Rating Wellness Diagnostics is difficult for me. I had multiple things done. One of which I'm pleased with and the others I am not. I had lip filler, 11s filler and Tixel performed. I'll start with the good. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly. You're made to feel comfortable right away. They take copious pictures to show you before and after later on. I explained that I came in for lip filler and walked out with an almost $6000 bill. They're good at the upsell. I was very pleased with the way my lips came out. I've had them done previously and the shape wasn't as nice as it was this time. However, during the procedure Dr. Tumbaga said "this is really challenging for me", "you have challenging lips" so many times it made me nervous. What does that even mean?! I was so bruised that the bruising lasted a full month and I had to return for red light therapy. Turns out some of the filler was too shallow and I have a bluish tint in one area. This is called Tyndall Effect. It will be that way for up to a year or until the filler dissolves. However, I'm happy with the shape. Here's where things go downhill. I had Tixel done and it hurt like crazy. You're supposed to have numbing cream applied but she wiped it off because my face was getting red. So, I had my face burned from the Tixel without any numbing. I was literally jumping out of the chair. It burned so badly on the way home I had my face in the a/c (it was winter) and debated whether or not to stop off at the hospital rather than go home. It hurt so freaking bad! I wasn't given an ice pack for the way home which would have made it at least tolerable. I was given some cream to use on both my face and lips and it caused such a bad reaction. I paid $300 for it. I had a horrible rash on my face and lips. It was so itchy I made my face bleed from the scratching and my lips peeled whenever I used it. Upon mentioning it to them I was told "it's hypoallergenic, I don't see why that's happening." FYI, hypoallergenic means the ingredients are not likely to cause an allergic reaction yet they still can. It's obvious they can as it did. They did see and treat the reaction over a week later. I had to take steroids both orally and topically and antihistamines for a week. After that week they offered me a facial. During the facial she applied guess what products? The very ones that caused my allergic reaction! Several hours later I had another full rash covering my face and neck. This time I didn't make the 2 hour drive for them to give me steroids. I went and got them myself. When I mentioned I did not want another Tixel treatment I had not one but three people try to bully me into doing it again. They were insistent I continue with the treatment even though I had to do it without numbing and knowing how badly I reacted. Their "no down time" turned into over a month of down time for me. My face was an absolute wreck! I was in pain, itchy, peeling and it was horrible. I insisted I didn't want it again yet wasn't heard. They didn't hear what I was saying nor did they respect my body, my choice. I felt pressured to do what they wanted not what I wanted. Dr. Tumbaga wanted me to come back for one treatment of another type, at my cost, then continue with the Tixel as she planned. It's more about money than patient satisfaction and comfort. Since I paid for three treatments and am not going to have the second two, I asked for a refund for those not used. I also asked for an itemized list of all services. At no time are you given a bill with the things you have done. You're simply given a credit card receipt. They haven't responded to my multiple requests for one either. I've called and sent multiple emails to no avail. They simply stopped responding. Now for the wrinkle filler. I was also bruised there. The bruising lasted a full 4 weeks and my skin peeled and peeled for about 6 weeks. The filler was placed too shallow and was working its way out. I have no change in my frown line. I still have a syringe left at the office as well as lip filler left over. When I asked her to fix it Dr. Tumbaga simply stated "no I'm not going to do that." No explanation was given, just no. So, I paid for multiple things I'm not receiving. I've been trying to get someone to respond to my email requests but as of the writing of this review, I haven't heard back. read more

I cant say how happy I am with my RF microneedling treatment! I did my research and found this clinic. First off, the staff was very friendly! I had my consultation with the doctor who was very knowledgeable and gave me recommendations on what treatments she thought would help improve my saggy skin. She offered several treatments and felt I would benefit from RF microneedling so that is the treatment I decided to do. After the consultation I later returned to have the treatment done and it went exactly how the doctor explained it. My face was numbed, the treatment wasn't as painful as I thought it would be. In fact, it was so relaxing, I fell asleep! The needles on my skin didnt feel like anything! There were only one or two places there was discomfort but nothing painful. There was only alittle redness after the treatment and it went away by the next day. The doctor was very gentle and made me feel at ease. Immediately after the treatment they showed me the before and after pictures and I was shocked at how much my loose skin under my neck improved! I went to my follow up appointment and since I was happy with how much it improved I decided to get another treatment. So far I am loving my skin and under my neck! Also been getting alot of comments! The price was well worth the treatment. I called other places and had several consultations as well. Their pricing was similar to other medical spas but I decided to go with this place because the doctor was knowledgeable and didnt make any promises or try to upsell me with unnecessary treatments. Super bummed. They are really sweet. However I have to give one start because they didn't not only honor a purchase I made. (Groupon) they asked me to return my voucher and pay them cash (because they stated they don't make anything on Groupon wondered why sign up) next it was that Groupon made an error. Either way I went to try a treatment for first time.... Dr asked me to return voucher, I did in front of her, as she was going to honor price if I paid cash. So I did so, however after I pushed the return button, she changed her mind. So I was left w no voucher, no treatment, and spent 30 min discussing w her. I understand a lot of these places don't make money off the Groupons. However the idea is to bring in new clients to create long term business. I do all the beauty treatments, so I am a client that would be worth the Groupon efforts. None the less I do t like that they convinced me to return and then didn't honor our agreement. Not a good way to handle your business. Honesty is everything. So yea I felt totally hustled. Next they promised me a resolution within 1-2 days. It's been two weeks... not a word. So finally decided to make this review. Office is not beautiful not ugly. Like bla. I wouldn't recommend performing services here. Prices are more then usual. I love this doctor. She's so nice and thorough. She doesn't judge me and gives me constructive feedback if she thinks I might be choosing a procedure she believes isn't perfect for me. An example? I wanted to bleach my "nether regions" had wanted laser but she was quick to point out that a better option might be a cream she uses for melasma. While she admitted no one had asked about "nether region" bleaching, she thought the hydroquinone cream (typically used for faces) is a less expensive and most likely better option. I'm super excited and have started using it already, and there was no burning so no downtime. She also took great care in not giving me hematomas when doing Botox; I take meds that make me bleed and she is skilled at not hitting the capillaries. I've been to her 3 times and think she's very intelligent and approachable. Her staff is also super nice and complimentary... you won't get the stuffy rude service perpetrated by staff at some other facilities. I give them a complete A plus all the way around. read more
