer that this along with exercise can help me get to my goals. During my first visit I noticed a difference right away in my face and thighs. I'm not sure why other reviews (that I read before buying the Groupon) say they try to upsell more treatments I've never experienced that myself. Anita and Marie worked with me and took their time in showing me that the results speak for themselves. I am now a return client and referrer moving forward. I feel better, look better and in general see this process as no different than other heathcare items for me. I look 5 years younger, they aren't selling you dreams or instant results, it takes time. I came here off of a Groupon and I was pleasantly surprised. Great service, very gentle and listened to what I wanted. After my four treatments I really didn't see much in the way of results, I felt like o had a slight change but nothing drastic until they showed me before and after pictures.
