VERY unhappy with the procedure I had done here. I had Juveaux injected into forhead (similar to botox) a total of 26 units, two weeks later I went back stating that I could move my eyebrows and was still seeing wrinkling because of that. I was willing to even pay more, in addition to the $200 I'd already spent, to get additional injections, Dr. Tumbaga told me it wouldn't matter, it was just "due to my age"! I kid you not. Bottom line if I could MOVE my eyebrows easily, and I could, she didn't inject enough botox/juveux into the areas. Its been a month now and my forehead barely looks like I had anything done to it at all. I've heard of places that "water down" their injectables, this must be one of those, but then, I never actually got to SEE how much she had injected, she only told me. They also INSIST that you sign a legal document before they will perform ANY treatment, stating that they do NOT guarantee any results! And if you're not happy with the results, you can't take them to court, you MUST MEDIATE! Must be paranoid for a very good reason I'd say! They want you to do what is best for you and will always give you what you ask for but will always advise you what is medically and naturally sound. I was looking for a new Botox place. I read some reviews on Wellness diagnostics and thought I would try. The facility is owned and operated by a doctor. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. My consultation was thorough about my goals, and the best way to achieve results. She even told me not everyone needs more to get the results they want and wanted to start with a little less on me. She wasn't trying to upsale me. DR. T took her time on marking the areas, using ice to reduce any bleeding/bruising, and afterwards using another Rx gel to reduce bleeding/bruising. This was a first for me! It has been 3 days and I already see fantastic results (Botox results take 3-7 days). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND wellness diagnostics and will be a regular there. read more

I did radio frequency micro needling at this spa over a month ago, I trusted Gloria and her staff of course because I had no reason not to trust them at the beginning. I trusted their price of $850 for one session to be reasonable I guess, and of course Gloria and Joe talked as if they knew what they're doing and promised me visible drastic results. They told me the treatment was going to be 40 minutes max, when I went in, they rushed everything, for one they put the numbing cream for less than 15 minutes and the treatment was maybe another 15 minutes. The treatment was miserably painful, it was very uncomfortable on my face and so disturbing. After suffering the terrible pain I never saw any results at all from the treatment, not the day of, or the next or for 2 weeks after. When I text them saying there's no results they gave me some lame answer as if I'm 16 years old and they can lie to me. My friend had the same treatment done at another clinic and was surprised to see I had no results whatsoever compared to her treatment, so I went to Anaheim cosmetic clinic, to my surprise they charged me only $500 for the session. So far I did 2 treatments there in the last month and wow, wow, the results are instant and amazing, I can truly see and feel the micro needling effects very visibly and immediately after the session. Not to mention at Anaheim cosmetic clinic the doctor uses a much better numbing cream and he wait 60 to 90 minutes minimum for the numbing to take effect, before he starts the treatment so when he is doing the treatment for the entire one hour I paid for (1000 times of the micro needling on my face) I do not feel anything, absolutely nothing. Unlike the extreme pain and discomfort I felt when Gloria did my treatment at wellness diagnostics. After realizing that Gloria didn't really do the numbing well nor the treatment long enough or properly, I contacted wellness diagnostics to get my money back since they didn't numb me properly, they didn't perform the service I paid for and there were no results whatsoever. It was the most disturbing experience I ever had in my life, and it's all in email. Joe the "manager" was very rude and aggressive, clearly didn't want to give me my money back, and he put up a dirty fight, he accused me of lying, accused me of fabricating stories, threatened me with their attorney, wanted me to sign a release to get my money, wanted me to send pictures and my receipts just to give me my money back. I emailed my receipt, he still gave me a hard time and said it wasn't acceptable to him. Of course clearly he never wanted to give me my money back, he just wanted to insult me and bully me so I don't share my experience. Joe is an extremely unprofessional person and the clinic is just as unprofessional and misleading in their promises. Joe and wellness diagnostics is an extremely unethical place. Any professional clinic that truly cares about their clients and reputation would ethically give the Customer their money back if they're not satisfied, and they would apologize and try to make things better. The way they handled this shows that wellness diagnostics spa is all about the money, not about the Customer satisfaction, or customer wellbeing for that matter, if they were, they would have numbed my face correctly, did the treatment properly for the needed amount of time, or since they failed they would have returned my money and apologized for not delivering what they promised and closed that page. Now I don't want the money back. I just want other people to know my experience with this spa. The treatment was horrifically painful, the staff was extremely unethical and very unprofessional, especially Joe, I think Gloria just needs to improve her skills and knowledge to perform better Services. Joe was threatening because I wanted my money back. It's clear money is truly all they care about at this spa. I and everyone I know will not get any service here. I am more than happy to share the emails exchanged between myself and Joe from wellness diagnostics in order for consumers to see what type of treatment they will receive should they be unhappy and unsatisfied with the service they receive here and ever think of asking for their money back. Decided to try something alternative (laser) to help with a issue on my toe that has bothered me for years. Did not know what to expect but when I walked in to the office I was greeted by a friendly smile and a calming environment (i could smell essential oils and there was relaxing music on) very much like a spa. After completing my paperwork the nurse came back and took me to a room to meet Dr Tumbaga, she explained the procedure and how it was going to feel....im not gonna lie I actually got really nervous and for a moment wondered if I could handle the procedure....but then I remembered I labored with my one and only daughter for 87 hours with no pain meds....so I got this lol. We moved into the procedure room and the staff again walked me through the procedure and allowed me to put my calming music on. If you have never had a laser procedure let me tell u its very HOT. While I tried to withstand the heat I had to stop several times, but Dr T Tumbaga was gentle and encouraging and didn't mind stopping. Keeping my fingers crossed this procedure works and that I can once again have the confidence to expose all my toes. Thank you for making my first laser experience as enjoyable as can be expected. I started with Dr. Tumbuga in February 2017. Dr. T is so kind and caring and listened to my concerns about my skin and came up with a plan to address my concerns. Dr. T stays in constant contact with me to check on my progress in between each treatment which I've never had another doctor do. She always responds quickly when I have any questions and takes the time to listen without rushing you. Dr. T and her husband Joe become your friends which you will look forward to visiting! They both have your best interest at heart and always with a smile on their faces.
