I had laser hair removal at other places and have only had good experiences. Unfortunately, at Rejuv laser I purchased 6 sessions from Groupon and the sixth time I had horrible painful blisters for days, (pictured above) and my legs and ankles were so swollen it hurt to walk. I contacted Rejuv laser with my pictures and the doctor said this was normal and to take Benadryl. I know for a fact this is not a normal reaction, and I would have appreciated them to be more helpful. read more

Kind of a hard sell to begin with. Have never had that much Botox recommended. Like this is what you need. Then Jackie recommended Vivace. When I was in the room with her I specifically told her about a tennis accident and damaged eyes that don't seem to heal and that I could not do that area. She didn't listen and did the Vivace there and damaged my under eye area more. 6 months later I still have a swollen eye from it. They had no empathy whatsoever. None of the staff did. They told me if I didn't want the rest of my treatments which to this day have damaged my eye and skin and caused further wrinkling that I could trade for other services. They did not care and stuck with this balance. I think it is unthinkable and unforgivable to not listen to client instructions. I had told her to stay away from my eyes. read more

I went here in January for tattoo removal. I have had previous tattoos removed ( all my tattoos done by same person). However I wanted to try a new location since the last place kept messing up on scheduling my appointments. Biggest mistake ever. The nurse that did my laser tx burned my foot! It was horrible. I knew within the 1st wk something was wrong so I sent them an email. They said it was still in healing process. A wk went by it looked worse so I sent another email and they asked me to come Pretty much the nurse Joanna burned my foot into a second degree burn. I couldnt wear any type of shoe on my foot for about the first 2 months. I even try to buy bigger and wider shoe. Didnt work I was stuck in an overside slide sandal during which time we were having so much rain. They scheduled me for follow up appointments. But the the nurse seeing me I believe her name is sarah was so full of bs. She gave me every excuse possible each time going in. She told me it was because of the location. Which if was true they should have told me before procedure that since it's on my foot this would happen. Part of being a nurse is critical thinking, the one doing the tx should recognize the location and use more caution since the foot is very thinned skinned. Sarah also try to tell me it was completely Normal! Are you kidding me. She also said I'm just taking a long time to heal. Really. It took a full SIX months for my foot to recover from this burn. Those were just some of the excuses to name a few. She never once apologized ( although some of the nicer nurses there did apologize for what happened, which I was appreciative for ). Overall they did offer to give me injections into the scar tissue to help reduce the raised scar free of cost. The injections did flatten the scar, however it's still scared. They also offered to remove the tattoo once my foot was healed. However the tried twice to remove it once my foot was healed to no luck. No ink came out what so ever. I believe it's because the burn left the ink permanently in my skin. I've gone to other places for second opinions and they suggest no more laser treatments, the 2 other places I went suggested getting a tattoo to cover it up and dont suggest another tx. And they did give me a refund of my money only after I requested it. This was such a horrible experience for me. They said they fired the nurse that did my tx. But I feel like what type of nurses are they hiring, do they have enough experience, are they able to critically think. And the customer service I recieved from sarah was the worst. The front office girls were nice but now I have a scar on my foot. And probably wont ever be able to remove this tattoo. read more

DANGEROUS! STAY AWAY! If I can give them zero or negative numbers I would. I am scarred for life because I was BURNED during my first ever laser hair removal treatment experience. I asked all the right questions (I thought / did research) questioning how safe the laser was for my skin type etc. however, the technician rushed, was careless, and obviously inexperienced and there was No Dr. on site. Rejuve never addressed me getting burned (by their carelessness) more than finding out about my burns when they attempted to book a second appointment. I was never compensated, or helped morally or financially with my lost time and money spent in trying to treat the damage. One year later and I am still left with scars! read more

It's takin me a while to write this review because I like to give people chances to fix things. I ultimately just feel dissatisfied with my results. I went in for a breast aug and lipo. My lipo left me with this uncomfortable bump above my belly button that didn't go away even with the help of their recommendation to do sculptra. It helped but it's still there and they told me it was basically my body's fault...I'm stuck with an uneven looking abdomen. Just super disappointed especially since having to pay and trust a team to provide good results. Hoping this can be resolved. read more

So I usually go to California cosmetics for Botox and lips they are great by the way but a drive so I i chose Rejuv to try out they are closer in town . They were nice a little pricy i spent 250 on my forehead only . I typically spend 150-200. After 4 days one eye dropped bad one didn't . I went back to get it fixed they made me wait 10 days. It is still a 30 min drive from mmy house I went on my day off she said she might be able to fix it but I would have to pay? Pay ? For there mistake ? I left . I won't ever be going back . read more

Recently, I noticed expression lines on my forehead, deep enough to feel. Overall, aging well, so I was like YEESH! Researching Botox, I decided to try Rejuv Laser Spa. The technicians at reception were kind and professional, making me feel comfortable for this very first cosmetic procedure, and Sharon was wonderful. She prepped me for the procedure. Sharon even held my hand :) during the injections. The doctor was thorough but quick. I believe I received 30 units in less than 90 seconds. It wasn't painful at all. I felt pricks and a "crunchy" feel like my forehead was made of cartilage (hard to describe but there was no pain). Although I was told I would have to wait to see results in about a week, I saw results in one day, and by day three I was saying, "Wow," and by day seven, I was stunned. My forehead looks the way it looked 30 years ago. I rarely write reviews unless it's the ocasional negative one, so if you are unsure, give it a try. This review has gone long overdue , do not come here for a breast augmentation, Charles Sarosey is not board certified-plastic surgeon . Look him up for his credentials (non existent). He's botched my body and to this day i am dealing with my issue. He did my original surgery in 2013, did a "revision" in 2014 and then another "revision" in 2015 and I still have this issue with my breasts. Don't go to this fraud and his staff was just as bad too. I went in about 10 days ago for some botox and restylane. Shayna was absolutely so gentle and caring. She had tons of patience and did everything she could to make the experience as pleasant as possible. In addition, her touch was magic, with no bruising nor prick scabs. I have had this before where I had prick scabs all the way down each crease where I had the restylane injected. I would definitely recommedn Rejuv and Shayna in particular. read more

if i could give them 0 i would. they give off a racist vibe. i came in for a consult for a co2 laser. i was up for it and decided to go ahead with the treatment. i had to use the bleaching cream that they were selling. so i purchased it and took me like a month to get it. they had shipping issues and i had to drive there to pick it up in the end.. after the 3 weeks of using the bleaching cream, i call to schedule an appointment..they tell me that the laser is down and not working ..and that they will call back when its fixed..its been 6 months and no call back...i doubt that the laser is down for that long!!!" what a waste of a 90 dollars on a freakin bleaching cream. read more

My husband went in to get a tattoo removal of just the darkest lines so that he could get a cover-up tattoo. He was quoted $75 and they told him he could get it done that day. After they charged him he was told that he actually had to come back as the last appointment was given to the person in front of him. Ok. No sweat. So he comes back today and as he is in the chair, glasses on, technician about ready to start, a lady by the name of Shana (or Shayna?) bursts into the room demanding to know what was included in the $75 quote. When my husband showed her the area she says "no, this is what I can do for $75" and uses a pen to mark a small area of the tattoo. My husband says no that is not what I was quoted and I have already pre-paid. She said to hold on and left the room. When she came back, she said I can do the whole area (which was more than he needed/wanted) for $200 to which my husband refused, telling her he could get that for 2 treatments at a place in San Diego. He then stood up intending to get a refund and leave. She told him to hold on one more time and this time came back with $100 for the same thing she just quoted $200 for which was still more money for a bigger area than was needed/requested saying that was the best they could do with the understanding that it was $100 or nothing. Since it was only $25 more and he had driven all the way down there not to mention, prepaid, he okayed the new amount despite it leaving a bad taste in both of our mouths. It wasn't the amount that made us angry, we would have gladly paid $100 for the service if that the was amount we were quoted and charged. It the very unprofessional manner in which it all happened that is the reason for this review. To add insult to injury, when my husband went to pay, he was charged the full $100 instead of the additional $25. The girl apologized for her error and put in a charge for $25 and a return for $100 but that $100 is still on hold in my bank account along with the original $75 charge and the new $25 charge!!! At this point, they could have and should have just said never mind to the extra $25 considering the trouble of the extra $100 being taken out of our account not to mention the fact that we were quoted and charged $75 for a service that we were later denied (isn't that a "bait and switch??) but they didn't do that. It's clearly not a place that values customer service or values fair dealing. The actual laser technician was friendly and competent. In fact my husband reports that everyone he encountered was friendly and professional with the exception of Shayna (Shana, Shanna, whatever). Unfortunately, it was Shayna that will leave the lasting impression on how we view this place. read more

I have been going to this spa for the past two years for my laser hair removal treatment and I have been receiving called to remind my appointment. Ironically after they make you sign the agreement, if you don't show up they will charge $35 on your credit card. My complaint is after I have sign the agreement and they never called to remind my appointment anymore that is so ironic it happen after I have signed the agreement. The decision to get Laser Hair Removal is one of the best decisions I've ever made. The decision to get it done at Rejuv was another one of the best decisions I've ever made. The spa is beautiful and tranquil, but professional and organized. I never had to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. The nurses that administered the laser treatments were personable and very nice, as well as very efficient....I was usually out of there in 15 minutes for a lower face treatment. After 6 treatments, I no longer have to pluck my "beard!" SO, SO Happy about the results. I would recommend this place to everyone.
