So I walked in anyways talked with someone there and booked 2 more appointments. That was on a Tuesday, on Saturday I received a call my telling me my appointments were cancelled. So I made it a point to talk to a manager. It took 3 days to make that happen. They explained their nurse was in the hospital and as i explained my frustration she said she could give me appointments the next day. I told her that would be impossible since I had to work. They booked me for several costly appointments anyways. I called to make sure they were aware I would not be there because if I don't show up there will be a fee. I just wanted to be able to use my credits, I am now very uncomfortable going there after all these awkward conversations. I have tried everything and they will not help. I am also now forced to go to the office in San Marcos because Temecula no longer provides many of the services I would like to receive. Don't sign a contract with this company it's a trap and a scam. They lure you with promises of multiple services and provide nothing but weight loss injections. I am owed approximately $1000. I proposed they just keep my original $450 and to refund me the remainder after January. They refused. Again, don't sign up for this scam. Save yourself

Hearing staff discuss another patient's situation in the reception area immediately struck me as unprofessional and made me question the level of discretion and privacy patients receive. After being placed in the room, I continued waiting well past my scheduled appointment time with absolutely no communication from the staff. No one came in to apologize for the delay or let me know they were running behind. Once I was about 15 minutes past my appointment time, I decided I was going to leave. Only then did someone come into the room. I explained that my frustration wasn't simply about waiting--it was the complete lack of communication. My time is just as valuable as theirs. Had someone simply told me they were running behind, I could have made an informed decision to wait or reschedule. Instead, I was left sitting there wondering what was going on. The response I received was simply, "We'll get you going now," and I was handed a phone so someone on a video call could complete my intake and medical history. As a first-time patient who was already nervous about my appointment, this felt incredibly impersonal. Instead of meeting with someone in person, I was expected to discuss my medical history with a stranger on a screen while another staff member stood in the room. At that point, I realized this simply wasn't the experience I was looking for. I politely explained that this level of care felt impersonal and that this wasn't the right clinic for me. I left feeling confused, frustrated, and honestly disappointed. Whatever happened to making patients feel welcomed, valued, and cared for--especially during a first visit?
