Had my first appointment here last night and it was a great experience. This isn't my first filler, but it has been several years. Their online and new patient specials are really good value. Leana was my RN and she made me so comfortable. Their numbing cream is better than I've had anywhere else for sure. BEWARE! I've been thinking about writing this review for a long time. I went in for cheek filler last July and when my injector placed the needle in the final time I told her my lip went numb (keep in mind it was not a lip injection). She said I'd be fine. The next day I knew something was wrong as my gums became bloody and inflamed and my right nostril began incessantly dripping clear fluid and was burning in my nose. I called the location and left a voice message which no one called me back. I hoped it was just swollen and healing so I waited to hear back. 2-3 days later I saw the blisters and dark spots forming and knew something was wrong. After making several calls I finally was able to track someone down there to discover I had a vascular occlusion. It took months for healing. Naked MD dissolved the filler and monitored the healing process and gave me a free face lotion but honestly this wouldn't have gotten to the point it did if someone would have called me back the first day when I called. I'm pretty dissatisfied with how quickly they wrote me off when they realized it was going to heal- this could have easily ended up in necrosis of the skin on my face and been a permanent non-healing wound. I would be careful going here and don't be fooled by their model calls. It's not worth saving a couple hundred dollars to go through the trauma I endured. read more

First time at NAKED. Second time getting lip fillers. I was very disappointed in the results of the procedure. This experience cost me a total of $799 . $499 for the filler they recommended to achieve the results I was looking for & $299 to dissolve because I just wasn't happy with the outcome. I have unevenness on my upper lip & i specifically mentioned during my consultation that I was looking to get filler to even out my lip because it's an insecurity. I noticed the unevenness & a large bump right away , however I did wait the 2 weeks to make a final judgement as they recommended. I went in for my " post op" appt at the 2 week mark, where I expressed my concerns and my injector Meg massaged my lips and agreed that one side was fuller than that other & so I was scheduled to come back a few days later to " try to fix it" where they were going to comp me a certain amount of filler for " touch ups". I declined the comp filler at my 3rd appt because after the massage, my lips felt like a wrung towel. I could feel a lot of the filler on the inside of my bottom lip & one side of my upper Lip was still fuller than the other & I didn't want to keep adding filler to "try" to fix it and end up looking crazy. The filler enhanced the visibility of my insecurity so I was very annoyed that they kept on trying to change my mind on dissolving filler that I was not satisfied with. The pictures I'm showing while I had the filler in is what I was seeing in myself, idk why they didn't see it ? & insisted the filler looked amazing . Anyways They did give me a discount on the disolver ( originally $399) & a $50 credit if I book with them again for lip fillers but I probably won't . read more

I don't do fake nails or eyelashes or hairs extensions (not that there's anything wrong with that, to each their own), but I decided to go for it and I'm so happy I did. I did not like my lip flip the first time even though I could see some slight results. I decided to give it a second try. My second time was great. Cassidy was my injector. I can see a visible difference. She injected along the lip line which didn't happen the first time. And, she did it evenly which also did not happen the first time. The first time I had some trouble when drinking and brushing my teeth but not the second time. I think injection placement makes the difference.
