I stopped by this area for the first time looking for a brewhouse restaurant and parked in a clearly marked handicap space in front of the building (I have a plate). Almost immediately, me and my wife were approached by a staff member who very bluntly and disrespectfully told me that I had to move, "and there's other handicap parking on the other side of the building" after I told her we were looking for the restaurant. Besides this being illegal....state law (CVC §22507.8) allows any person with a valid placard to park in any designated disabled space, regardless of assignment or restrictive signage...(which they have and is asinine). The way this was handled showed a serious lack of professionalism and courtesy. A simple explanation or polite redirection would have completely changed my perception of this place. Instead, the interaction came off as unnecessarily rude, especially toward someone trying to support a local business. Not a place I would want to go to for "wellness". read more

I scheduled an appointment to get an IV (hydration). I was really nervous about it because I had never had an IV outside of a medical setting before, but I had been having frequent muscle cramps and decided to get an IV bc I believed I was dehydrated. I ended up getting the Immunity IV after asking questions about which vitamins are in it and felt more comfortable after getting the information. They checked on me regularly to ensure I was comfortable and feeling well. Definitely will return next time I feel I need some hydration. read more

I would suggest the employees at this establishment understand how they interact with the public is a direct reflection of the business. We mistakenly parked in their parking lot to go to a new restaurant next door and a nurse told us we couldn't park there. We apologized and immediately moved however, the way this employee engaged with potential new customers (because everyone is a potential client) was incredibly inappropriate and disrespectful. My husband gets the testosterone pellets here. Yes they cut a hole on his butt cheek and put the pellet. He gets it done every six months. They charge us $169 per month for this. I got lucky and won the raffle at an event for two one hour float therapy sessions. First therapy session seemed longer because I didn't know how to relax my mind. My second time I was floating the majority of the time and used this time to release and relaxed. Took the opportunity to pray for others and time went by fast. They want you to shower before and after you get In the pod of magnesium water and essential oil. I don't exactly know how much it cost per session maybe at least $50. read more

I've been going to the lab for about a year and a half and have had several services. I've been thrilled with them all! I can especially recommend the Botox. Do yourself a favor and don't go anywhere else. I've had Botox at two other locations in Temecula and ended up hiding for a fee days due to bruising. I've never had to hide after getting Botox from the lab - I've had no bruising. I've also loved the filler services and dermaplaning. The office is very neat, clean, and relaxing. I saw a lot of other services that they offer and I'm going to try some others because I've been so pleased with all the services I've received in the last year and a half. Very informative as long as YOU ask the questions. They don't offer additional information especially about post-Botox. I received an email after I left but (like most people) I didn't check my emails until hours later and there was "after care" instructions which included grimacing and raising your eyebrows for 20-30 minutes after. I feel like the technician and/or the front desk agents should have expressed I would receive an email about after care or at least explained after care especially since they knew it was my first time getting Botox. Morgan at the front desk has been super helpful and friendly. Rachel drew blood for my wife and I, to get full a blood panel, and she was amazing! She's extremely kind, knowledgable, and is an RN! Mariah went WAYYY above and beyond inviting my wife to come into The Lab so she could teach my wife a stretch for me, which requires assistance. SO awesome! THANK YOU Mariah! When my wife and I came in, our two younger daughters came with us and they even let them watch a kids show while we got our blood drawn. I know they don't provide childcare, but they were all very accommodating. So, whether you're looking for a blood analysis, cryotherapy, infrared sauna, nutritional therapy, etc, they've got it all. I made a call to The Lab and asked the receptionist if I could speak with someone about the machines they offer. I had questions about which one would be best to start with, could I use multiple machines in the same day, etc. The receptionist took my number and said she would call me back and answer all my questions. Three days later... no phone call back. I called again this morning and told the receptionist I'd like to make an appointment to try the cryotherapy machine and I was told "no appointment needed. Just walk in". I drove an hour to The Lab and when I walked in to try the cryotherapy machine I was told the person who is qualified to work the machine was busy and it's best if I make an appointment. The nurses here are so amazing! They take such great care and time to figure out what it is that your body actually needs. You tell them what's wrong and how are you feeling and they will tell you exactly what you need to make your body feel better. After I receive my IV for about two weeks I feel phenomenal. I get so much rest at night time and I have tons of energy during the day. It doesn't just stop at an IV bag full of nutrients. You can also get into the infrared sauna or go for the cryotherapy. The nurses have never missed one time when putting my IV in, they are kind, gentle, patient, and they truly do care about getting your body back where it needs to be. I cannot love the more. I recommend this place to all of my friends and I truly believe it's a vital part of keeping your body full of the nutrients that it needs, especially in the busy world of a mom. I went in for TMJ Botox for jaw clenching, and they reallly damaged my smile. After speaking with another Botox specialist, she confirmed that they injected me in the wrong location and that's why my smile is messed up. I definitely do not recommend getting Botox here. If you do, I highly recommend asking them about their qualifications, experience in that location, etc. That being said, many of their other services are good and they have a very sweet staff. They just need to be more upfront about their level of experience. read more

I cannot speak highly enough about the lab and everyone that works there. I came in for IV hydration NAD and learned so much from Mariah about other treatments such as BPC tissue recovery. I have some health issue with my tendons and honestly never thought that I would ride my bike again. Knee surgery and years of steroids injections later, Mariah was able to teach me some new alternatives to heal it and I tried it. It actually worked to heal the inflammation in my knee and long story short I bought a mountain bike shortly thereafter. I am beyond impressed with their field of knowledge and friendly demeanor. Rachel is very impressive as well and was great at inserting the IV. Very easy and comfortable. The establishment is very clean and inviting. They have a lot of cool services.
