She asked what concerns I had and I shared that I bruise easily. I feel like she did a good job and I have very minimal bruising. Like hardly any at all. I absolute hate writing poor reviews and make it a point not to ever do anything in anger.I want to say I did lots of different research before i decided to try Le Vouge however it can be confusing.I came in for a so called vampire facial land lip.Very long story short I payed for over $4000 in procedures and was charged a much higher price and a additional ad on I was to have with my 1st procedure I didn't have but because she already had it prepared said she would use it anyway instead of wasting it...well they didn't waste I was CHARGED $500 for it.Icame in expecting to spend far less but figured because the appt was hurried the next appt it would all be worked out BUT no. I know how a ungodly amount of spa credit because credit card purchases are NOn refundable!!!! well okay lil salty but i'll stay the course.The next appt I had my procedure and couple small appts.I had to use what I already paid so I decided to make a appt and when i came in i was asked about my procedure and I gave a honest answer I don't believe it did much.SOOO this very sweet gal working hadn't dealt with before offers to show me the NEW thing they have in the office and how amazing it is ect...and how she wanted to make it right for me.I hadnt complained but she made it seem she wanted me to be very happy and to keep coming back and would give me this great deal.I was excited so I agreed to the procedure and a price and I hadn't brought my regular cards so she says how about care credit I wasn't interested but ended up saying ok thinking I'd go home and pay it off when I got the 1st bill.The next day I notice my lips on one side of my face was slightly flatter than the other just had them done prior,I called and asked and was told someone would reach out to me.I didn't hear anything and left for vaction.When I got home the Care credit bill was waiting I opened it and about passed the %^&$@ out $7000 not even close to the amount I agreed upon.I made contact didn't hear anything.So I went to care credit I wasn't angry I was simply explaining I didn't agree to the large amount of credit given.Suddenly I'm gettig calls from the spa ..No I didn't want to speak with them and just figured we could handle it in email because every other time I had been in the spa I had walked out with a bill thousand higher than I came in for.Then told they dont do refunds.NO REFUNDS FOR SERVICES I NEVER HAD GOT OR WANTED! BEWARE!!!! Oh! and although I never had all my services on the 1st 4grand I spent I now have a 7grand bill in addition....wtf!!!I I now paid tthis spa for 1 lip enhancement (suppose to have been Groupon priced) full price,Co2 that peeled 2 days and done..meaning not any deeper than a basic peel.I have learned.touch up on lips and one other proceedure over $11000.00 they have stolen from me!! read more

THIS MED SPA IS THE KING OF UPSELLING....BEWARE......Called to inquire about their special promo about dark spot removal laser for 250.00 each...made an appointment for myself and my wife and drove 45 miles to Temecula. Was greeted by a very nice lady called Georgia who immediately told us that our skin is not suitable for this treatment. BUT when I made the appointment, the lady on the phone told us that there are no exceptions, its safe for all kinds of skin including dark skin, and there is no down time.She even recommended that we buy four more sessions for the special price of 250.00 each. Going back to Georgia who indicated that both us has MALASMA and we need additional treatments for a total of 15,000. ( She said that this was a discounted price.) COME ON GUYS, we come for a 250.00 laser treatment and you want us to spend this ungodly amount of money? Wasted a whole day and a lot of gas. Georgia also recommend a non surgical treatment called XERF and with this, our wrinkles will disappear forever and never come back. Research indicated that this is not true. She spent a lot of time on the phone with me going over various procedure procedures and what would be the best fit for me. When I walked in to the offices for the first time, it did not disappoint! Everyone was so friendly, they got me in right on time, and they even had a high-end perfume bar to sample! I had put off getting lip injections because the last time I had it done it was so incredibly painful, but this time I hardly felt a thing. Okay, I have loved this salon for so long they have done such a good job on my Botox and my lip injections and just a few things I've had done, but I am more than disappointed when I had radius done and they told me it would work, I saw barely anything and they kept saying I'll give it more time give it more time, so finally I said it's not working they gave me Botox three times in my upper cheek areas on the side of my eyes going down my cheekbones they kept assuring me it would work wait more time wait more time nothing all the wrinkles were still there, I feel like for all the money I paid even though they tried to fix it for free. Why did they even bother trying to fix it? They took up my time coming in and nothing now. They're offering me another series which I have to pay for. but what I don't understand and I try to explain to them is why did you have me come in three times to do the Botox? Are you kidding? Why didn't you just tell me to do the other service? What a waste of my time, I know everybody says I am not want to complain and I am not at all but I really felt like they should've not taken up all my time. The clinic is stylish, clean, and comfortable, and the front staff were very polite. My main concern was with my injector. I felt she didn't take the time to understand my goals, even when I brought reference photos, and her demeanor came across as a bit annoyed. Overall, the space and staff were great, but I would encourage more patient-focused communication from the injector to make clients feel fully understood and at ease but I also understand everyone has bad days. read more

I have the habit of empowering women's business cause all know we are here and very similar ways to set our selves to be part of this community with more effort and sacrifices cause we create a family and run around with our kids activities. So I have been a customer of Lavouge spa for several months now. I will say that the place went to recently open to a beautiful spa with cute decor and an inviting atmosphere. Let talk about the service, and yes you are required a $65 deposit in case you don't show up to appointment. I done that and encourage everyone to do so, other than my calendar screwed me up cause show up an hour later from my appointment and they help me settled the deposit I had to not add another one and did business as adults do. Very much appreciated to Felicia. They do Botox which I brought husband and referred other people as well, a lip filler for me and a special hydro facial that was amazing good. The people who work here (Kim, Whitney, Michelle, and Angela) are absolutely amazing - from the receptionist to the aestheticians to the nurses you could not ask for better treatment! Seriously I felt like a VIP everyone was so friendly, accommodating, and thorough. I can only hope God's waiting room gives 1/10 of the treatment I got here! I went in for some Microneedling for a blemish on my forehead that's bothered me for years and based off our conversation they told me it'd be best to hold off until I had biopsied because if there was a cyst still in there it could cause further infection. I was a bit bummed I couldn't get this taken care of today but I really appreciated their advice and attention to detail because my other worry going into this was I didn't want to make problem worse. Now I know exactly what I need to do and I've got a plan going forward thanks to all these amazing people! It doesn't end there either! They could see I was still a bit bummed after driving all this way and although I had a plan I still had the same problem. What they did was recommend the IV hydration bag treatment. Let me just say I've never done one of these before but I figured let's give it a go and see what happens. It was straight forward, little needle in the arm, no pain and then they put some vitamins in the bag and I was good to go! I hadn't eaten anything today so they gave me some snacks and water while I sat back and let the IV work its magic. By the end of it I felt amazing!! I'm going rock climbing later today and I already know it's going to be one my best performative days I can't wait!! Overall it was about as great of an experience I could possibly hope for! I was so well taken care of and I'll definitely be going back!! If you're looking for quality care by people who care this is the place to go! P.S the google maps location is a bit off but if you see the Molly maid spot then go to the right and there's an Indian restaurant and keep heading to the right down that path to the second lot there and you'll find the place. We had an amazing experience at Levogue Med Spa. I brought my daughter in to have a Vit. C IV to help her with some medical symptoms she was having. She hates needles but said it was placed well and she barely felt it. This is HUGE for her!. She was given a warm blanket and soft pillow to hold. Immediately after the IV, she felt better and some of her symptoms had lessoned. When I asked her how it went, she gave me a huge smile and said, "I love the ladies here. They're all so nice!" Oh... my... goodness. My lips have NEVER looked this good!! I've gotten lip filler many times, but I have never had results like this before. The nurse listened to my preferences (I like a really natural plump look, and I personally like my lower lip to be a tiny bit more full than my upper lip) made sure I was really comfortable and talked me through each part, and I'm now 2 weeks out and I'm just so, so happy with the way they look. Having small lips has always been an insecurity of mine, and thanks to this last treatment, my insecurity around this is 100% gone.
