I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience, especially because I'm a paying member and my first appointment here had actually made me feel comfortable continuing treatment. My first Dysport brow lift was done by Leanna, and I was very happy with the result. My brows were visibly lifted and it was exactly what I wanted. I had no complaints about the Dysport result at all. I did have an issue with my lip filler migrating somewhat above my lip line, but as far as my brow lift, Leanna did a great job. At my next Dysport appointment, I was originally supposed to see the manager. When I arrived, I was told she was unavailable and I could either wait approximately another hour or see another injector, Alize. I was hesitant, but I agreed because I had already been waiting. I received the same amount of Dysport I had received previously. My forehead definitely froze, but this time I did NOT get the brow lift I had gotten before. Instead, my entire forehead felt extremely heavy. My brows and upper eyelids looked lower and more hooded, and I literally felt like I wanted to physically lift my forehead up because of how heavy it felt. I returned for my follow-up specifically because the result was so different from my previous treatment. I explained that I wanted my brows lifted like they had been with Leanna. They compared my before-and-after photos and told me that I basically looked the same. That response honestly made me even more frustrated. If I paid for a brow lift and you're telling me my before-and-after brows look the same, then where is the brow lift? I already know what a successful brow lift looks like on me because I had gotten one at this exact location only a few months earlier. I was then told that the next time I come in for Dysport they can "note" that they need to inject me differently. That does not address the treatment I already paid for or the fact that I now have to wait for this heavy feeling to wear off. I was given a $50 credit, but that does not resolve my concern. The lip filler situation was also extremely frustrating. I had already PREPAID for lip filler through their membership/promotional pricing. I came in, discussed what I wanted, and even had my lips numbed. I explained that I wanted more upper-lip volume, vertical height and shape rather than simply more forward projection. I was then told that the Revanesse Versa filler I had prepaid for was not really the product they recommended for the result I wanted and that I would need to pay approximately another $175 to upgrade to a different filler. After the appointment, I researched the product myself. Revanesse Versa/Versa+ is FDA-indicated for moderate-to-severe facial wrinkles and folds, such as nasolabial folds. It is not the Revanesse product specifically FDA-approved for lip augmentation. Yet Versa is what is being sold to members here as the prepaid/lower-priced lip filler option. If a patient is going to be told once they are already sitting in the treatment room that the filler they prepaid for will not provide the lip shape or result they are requesting and that they need to pay more for another product, that should be clearly explained BEFORE taking payment and before numbing the patient. I left with my lips numb and no solution. What bothers me most is the inconsistency and the way my concerns were handled. One injector was able to give me the brow lift I wanted. A few months later, using the same amount of Dysport, another treatment left my forehead feeling heavy with no noticeable brow lift. Then when I returned for help, I felt dismissed rather than having the issue meaningfully addressed. These are treatments being performed on people's faces. Consistency, transparency about the products being sold, clear pricing, and taking patients seriously when they say a result is noticeably different should matter. I'm not someone who normally goes out of my way to leave negative reviews, but this experience has left me extremely disappointed. At this point, I plan to cancel my membership and look elsewhere for future treatments. read more

I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment at NakedMD in Temecula, checked in, As I sat in the waiting room I couldn't help but overhear the front desk staff openly discussing another patient who had called with concerns about a procedure. Hearing staff discuss another patient's situation in the reception area immediately struck me as unprofessional and made me question the level of discretion and privacy patients receive. After being placed in the room, I continued waiting well past my scheduled appointment time with absolutely no communication from the staff. No one came in to apologize for the delay or let me know they were running behind. Once I was about 15 minutes past my appointment time, I decided I was going to leave. Only then did someone come into the room. I explained that my frustration wasn't simply about waiting--it was the complete lack of communication. My time is just as valuable as theirs. Had someone simply told me they were running behind, I could have made an informed decision to wait or reschedule. Instead, I was left sitting there wondering what was going on. The response I received was simply, "We'll get you going now," and I was handed a phone so someone on a video call could complete my intake and medical history. As a first-time patient who was already nervous about my appointment, this felt incredibly impersonal. Instead of meeting with someone in person, I was expected to discuss my medical history with a stranger on a screen while another staff member stood in the room. At that point, I realized this simply wasn't the experience I was looking for. I politely explained that this level of care felt impersonal and that this wasn't the right clinic for me. I left feeling confused, frustrated, and honestly disappointed. Whatever happened to making patients feel welcomed, valued, and cared for--especially during a first visit? The irony is that if I had arrived 15 minutes late, I'm confident I either would not have been seen or would have been charged a late or missed appointment fee. Yet when the office was running behind, there was no courtesy of communicating that to me or acknowledging that my time mattered as well. First impressions matter, especially in aesthetics where trust and patient comfort are everything. My injector was Leana and my lips look fabulous I can see why lip fillers are addicting highly recommend her. I felt 0 pain barely have any bruising as u can see on day 2 pics. Very disappointing experience. I went in for routine cosmetic injections and left with results that actually made my face look worse. Filler was injected directly into the wet border of my lips, which caused immediate migration and an unnatural appearance. Botox was also placed in my DAO area, but the injections appear to have missed the muscle entirely. Instead of relaxing the DAO, it created dimpling in my chin and actually accentuated my jowls. When I returned to discuss the results, my concerns were dismissed and I felt completely gaslit rather than helped. No corrective plan, refund, or accountability was offered. Now I have to pay $200 out of pocket to have another provider dissolve the filler and attempt to correct the issue. Not to mention the correcting of my forehead tox which cost me $290 and we're going to address the lower face later... When you're trusting someone with injections in your face, proper placement and patient care should be the standard. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. read more

I was happy to know the nurses were more supportive for my health rather than my surface & appearance. June 2024 saw a social media ad for $199 which included I believe 30 units of Xeomin & a complimentary facial. I'm blessed with good genes & melanin & really want to be as natural as possible. However, I'm insecure about my 11s & forehead. It's been 2 weeks since Lucy did my treatment. I did 10 units in my 11s & 20 in my forehead. Procedure was painless & Lucy let me know if an area would be spicy. Lucy was fantastic & very sweet. Xeomin is great because it relaxes those muscles & I'm so pleased with everything. I've been meaning to write this for a while. I first came here last year with my daughter, who purchased a half syringe of lip filler shortly after they opened. Unfortunately, the results were very disappointing -- the filler left noticeable bumps on her lips and looked terrible. She ended up having to get it dissolved, and there was no refund offered. Despite that, I decided to give them another chance and returned for my birthday. I purchased several of their "specials" in advance -- including tox at $6.99 or $8.99 per unit -- but it barely lasted a month. I also bought a Cosmelan peel, but when I showed up for the appointment, they claimed it had been changed to a different (supposedly better) treatment without informing me beforehand. Then I purchased sculptra treatment, and after my third injection , they again tried to switch things up, saying the price was different because I had purchased "specials." They had to go back and review my purchases to confirm what I had actually paid for. Bottom line: Be cautious when buying packages or specials in advance. They often try to change treatments or prices later, which can be frustrating and confusing. We are going to back read more

I went in for PRF injections for my hair, and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The girls at the front desk were sweet, welcoming, and very attentive. The nurse who did my blood draw was amazing--so gentle that I didn't even feel the needle! Leana did my hair injections, and she was fantastic. I'm very disappointed with my results I went Nov11/2025 I did my lips fillers, Botox , eyelid lift and spend over $750. At first everything was beautiful, a I month later I can still see a line in my forehead. And my lips went down a lot. Since I had a free facial I wanted to consult, I was not happy with results I talked to the person at the place, she took out the picture and just said that there was a change I feel she was not trying to help me all she said that probably it was not strong doses , but I paid to get juvedurm and all she was saying you probably need a lip lift and was trying to offer me other option and pay more also again she mention the doses they put only last a few weeks I go that's not what the nurse told me it can last from 6month to a year depending on the on the self care. I trusted the place since it's very popular. I feel they don't care for there patients all they want is buisness and not resolve the issue. I'm very disappointed cause I had comments from my friends saying that I paid a lot and it's going away. I went on Tuesday 12/23/25 to get my lip flip they mention results are 2-3 days up to 2 weeks. But she recommended me getting more lip fillers on the same cost that's crazy like I told her I'm not going to be paying on something that's not working and results are bad. And forehead line after I did it the first she saw the line and just told me to buy Ritnol and apply . This not the first I done this . I very disappointed once again . I've had a great experience so far with Naked MD Temecula. I had one of the best facials I had there, tox, and I really like the products they use there ( not Dermalogica!). This staff is very friendly but clinical professional. They aren't going to try and sell you on a lot of what you don't need . I instead was complimented many times about my 56 year old skin and they were careful about placement and amount of tox injections . One of the things I was worried about us walking in to a clinic that wanted to convince me that I'd look amazing with fillers, etc.. and that I absolutely need a ton of add ons with my facial. They did not do this at all, but just made me feel beautiful and allowed me to marinade on the choices I have with my skin care regimen. They have all services an upscale skin salon would have, a doctor and nurses, aestheticians on site, don't try and power sale you products and in the end you are able to gain trust and confidence that they really care and love on their clients not to just try and sell products and services. In conclusion, I've joined their membership for $15 a month with no pressure and made decisions to purchase some of their skin care and will be getting red light and other services they offer as well. Smooth check in as always, never have to wait long and the injectors are so knowledgeable, truthful and I am not kidding when I say they are absolute artists! i have been going to them for at least 3 years now. I will not trust my face with anyone else. They also have so many locations that I'm able to schedule to fit into my necessary travels on weekends. I can't say enough!!
