Hello I wanted to write a review for men seeking TRT. I am the type that likes to do a little research before investing my time and money into something and frequently find myself looking into others experiences with a business, so I hope this helps you. I was in the market for TRT after a couple years of trying everything to help my testosterone levels myself, (supplements, diet, etc..). At a certain point some of us need some help physiologically. It was overwhelming at first trying to find the right place I trusted and felt comfortable going to. After talking with friends and reading reviews of other places, I felt that the "finger prick", or "spit in a tube" and receive your TRT same day offices were not the right choice for me. I also was apprehensive of going to a "Spa" thinking it was a women's only office. I sat down and had a comprehensive consultation with Dr. Emery going over my individual situation and needs/goals. I was given an order for specific blood panels and a follow-up appointment. During my follow-up appointment Dr. Emery gave me a much more in depth review and explanation of my blood work than you will get with most primary doctors. I indeed was a candidate to initiate TRT based on facts and my life/medical profile, there is no pressure to start treatment, everything was explained well and any and all questions were answered competently. I have been very satisfied with the care and treatment receiving a high quality bio-identical TRT. The difference with the TRT in my life has been refreshing and rejuvenating. A big thank you to Courtney and Shawna for always making the experience comfortable and easy when I'm in the office or answering all my questions, follow-up info, and scheduling. Dr.J and his staff are amazing! The front office gals are super sweet and accommodating. They take the time to answer questions so you feel comfortable and know you are making the right choices. I have had filler in my lips and cheekbones twice now and I couldn't be happier with the results. This med spa is the absolute best in Temecula. The office is nice, the staff is very professional and knowledgeable, their prices are fair and the best part is that my results are AMAZING. Because of their honesty, their amazing prices and the results I received, I will be a regular... I'd like to add to my previous review: Today I went in and saw Chelsea for my lip augmentation and Vollure under my eyes (my previous appointment was for Botox and their Meyers cocktail which is awesome). I absolutely love my results AGAIN.Chelsea is super talented and I'll never go anywhere else. Update: Chelsea is no longer working at this med spa. I was not advised of that when I went in to get my lips and cheeks injected. As I waited for Chelsea to come into the room to perform my augmentations I was surprised to see Dr. Emery walk-in instead. He's never done any of my injections and he solely dealt with hormone replacement (pellets). Unfortunately, I trusted Dr. Emery and allowed him to do the injections in my cheeks and lips. What a mistake! He's the worst injector I've ever encountered. My cheeks and lips are uneven. I will not be returning. He's also extremely unethical which I unfortunately found out after all the work was done. Never trust a Dr. who cuts corners. Beware of this med spa. read more

I came here recently because it's closer to where I live and because of the good reviews that I read on here but honestly I wish that I never stepped foot. The place is clean and beautifully set up, and the staff in front are sweet and accommodating but I give them 1 star based on the service that I received. I got treated for laser hair removal with the gentle max pro for multiple areas and on my first appointment I got burnt very badly. During my treatment I was in pain while being treated and I asked the person that was doing my treatment (which I hope was a nurse), assured me that it was normal what I was feeling & that the sensitivity and swelling would go away. At the end she gave me an aloe vera mixture to put on which I did but it didn't do much. It looked and felt like I was sunburned pretty bad.As I walked out of there I was still in pain and it hurt to walk. I was hoping that the pain would go away and that it would get better as time passed but it got worse and 24hrs later I could clearly see what had happened. You could see that I was burnt, there were about 14 laser burns and what looked like cuts all over my vagina, it was brown and started scabbing and peeling, leaving raw painful skin that started to itch but I couldn't touch and I couldn't walk. I also couldn't wear underwear or clothing bc anything that touched it would make it hurt even more. I had to literally be laying home naked on my bed with my legs open to feel relief. I've had this treatment done down there before with the SAME exact laser, the gentle max pro, and I've had it done full Brazilian multiple times at a different practice by a NP and this has NEVER happened to me. I was never in pain during my treatment or after. I was able to shower and go about my day as if nothing happened, and I had amazing results but this time being treated here at this place, it was the opposite. I feel confused and like I've been played because this should've never happened. Like if it's the same laser why did this happen right!? I should've just stuck to the place that I was going to before and just drove the 1hr there instead of coming here. Now I have a lot of light spots all over my vagina where I was burnt that and I don't know if they will ever go away but it's hideous and I am traumatized to ever get that done again. I called them to let them know what I was experiencing a few days later and they told me that they would adjust the settings on the machine for the next treatments and they offered to take a look down there but for what? At that point all trust is lost and I dont ever want to be looked at/touched by them again. I was told that they would speak to Dr E and that they would give me a call back to see what they can do for me like a refund and to also check how I was doing but I haven't heard back since. Well unfortunately I am having to give the place a 1 star review, due to the horrible experience I had today. I've been going to this location for a few months. I was happy with my services and experience before today. I had an appointment at 1:15pm and due to my work and not being able to leave my client, I was late to my appointment. I called right away at 1:20pm and explained exactly what happen. I apologized and felt absolutely horrible. I value people's time and have NEVER been late to my appointments here before. She (can't remember her name) said no worries and to come in and they would figure it out. I was thankful and rushed over right away (15 min drive). I get there and the other girl working told me it was " no problem, and that luckily it worked out better for them anyways." At this point I was excited that they were being understanding (I thought) & that I'd see Chelsea (RN / Manager) shortly. The other girl prepped me in another room and applied some vaseline like product that they've NEVER EVER applied before. I had no idea what it was, and should of asked then. I then get moved to another room and was told Chelsea would be "right with me". I waiting about 15 -18 min ( longer than I ever had before) patiently before I got up and asked "about how long would it be?" They were both sitting there (no clients), so I was just curious why I was waiting. Chelsea then comes in and seemed very annoyed with my question. She said I was late and that I had to sit there for 30 min with this numbing cream on. I was caught off guard with her rudeness, lack of telling me that this is what I had to do (before the other girl applied this product) , and just her unprofessionalism. The other gal knew I had to be out of there by a certain time and never informed me that I would have to sit there for "30 min" before even being seen by Chelsea. That means a 40 + min appointment. I had never had to wait for an appointment that long at any Medical Aesthetics office. At this point I felt uncomfortable and didn't like how I was being treated or talked to by Chelsea. I felt they should of just rescheduled me or told me not to come in. Chelsea told me she ALWAYS puts this cream on me. I am 100% Positive that she has NEVER put this on me. I'm very aware of what's being put on MY SKIN each visit. I also know I'm typically in & out within 20 min because they never have more that 1 other client when I'm there. I enjoyed the ease of everything before. I'm taking the time to write this lengthy review to help others STAY CLEAR of this place‼‼‼ There's some other things I will not go into, and I'll keep it very professional. It's just very sad that Chelsea is the so called Manager of this place and can't treat her clients nicely. There was no one else waiting & I was told "it worked out better for them." Why treat me poorly? So all that being said, I did not feel comfortable with someone like this doing my services. She made me feel unwelcomed & uncomfortable. I apologized on my end & told her I had NEVER been late & didn't appreciate how I was being treated. I will gladly take my business elsewhere that's more professional, kind, & understanding towards situations that may occur once in a blue moon. Dr. J and his entire staff are fabulous! They are very professional , knowledgeable with practical experience ! They really go the extra step to make sure everything is done perfectly! During my first few visits, Dr. J found something that looked suspicious on my blood work. He insisted that I go to my family practitioner and get a "clearance" prior to my procedure at his Med Spa. His office followed up and made sure everything was clear to go prior to any services I received at their office. I just don't think any Med Spa would go to that length before a client would receive "voluntary" treatments . The office is very warm and inviting.
