I left my appointment feeling really disappointed and honestly a bit disheartened. Roxanne came across as extremely pushy and impersonal -- it felt like I was just another number, not a valued client. I asked for 20 units of Botox based on what I've had in the past and what I was comfortable with. Instead of discussing it with me, she immediately insisted on 30 units. When I respectfully declined, she bluntly said, "I'm not going to do less than 30 units because I don't want another customer coming back a month later saying the Botox didn't work." It felt less like a professional consultation and more like a sales pitch. I left feeling unheard, dismissed, and honestly a little sad that my concerns weren't even considered. Yes, is me again!! I been having some health issues and I seem to not recover from Covid, to cold to the flue and every little virus out there you name it I get it. So I decided to to the Inmune Plus IV Therapy here at this location. In top of that I also got some Botox to see if a few wrinkles can also go away...lol at least for a year or so. I got the PA lady in the picture and she was great. But I also spoke with David I believe is his name and they both made me comfortable and easy to go thru this process . I waited a weeks or so to do this review. I figured it needs time for my face and my vitamins to work so I have to say. I feels better less tired less stress with energy. I got Botox done here with Kimberly. She was so sweet and really took the time to explain all the areas that would be suitable for me. I usually get Botox between my brows but this time we did couple different areas in the face and it was painless. I have deep lines in the outer corners of my eyes, especially when I smile which causes my eye to droop. Kimberly recommended 5-8 units on each side and I noticed a immediate difference post treatment but Kimberly said it takes about 4-5 days to see the full results.
