My lashes and eyelids felt crusty, and when I got home and looked in my light up 3x mirror I saw that there was still what I assume was glue or maybe sticky stuff from the pads used for the lash lift. I also noticed my lashed were criss-crossed and the lift (curl) was uneven. A few of them looked crimped and are curling into my eyelids like maybe they somehow got under the pads during the process (?) I'm not sure what happened, but since this was meant to be a professional lash lift I was a little disappointed in results. I was hoping for a uniformed curl, and a little more attention to detail.

During the call, we also talked about the CO2 laser they have, and I ended up booking a treatment for my hands as well to help with the wrinkles and signs of aging. I love that almost everything can be managed through their app, from scheduling appointments to viewing services, pricing, etc etc. It makes the entire experience so easy and convenient.
