Filler was injected directly into the wet border of my lips, which caused immediate migration and an unnatural appearance. Botox was also placed in my DAO area, but the injections appear to have missed the muscle entirely. Instead of relaxing the DAO, it created dimpling in my chin and actually accentuated my jowls. When I returned to discuss the results, my concerns were dismissed and I felt completely gaslit rather than helped. No corrective plan, refund, or accountability was offered. Now I have to pay $200 out of pocket to have another provider dissolve the filler and attempt to correct the issue. Not to mention the correcting of my forehead tox which cost me $290 and we're going to address the lower face later... When you're trusting someone with injections in your face, proper placement and patient care should be the standard. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

I had already made my deposit and followed every instruction given to me beforehand. When I arrived, however, I was told they would not honor the discount I had been quoted because there were "no notes in my file." Instead of taking responsibility for what was clearly an internal communication issue, I was told I was lying. Whether or not someone documented something properly is not the client's fault. I did everything I was asked to do. I even told them it was fine and that I would pay the higher price just to move forward with the appointment. Despite that, the staff continued to question me and speak to me in a way that felt accusatory and demeaning. The entire interaction was unprofessional and unnecessarily hostile. I was made to feel embarrassed and foolish for something completely out of my control. I ultimately left in tears. I would strongly encourage this business to work on communication, professionalism, and how they speak to clients. No one deserves to be treated this way.

I fully understand that a surgeon can decline elective surgery for medical or safety reasons. That was never the issue for me. The issue was the delivery, the judgmental tone, and the lack of professionalism and compassion throughout the interaction. At one point he even rolled his eyes while I was trying to explain myself. No patient should leave a consultation feeling humiliated or psychologically analyzed instead of medically evaluated. Almost immediately, me and my wife were approached by a staff member who very bluntly and disrespectfully told me that I had to move, "and there's other handicap parking on the other side of the building" after I told her we were looking for the restaurant. Besides this being illegal....state law (CVC §22507.8) allows any person with a valid placard to park in any designated disabled space, regardless of assignment or restrictive signage...(which they have and is asinine). The way this was handled showed a serious lack of professionalism and courtesy. A simple explanation or polite redirection would have completely changed my perception of this place. Instead, the interaction came off as unnecessarily rude, especially toward someone trying to support a local business. Not a place I would want to go to for "wellness".
