have never been treated with such disrespect by a business. I drove two hours in the rain, genuinely excited for my appointment and looking forward to my treatment. I had already made my deposit and followed every instruction given to me beforehand. When I arrived, however, I was told they would not honor the discount I had been quoted because there were "no notes in my file." Instead of taking responsibility for what was clearly an internal communication issue, I was told I was lying. Whether or not someone documented something properly is not the client's fault. I did everything I was asked to do. I even told them it was fine and that I would pay the higher price just to move forward with the appointment. Despite that, the staff continued to question me and speak to me in a way that felt accusatory and demeaning. The entire interaction was unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile. I was made to feel embarrassed and foolish for something completely out of my control. I ultimately left in tears. I would strongly encourage this business to work on communication, professionalism, and how they speak to clients. No one deserves to be treated this way. read more

Bella vida is an amazing med spa. I got the new XERF lasering treatment for skin tightening and I could see the results immediately! Especially my jaw line and Marionettes! It has been about a week and I have been getting compliments on my skin so much! My skin is glowing and radiant and the cool thing is it will continue to build more collagen & elasticity over the next 3-6 months as that is what the XERF laser does, it has an immediate and long term effect! Another great experience at Bella Vida Medspa. I have received other services from them in the past, and given my excellent prior experiences, I opted to start the biote hormone optimization program. This involved a blood test and, based upon that test, the placement of biote pellets that were tailored just for me into my flank. Dr Herold was fantastic, and the procedure itself was quick, easy and relatively pain free (I was understandably a little apprehensive about that last part, but had nothing to worry about).
